Todo super bien el personal muy amable y las comidas muy ricas y variadas fue una linda experiencia
No hubo nada que no nos gusto

The staff and a better variety and quality of food than any of the 4 resorts we stayed at. Bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body lotion. Fridge stocked daily with beers and soft drinks.
This boutique hotel is mainly for people who want peace and quiet. You have to go there to chill, read a book by the pool, and go out on excursions offered by tour companies.

I recently stayed at a hotel and had an amazing experience. The facilities were excellent, the service was spectacular, and overall, I had a wonderful time.

We were relaxed and comfortable. We felt safe and on our own schedule. There was plenty of room to do whatever we wanted.
We didn’t have wash cloths or pool towels.

Very personal staff. Head chef greated us daily and remembered allergies and food preferences
Pool needed a little bug and debris cleaning

The staff and food were incredible. Besides from being pet-friendly you feel that your pet is welcome and treated as a guest. Even drinks were good.
There's little to improve, perhaps some of the facilities are starting to show its age, however the hotel is in excellent shape over all.

We enjoyed the quiet location and the great customer service from its employees. We would like to thank María Elena, Daniela and Janil for their outstanding customer service. Always with a smile and ready to help us with what we needed.
We should have stayed longer

The proximity to the beach, the very well kept grounds and lovely pools were all delightful.
The staff are exceptionally friendly and always helpful
some of the older rooms had bathrooms that were not in great condition and lacked screens on the windows and doors
The food was not particularly inspired, or varied, except by request. it would have been nice if one of the two hot tubs were much hotter.

It's close to the beach
This hotel scammed us. We reserved two deluxe partial sea-view rooms and paid an all-inclusive rate. When we arrived we were given rooms facing a public beach parking lot... There was no ocean view in sight - just a bunch of cars coming and going right underneath our windows. When we saw this we requested different rooms but were told that the hotel was fully booked and they could only change one room out of the two the day after and that room wouldn't have a sea view either. We said that we weren't going to stay there and that we wanted our money back. They told us we wouldn't get any money back whatsoever and were completely unapologetic about it.
We moved to a different hotel right away, as we didn't come all the way from Ukraine to look at a parking lot. It was also supposed to be my 70th Birthday celebration... We asked booking.com for a refund, and they denied us, stating that the hotel told them that they offered us alternative rooms and we refused them. So, not only did this hotel give us horrible rooms, didn't provide any refund for rooms or food, but also lied to booking.com, so we couldn't get the refund from them either. I've been to Costa Rica 4 times, stayed all over the county in many hotels there, and never had such a terrible experience.
Overall, the grounds look much less impressive than in the pictures and the hotel looks cheap. There was a giant pothole right on the path where the luggage cart is supposed to ride, so they would manually lift it up and carry it over the pothole both ways. The restaurant is only open during very limited hours and there are no other food/snack options when the restaurant is closed. Save yourself trouble and book elsewhere.

Recepcion was nice, trying to help us with everything. Always comunicate by whatsapp, good drinks by George on the pool bar. Nice room
Its not normal beach for swiming, its a bay. Water is dirty from boats,no waves. The food taste good but everyday is the same. We stayed for 6 nights, after 4 we wanted to order mc donald because we cant eat it anymore. Its totaly overpriced! 400€ for a day? Absolutely not worth it! I did not recommed.

Friendly staff, large pools, next to the beach
It felt a bit underwhelming for a 4 star hotel at $300+ per night. The room I booked via Booking.com was not to the standard of the photos shown here or on the hotel website. Very basic, overlooking the car park by the entrance despite being labelled as ‘garden view’ (room 605) It was more similar to an American motel room - just a bed and a fridge with some dated armchairs. I was moved to another room (201) further into the complex for an upgrade fee which was better and appreciated but not at the cost I had planned.
Food is nice, fresh salads and different choices over 3 days but nothing outstanding. The bookable restaurant is good. It is closed on Mondays and fills up quickly as few covers, so book ahead if you can.
Restaurant is self service but the offering/service of drinks is sporadic depending on the server with some very attentive and others not so much. Wine and cocktails were good. Overall it was ok

Location & some staff members
They have zero flexibility. They seem to classify people and are not as good as they think they are.

The location of Casa Conde Beachfront Hotel is excellent IF/WHEN you can find it. Try WAZE instead of Google Maps. The staff are friendly and attentive. The beach is great. The two (2) pools are very nice. The food offerings are varied and the food is good. The grounds are well maintained. Parking is available and handy.
Property is impossible to find using Google maps. There is almost no identification of the property even at their gate entrance. It was maddening to try to find Casa Conde Beachfront Hotel/Resort. Our "standard" guest room was lacking. It was a handicap accessible room with a nice view of the grounds and beach only from the tiny ground level porch. The guest room interior lacked sufficient light (no bedside lamps); only a dim overhead chandelier, no lounge chair, no artwork. Our room was in the old part of the hotel. The newer 2-story building looked far more pleasant.

the location on the sea is great, excellent to swim, long walk to busy Tamarindo beach to one side and long walk to the other side lonly and all nature
very friendly staff especially the charming lady from the reception and thanks to the lady chef for excellently preparing our self caught fish
as an all inclusive hotel it seems to attract good eaters with the accompanying side effects

Beautiful location right on the beach, perfect after an 11 hour flight from the UK!
Lots of option at breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as freshly cooked takeaway snacks throughout the day which include pizza, fajitas etc.
Small kids play area including a climbing wall and little house perfect for our 3 year old.
2 large pools for relaxing throughout the day.
We really enjoyed our stay and would come back!

Amazing room, clean and staff was phenomenal. Great variety of food and delicious.

The location, the beautiful gardens and big/old conservative trees
They need to take care about the details in service and rooms, the food definitely is not the best, my honest review no value per money invested.
4.5 / 5.0
Peaceful, drinks, pool, pool bar, customer service, front beach, good size bedrooms, comfy beds, gardens.
Sport bar schedule, missing snack bar, no gym, kitchen was very slow to complete special requests, bathroom details and smell, too much light into the bedroom, wifi network was very poor and unstable.

Nice view
clean rooms
clean property
staff is really kind!
Only 1 English speaking tv channel.
Not a large variety of food, basically had the same food just prepared different every night.
We didn’t get the rooms we actually paid for and wanted and we weren’t notified ahead of time by booking.com or the property that we wouldn’t.
There are boats in the water closer than I’ve ever seen to a resort beach.
Also just a heads up the water isn’t blue it’s more of a brown color.
Property isn’t well lit at night.
No pool lights and crabs were in the pool.
Probably shouldn’t be an “all inclusive hotel” as it just doesn’t have all the bells and whistles.

The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Loved the location on the beach. The pools were beautiful.
The food was only mediocre. The food is the only complaint that I have about the facility.

The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. They went out of their way to make our wishes come true. Too many people to mention here but we plan on going back. A big "Thank you!" to all of the staff.
