Nothing.
This property charged my card despite having canceled the reservation with booking.com. They will not allow me to use the rooms on separate nights, won’t answer my questions as to how long I have to use the reservation, and I am now forced to dispute the charges with my bank and will be without my money for many days. Unacceptable! You have lost a loyal guest.

The bed was very comfortable and the staff and owner very friendly, and location for our needs.
Long wait time after requesting early check in.
Do not book the deluxe sweet, supposedly the best room, but you have all the noise from the staff and guests right outside your front door - which is also the waiting area.
To make it worse woke up to a cockroach in the room! Bathroom needs a lot of maintenance.
Not possible to buy any drinks/food or even a necessity like a bottle of water after the cafe closed.

We arrived and the room we had reserved had a plumbing issue, but Miguel at the front desk moved us to another room. The new room met our expectations and made our stay a very pleasant one. Thank you for taking care of us immediately. The breakfast room at this hotel is just beautiful! The location is also another plus, quiet area, but close to restaurants and a large supermarket.

The overall hotel was nice. Friendly staff.
Our bathroom was leaking, when you turn the tap on, it leaked and the whole bathroom was soaked. I woke up and all my clothes/bags and items were damp, no idea how. Our room was in the lobby of reception so just a lot of noise.

Good AC, clean bathroom and hotel overall. Very good and quick the breakfast service.
a bit expensive for the location, it is a few blocks away from the central places/attractions in la ciudad amurallada.

Great hotel in the center of Cartagena. Comfy Beds, friendly staff. Everything was easy. The rooftop terrace was a nice bonus! It feels a little forgotten about, but it's a quiet place to hang out away from the bustle of the streets below.
Our room was a little bit dark. It had a window looking onto a ventilation shaft. It still let in sunlight, but it felt a tiny bit cave-like. I think there were rooms with a better view, but we got unlucky i guess. Nothing to complain about for the price.

Great location walking distance to great restaurants in Cartagena. The hotel is in a quiet street. Staff was friendly and the room was comfortable.
The pool is small. There is not a proper area to store your luggage. It is left in the front with reception.

All, was a really good service.

room was fine
Warning - they OVERBOOK which I hadn’t realised and we got moved to a different property days before check in (allegedly due to “plumbing works”) which wasn’t nearly as nice
we had booked 2 stays here so when we did stay note that the rooftop area isn’t clean and isn’t at all as pictured

The Location is amazing! Walking distance from everything in the old city. The staff was amazing and super helpful with every little detail. This seems to be an old house that was made a hotel and every little detail transport you to colonial times. Loved the vibe!
The café was the cutest most interesting place of the house. They gave me the bill on a tersure box and it every little detail was so meaningfull.
I want to be fair, and start by saying that I am not a heavy sleeper, so every little noise wakes me up. Also my room was the closest to the entrance, so I could hear everyone coming in. However, the bed was so comfortable that I would fall sleep again easily.

Tha location
The toilet next to the dinning room was absolutely disgusting. The cleaning of the bedrooms was unbelievably bad. They didn't even change the roll paper of the last guest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So no extra night !!!

Location, the pool an whirlpools and everything was fine, rooms really nice and comfortable .
The whirlpool on the top could use a bit more chlor from time to time. The wifi reception an in the room in the bottom - room 8 or 9 - wasn't good. Maybe a bit longer breakfast

The location is very convenient to explore Cartagena. Also, it was a nice experience to sleep in an ancient colonial house! The venue is really particular!
The 4 stars rating is an overstatement. The hotel was nice, but it does not meet the standards of a 4 stars hotel. Breakfast was served from 7am to 8.30am only, which is a bit tight timing if you want to sleep a bit longer. The rooms are provided with 2 towels only, you do not even get one to share for face and hands.

The room was really beautiful and big, very nicely decorated. The people on reception very really nice and helpful. The area was nice. I would definitely go there again. :-)
The window in the bathroom was basically just a hole in the wall, no net or glass window, so you hear everybody from outside

Good room in a characterful property in the old town. Good air con (very important in Cartagena!) and decent bathroom.
Room slightly small and a bit of damp around

The hotel itself is in a beautiful old building and you have breakfast in a great Art Deco cafe. However.... the bullidng clearly needs some love and everything is a bit worn. We booked a room with a "jaquzzi" but it was just a big bath.

The hotel is very nice and is perfectly located in the middle of the old town. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, the breakfast is great and the rooftop is awesome too. All in all excellent.
It would be good to have some furniture in the room other than the bed. Could have used a chair to sit on.

the location is really good, the place and the room are clean and nice
the room is too small and the shower is super small, very uncomfortable to take a shower.
