Suitable for spiderman

The location was good. We booked two apartments for two families. And the apartments were neighbor with a shared balcony which was fantastic.

The building was too old. The entrance was awful, it seems the entrance has more than 100 years old. The apartment was full of spider's web, even under the table in the kitchen.

Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und antworten schnell und informativ. Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Das hat sehr stark nach Zigaretten gerochen. Man konnte fast nicht schlafen. Leider war nicht sauber.

Finger weg von dieser äußerst Fragwürdigen Bleibe!!!

Leider garnichts - es war außergewöhnlich dreckig und hat fürchterlich gestunken - wir konnten keine 15 Minuten dort bleiben.

Wände schmutzig und kaputt, Sofa kaputt und dreckig, Bad schimmelig und heruntergekommen, Bett hat gestunken, war dreckig und es war ein Käfer drinnen Bei 10 Grad war bei Ankunft das Fenster offen, es war eiskalt und der abartige Geruch war trotzdem noch sehr intensiv, eine Mischung aus Rauch und Verwesung Nun möchte der Besitzer lächerlicherweise Geld - trotz sofortiger Abreise und betreibt außerdem Rufschädigung - wir hätten sein Zimmer unter Drogeneinfluss verwüstet?!

Velký apartmán na velmi frekventované ulici, starý dům

Velký pokoj s francouzským oknem do travnatého dvora. Klíč elektronický. Vstřícnost při placení, platba předem nebyla nutná a šlo zaplatit kartou. Nové vybavení.

Velmi hlučné místo. Starý dům, plíseň v nevětratelné koupelně, v době pobytu šel do bytu zápach z kanálu. Okna z jedné strany na tak frekventovanou ulici, že fakticky nešlo tou stranou větrat. Na druhé straně jedno okno nemělo kliku, francouzské okno lze otevřít jen s potížemi.

Gran bell'appartamento... Peccato per la pulizia!

Bella posizione, molto comoda alla metro, vicina alla stazione dei treni e al palazzo di Schönbrunn. Casa dotata di cucina con stoviglie essenziali, fornello, microonde e lavastoviglie; stendino e lavatrice; phon; molti armadi dove riporre cibo e vestiti. Terrazzo coperto con tavolo e sedie carino per colazione e pranzi. Molto utile la flessibilità di check in e check out!

Gran bell'appartamento se non fosse per la pulizia! I piatti tolti dalla lavastoviglie al nostro arrivo non erano tutti puliti, lenzuola con buchi, asciugamani non proprio puliti e molto usati, trovati peli sul cuscino e in bagno. Sapone mancante in bagno. Molto sporco sotto il letto.

Affordable accommodation near to metro

The location is in a quiet street not far from the metro station, about a 3-4 minute walk. Parking is free on weekends, but on weekdays it is best to park your car at P+R Hutteldorf. The price is €4.10 per day.

Metro line is rather near so some noise is to be accepted.

Spacious, well equipped, bright (many windows), and very well communicated. Possibility to park nearby is great. Its walking distance from the apartment.

Anyone willing to stay so close to the city needs to forgive the laudness of the apartment, as it's close to the street. This is the cost of having a well communicated apartment - which was mainly why I've booked it.

Spacious apartment

This is spacious apartment fully equipped with all necessary for comfort stay. Big wardrobe, full kitchen and washing machine as a bonus.

The Internet connection is poor, the mattress is to soft to my taste.

Poorly maintained apartment in good location

The apartment was spacious with plenty of room. Good location close to a train station and an awesome Pizza restaurant.

The apartment was listed as non smoking but when we arrived it absolutely stank of tobacco and marijuana. The smell was on everything, it was disgusting. It took 24 hours of having the windows open before the smell died down. I am an asthmatic and am allergic to cigarette smoke so I found the experience very unsettling. Also the sheets on the bed were stained.

Except for small details which are obvious and can be improved, the smell in the bathroom is a must to be solved but not only (microwave and so on). Advice: It would be nice to have sugar, salt and some pads/detergent for the washing machines.

Good value for the price

It was the second time we have stayed in this apartment. Location is easy to find and near metro stop. All booking process and getting to access to apartment is easy. Spacious rooms and equipped kitchen.

The cleanliness of the apartment should be improved and towels should be renewed also. There are no soundproof between other apartments.

The pillows were awful, uncomfortable and old, bed linens were not clean, with spots . We have problems with door lock and the host didn't answer my messages, there wasn't the option to talk by phone, or any other apps even .

Comfortable apartments, have everything that it says and shown on the photo. Good for a short term (week or two) staying. WiFi is good. Tricky entrance, read carefully what the instructions are sent to you, when you check in. To tables to work on)

The location was good, walking distance to Schobrunn palace and 3 minutes to the train station. There was also supermarket and restaurants nearby. The facilities were good, there was everything you needed for a family.

Staff super friendly and great with communication. We had an issue with electrics, within 15 minutes of messaging someone had been out and fixed the issue. Location was quiet.The bed was comfy and the shower hot.

LOCATION. It is the best thing about Apartment Luna. Apartment is 2 min walk from Ubahn (U4) and you can easily come to any part of Vienna. Around area is OK, nearby is supermarket SPAR, pharmacy and Italian restaurant. Parking in front of apartment cost 2.5€ per hour and is 2 hours limited so we parked at P+R Hutteldorf parking area which is 3 metro stations far away and cost 4,10 € per day (no complicated to reach apartment from parking lot). Housekeeping lady was nice and pleasant, we have not met the owners but the communication was easy. The apartment is for budget travelers and offers almost everything you need (dishwashing machine and washing machine), paper towels, sponge and dishwashing liquid for hand washing, dishes, etc. Overall good value for the money.

Bedding need to be replaced as soon as possible (wholes on bedding are not ok for quests). Pillows need to be more comfortable for better sleeping. Towels are not the newest one (and do not have to be but some of towels had bed smell on ciggaretes). Bathroom need to improve on some parts. Garden area need to be cleaned and look better (not convenient for using by kids or pets)

Best price in town with compromises

Best price-value apartment in Vienna, excellent location and easy to reach the city centre. The owner was very helpful, for example he bought a new television instead of the broken one.

The bed is good for those who like soft mattress. In my opinion the walls should be repainted.

Superb

Very close to Vienna metro, also close to M'cdonalds, to Shell fuel station (cheapest fuel station in Vienna), everything you need for the life you have it very close. Warm apartman, warm water, good parking (11e day, and hard to park, but if you follow instructions you will dont have problems), good chek-in (everything online) i see the owner only when i pay for apartman. Good comunication with owner.

The bedding in the apartment looks messy. I recommend that you bring your own bedding.

Apartment was on a walk distance to Schönbrun, so we could go there everyday for a walk! it’s also close to subway station, so city center is easy to reach. The owner explained us clearly how to reach an apartment from the airport. totally recommend it!

Great location, just a short walk to the tube station to get in to the center of vienna. Very spacious and well equipped. Excellent value for money. Hosts were extremely kind.

good but could/ve been better with small impovements.

The location - very close to public transport.

The coffee filter had no cup and can't be used. They were not enough cups (only one for 3 persons). The bed linen was clean, but a bit old. The towels can be changed, the white is no longer white and it is not ok.
