The apartments are located in a strategic zone. You can easily reach any place and the area is well provided with the basic needs.

Our apartment was suitable for our needs, but the bathroom area needs improvements: first shower curtains or shower doors; second a bathroom rug.

A really enjoyable stay with excellent service

The hosts and staff were very friendly and helpful. Always cheerful and provided an excellent standard of service . The price of drinks and food was very reasonable and of good quality . Jose pours a really good San Miguel and mixes excellent cocktails . The rooms were very spacious , well equipped and exceptionally clean . Parking is difficult at busy times . An excellent pool and outside areas . The owner was always around ensuring every thing was good .

The bed was not to my liking but was good enough to get a decent sleep.

So if you are looking for a simple but authentic Ibiza experience, you can find it here! We spent 5 nights in one of the apartments and it was great value for money. Everything (!) on the premises was spotlessly clean, the bar serves drinks and food all day at very decent prices, you can play pool, chill by the swimming pool which is surrounded by a nice garden, park your rental car for free on the street and explore beaches from the great location! Its not a design hotel, but it's a very good place to stay for a small budget and you will get in touch with people from the Island and have some nostalgic 80s moments.

The apartments are not well isolated so it can get loud at times.

This is such a great find. Perfect pool, reasonably priced food and drinks and very friendly staff. Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again

no air con, one fan that was from 1985, bed sheets are plastic so you stick to them in the pool of sweat you end up in. staff aren’t interested.

Incredibly good value for money

Incredibly good value for money - and the property is better in real life than in the photos. Very relaxed atmosphere, felt very safe. Really cheap to buy coffee, drinks and food.

Nothing really - given the price, it was very good.

second time staying here. can’t fault the place for the price. pool is good. food and drinks excellent value the rooms are large and comfy a 10 minute walk to the beach and supermarkets the staff are friendly and helpful

it’s on a main road so expect traffic noise

Ok - but not more…

Checkin process and welcome was basic. Even if it’s family owned I was only shown my room - no personal words, no recommendations concerning the neighborhood, no information about the restaurant in the hotel. Basic. There was always free public parking in the road which was nice. The room was basic with uncomfortable strange plastic mattresses. Nice terrace in front of the room to eat outside.

Very smelly bathroom with lots of little flies. The sheets on the beds are very old and thin and have all retro colors you can imagine. They need to be replaced. Same with the uncomfortable plastic mattresses. Get propped mattestes. It’s not that much of an investment.

Comfortable and affordable with amazing people too!

The location was perfect as was the room and everything. Everyone was extremely friendly and did everything they could to help us. The bar and the food were both excellent especially the bar man Jose, who went above and beyond!

There was nothing to dislike. It was all amazing.

Ok for the price, good location, nice pool area

The gentleman who i believe was the owner was very friendly and helpful. Always smiling. Was a good location, nice and quiet around the pool most of the time. We were given some extra pillows which made all the difference for sleeping.

Rooms could have been cleaned more regularly, towels changed etc, we stayed 6 nights and had 1 towel change. Room was quite small and therefore quite stuffy with no aircon, ceiling fan was ok but didnt really combat the humidity. A double bed would have been nice as we were a couple but apart from that our stay there was good.

The owner of the place are very accommodating and ready to satisfy our demands. The bar is chill and serves great food. Furthermore, the pool and pool table are a great combo!

Delightful Hideaway

This is a friendly family run place, all the family and staff are wonderful, the apartments are clean and have all you need, the pool is lovely and the food and drinks fantastic and always available, I can truly recommend this fabulous delightful hideaway 😁

5 girls stayed,apartment very nice and clean,food excellent,very nice pool area,bar staff great especially Pepe lovely man can’t do enough for you.
