Acomodação excelente , bem próximo dos principais pontos turísticos , equipe da recepção bem atenciosa, quero parabenizar a limpeza dos quartos que todos os dias estavam super limpos, usamos o banheiro compartilhado e não tivemos nenhum problema , bem limpos e organizados. Café da manhã pagamos em 02 dias bem servido a moça do café super atenciosa também .

Perfekte unterkunft mit kurzen Strecken zu jeglichen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Das Doppelzimmer war super, bequemes Bett, grösse angemessen, genug Platz zum Rucksäcke versorgen (auch abschliessbar) und zugang zu einem mini Balkon. Badezimmer immer sauber, Küche hat alles was man für einfaches kochen benötigt. Kühlschrank wird regelmässig vom Personal kontrolliert (bleibt dadurch ordentlich). Schöne Dachterasse und Aufenthaltsraum.

aufgrund von Corona ist die Bar auf der Dachterasse leider nicht offen. Auf Nachfrage bekommt man Empfehlungen, was man machen könnte. Das Hostel hat aber keine Touren oder Aktivitäten. Freitags sind direkt ums Hostel Demonstrationen die sehr laut werden können. Polizeieinsätze mit Wasserwerfer inklusive. Man sollte dann jeweils spätestens 17:00 Uhr zurück im Hostel sein, um nicht mitten rein zu gelangen. Dauerte bei uns bis ca. 23:30 Uhr.

equipe educada, café da manhã ótimo, localização excelente! de todo, um bom custo-benefício para santiago. os quartos são grandes, os banheiros têm água quente e são limpos (os hóspedes que acabam não tendo o cuidado necessário...). de todo, ficaria por lá de novo!

aa camas não são muito firmes, nem pregadas na parede, então quando o colega da beliche de cima sobe na cama parece que vai desmoronar. também não há cortinas nas beliches para maior privacidade e, no quarto em que eu fiquei, o ventilador estava mal posicionado (ventilava mais a varanda do que o quarto em si).

Localização perfeita

Pesquisei muito antes de fechar, várias recomendações de bairros como Providência, mas a localização deste hostel é simples perfeita! Fica na frente de um bosque lindíssimo, perto da rua Lastarria que tem feira artista e muitos restaurantes focados em culinária italiana e atravessando a ponte que fica na frente, vários barzinhos com comida típica e cerveja de litrão (média de 5000 pesos), Pátio Bela Vista e baladinhas. Metrô é próximo, mas nem utilizamos, pois fizemos tudo a pé Cerro da Santa Luzia era uns 10 mim, Cerro do San Cristovão super perto tbem, Casa do Neruda, Palácio da Moeda, então valeu mto a pena. O quarto tem aquecedor, banho bem quentinho e o café da manhã bem completo (pão, frios, iogurte, cereais, fruta e bolo). Funcionários atenciosos, roupa de cama limpa com cobertores suficientes pro frio e limpeza diária dos banheiros. Espero ter ajudado, recomendo mto! E quem for do Brasil, aviso que pega Claro se habilitar o chip antes.

Great central location

Central location in lastarria neighbourhood, within walking distance to trendy area with bars and restaurants in lastarria. I felt safe in the area at night and reception manned 24hrs. Room and toilets were clean. Metro station 5 mins away and easy to get to the main sights of the city.

Not much social activity going on when I was there but I will still stay there again

Desde o primeiro atendimento até o meu último dia no hostel eu posso afirmar que foi excelente. Equipe de recepção do hostel sempre atenta e disposta a ajudar, nem nenhum momento fiquei desamparado. Um elogio extra vai para a voluntária Maria que estava desempemnhando bem seu papel de voluntária pelo hostel, nos dando suporte em tudo que precisássemos.

Muy a gusto. Volvería a elegirlos!!

El personal, y los voluntarios, unos genios todos: Maria, Eric, Catalina, Gaston, etc. Buena terraza, barra y servicio. El hostel tiene buena ubicacion, el desayuno es completo y las habitaciones cómodas.

Opciones para ciertas intolerancias en el desayuno.

