The beds were horrific, felt every spring in it. The carpet was coming off the floor. there was mould on the windows that I had to clean myself. the worker was rude along side very poor English. He was sat on his personal phone on a call to a family member (which he told me). Dust and dirt everywhere! Overall awful stay! Didn't enjoy the stay and will never be coming back!

Friendly staff ...clean rooms and bathrooms....you get what you pay for.... perfect for my husband and I to go out in Pompey with somewhere great to stay......

Central location, clean, good place if just a bed for the night.
Road noise, very warm and unable to open windows wide, very basic, even though central location, thought it pricey for how basic accommodation is.

Hotel was round the corner from where we wanted to be. Staff was friendly and waived the parking fee for us.
Room was uncomfortable and not particularly clean. Double bed was actually 2 single beds pushed together. Wallpaper was peeling. Parking was incredibly cramped and difficult to get into/out of.

Location
The bathroom door didn't close and was creaking all night. It was difficult to lock the door and there was a sign saying to close the door as it would activate the fire alarm so didn't have a shower. There wasn't any wardrobe, just coat hooks with no hangers. No bedside table. Paid £15 to park the car in the grounds of the hotel - surprised this was an additional charge.
Couldn't connect to the free WiFi. No additional chairs in room to sit.

The host was so helpful and such a lovely guy, couldn’t do enough for us.
It was so hot! But that can’t be helped they don’t control the weather

Good location for Southsea, good sized room for 3, useful to have parking, even if it costs extra, as there’s no street parking nearby. Staff very welcoming and friendly.
Beds were a bit old. Price was very high the night we stayed (because of the festival), would think it was actually worth half the price normally.

Great location, easy to find. Staff were very friendly and always happy to help. Room was big and spacious
Walls were thin so it was easy to hear people walking up and down the stairs, as well as talking in the hallway, however the staff insisted on us calling them if neighbours were too loud so they could sort out the issue. With this said we didn’t actually have any issues with sound, and it was nice to know if we did then the staff would be available to help

Good sized room , very clean , good location. Enjoyed our stay.
Option of breakfast would have been nice even if only continental.

Location good, close to shops, cafes etc and good public transport nearby.
My main problem was the noise. At 3 am some very loud men came in and went to their room, where they continued to talk and laugh loudly. At one point a couple of them ran up and down the stairs knocking on room doors, mine included. It was very disturbing and I was thankful to leave as soon as I could. I will not stay at Victorin again.

NOTHING !!
No working lights In the toilet had to have them fixed 10 pm. Beds were horrendously uncomfortable with springs poking out and staving in every body part. Towels very small and withered. No face towels or hand napkins provided. There water leakage in the bathroom.
Toilet seat was wobbly.
The decor in the room was very outdated and mismatched.
It was absolute restless / sleepless night for us as a family.

The location was a great pick. Bus stop out side front fir gunwaft shops outlets.close by for university, kings theatre ,dining and meeting places.
Welcoming staff on hand to assist.
Room a really decent size, kettle fir making tes, coffee they provided and refilled everyday.
Clean towels daily . My experience was accomplished and very much enjoyed.
Sadly the springs in the mattress were very bonging.
Maybe need to upgrade mattress. Otherwise my needs were met very well.

Great shower, friendly host, great location. Nice fluffy towels. Parking outside.
Room smelt of damp no window I could open just a door on ground floor. Bed/bedding seen better days. Chest of draws had been covered to vamp up but inside draws was heavily stained. I’d get rid, not needed. Front door doesn’t even have glass in door, anyone could get in, didn’t feel safe being alone.

This has the feel of the hostel, not a hotel.