Very nice hostel next to an amazing barrio

Amazing staff and very nice vibes around the hostel. Nice private room and very close to Lastarria with amazing restaurants and bars.

Pillow cases could be cleaner and breakfast could be better but all in all amazing deal for the price you pay.

Very easy and nice

The property was very big and spacious, the breakfast was good, staff was very accommodating, everything was comfortable. I especially appreciated Maria, she helped me and my friend find good places to go to around Santiago, she gave me a sweater when I was cold at night, and she always ensured we were taken care of, Maria was the best!!!! I also appreciate one man that worked at night (I forget his name) who gave me his ginger for my tea when my throat was sore, he was so kind!

Nice accomodation

The location is very good, close to attractions. Staff is amazing 🥰 Special thanks to Catharina. They all were extremely helpful about everything. Breakfast is good. Common areas are good and enough. Terrace is very nice.

Shared bathrooms has literallt zero privacy.

Solid place to stay for a couple nights

Location close to a metro, across from a beautiful park. Good walking distance to things. Breakfast pretty good. Shower good water pressure and hot water.

I chose a mixed four bed dorm, but was placed with all men as a solo female, which I didn’t like. I thought the property might have considered that when doing the rooms. Only two toilets in women’s bathroom on my floor.

Good place to stay for a couple of days to explore Santiago.

Located in the center so you could walk to all the attractions and nice neighbourhoods. The staff was really friendly and happy to give advices and recommendations. Nice rooftop, breakfast was okay.

The shower cubicles are very small, so it's a bit tricky to get dressed and undressed there. Few possibilities to hang up towels or similar to dry.

Geniales Hostel, super gerne wieder :)

Bis auf ein kleines Detail war alles perfekt an der Unterkunft und ich bin siper zufrieden. Die Betten und auch die Kissen sind ultrabequem, die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt. Trotz der Nähe zur Strasse war es sehr ruhig. Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit :)

Die oberen Betten der Etagenbetten machen einen Riesenlärm, wenn sich die Person darin wendet.

Awesome hostel in front of great park in great location.

Great hostel. Excellent staff. Cool building. Awesome location. Free breakfast. Roof top bar. Really clean. Good double room with private but separate bathroom and shower. Good security.

Not a big deal but the shower drained slowly in our shower. This should not stop you from staying here. We will stay here again.

Ambiente limpo, organizado, amplo, tal qual banheiros, localização excelente, atendimento muito bom também. Recomendo.

Recomendo colocar mola aérea nas portas dos banheiros para fechamento automático, algumas pessoas não fechavam a porta, é a única coisa que acho que poderiam melhorar. O café da manhã é bem simples, mas para hostel e pelo preço está ok.

Good location. Fair prices. But changing for the worse.

Private Bathroom was moldy due to lack of a window, permanently locked door and no proper ventilation system. Quite noisy with regular rooftop parties, coty traffic and demonstrations happening right outside the hostal. Staff isn’t as friendly and helpful as they used to be. And debit card payments even if it’s a USD account will get charged with the +19% IVA, which never used to be that way. And they are super picky with USD notes. If they are not freshly printed from the bank and have minor traces of typical wear and tear (or mark from being tested if they are fake or not) they will refuse to accept them. This is ridiculous and has never been like that in past years. They are changing for the worse, not sure if I will be back again at this place.

I used my time here to rest after a crazy 5 weeks and I definitely left well rested afterwards.

- The bed was comfy with plenty of covers as I stayed at winter time and it could get cold at night. - It was close to the metro - The rooms were cleaned daily and beds made too!

- I was in a room at the front of the building and it was quite noisy but nothing really the hostel can do, part of being in a central location - The kitchen was quite small for a hostel that is so big and has so many people - It seems to be at night time that the showers are cold as myself and another 2 girls had showers at around 9pm and the water was cold

- comfy bed - cleaning every day in the room - helpful recpetion- they can lend a card for bus - fine poace to meet some other traveller - good wifi

- sometimes I waited a little time in front of the hostel bc noone was at the reception so noone could let me in - shower was 1 from 3 times not warm
