Average stay, I took the junior suite, it was a room with no light and two tiny window, I thought it was a mistake initially and asked for a better room and was given the same room again. Breakfast was average. Not worth the price.
4.7
Great location, with lots of sights and restaurants within walking distance.

The most comfortable huge bed, super friendly staff, good breakfast in a nicely decorated room
Despite being on the 6th floor, our room was quite noisy because the open atrium meant the noise from the lobby echoed upwards

Very well designed. Our room was superb. Staff were very professional, welcoming and friendly. We highly recommend this hotel.
No issues.

Outstanding staff. Very comfortable bed. Great interior design.
TV had poor resolution and jumpy screen. Neighborhood is historic but dicey with homeless, panhandlers, and street thieves.

This hotel is an absolute treasure! Every detail was perfect. It was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The staff were wonderfully kind and helpful. Breakfast was also exceptional. We also appreciated the later check out time (12pm) which is a small detail that made our lives easier. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Magnificent Magnolia.
I am fortunate to be able to travel widely and often.
Hotel Magnolia is magnificent.
The attention to detail is second to none.
The location is superb-just across the road from the wildly eclectic Cerro Santa Lucia-and in easy walking distance of Santiago’s major sights.
Christian and every single person of his team were extremely helpful and accommodating as I checked in and out as I criss crossed Chile 🇨🇱.
I cannot imagine a better place to stay in Santiago.
Muchas gracias to you Christian and your wonderful staff 🇨🇱🙏

The hotel is beautifully decorated. The staff is super friendly, they tried to help us whenever needed and seemed genuinely concerned that we had a nice stay. They even lent us a bip card for the metro. The breakfast was medium size in terms of options but very good quality (coffee, pastries). We also had dinner there and the food was very tasty. It was very well located. I highly reccomend this hotel. The room is a good size with complementary tea and water at your disposal.
The wifi in the bedroom was almost none existing, which was annoying. It the bedroom there was only very tall pillows which were unconfortable. Sometimes the room was very warm, others it was ok, it seemed that the temp control in the room didnt work properly.
4.7
The design of the rooms and hotel. Very unique with glass floors, modern and traditional styles combined.
The only thing would be to have more lighting in hotel area and rooms.

shower sprays into the toilet area, location area not very safe

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very stylish. Great breakfast selection! We found this hotel much better than others in the area for a similar price!

Beautiful beautiful hotel. The decor is fabulous and makes you feel like you're in a cabin with all the wooden walls and floors. Bed was wonderful and the terrace is lovely.
The positives massively outweigh the issues we had.
We didn't have water on the day we were checking out. This happens, but instead of them suggesting a discount / taking things off the bill without prompting I had to explain I'm not paying for any room service or food given the discomfort caused by not being able to shower before going to the airport. However they did take all that off the bill without any further commentary so I was happy.
The only other comment I'd make is that most 4/5 star hotels have a rain shower which is very much to shower in but Magnolia doesn't have that unfortunately.

Magnolia lives up to its reputation - from the warm welcome and incredibly helpful reception staff to the beautiful interior design. Rooms were large, with thoughtful touches and spacious bathrooms. Excellent gym, dining room and gorgeous little lounge spaces downstairs for relaxing. Great rooftop terrace with cosy couches.
Everything was wonderful

Beautiful hotel, clean, good breakfast and well-located.
It didn't give us a sense of security at all. One night we woke up 2:30AM after hearing some door noises and then we realized there was a strange person in our room(!!!). We started screaming, and the person ended up leaving the room. This person was barefoot, wearing two purses, fumbling with three card keys and could only say "sorry, sorry". Security arrived quickly after all the screaming. What the staff told us was that the person was a guest who was drunk and entered our room by mistake, and that our door was probably not properly closed. On the next morning we tested several times the door and realized one had to press it extra-hard after shutting it close so it would make another click sound and be closed for real (we can only guess, and hope, so). We also realized then that the card keys we had were still working, despite the front-desk having told us after the incident that as a security measure all keys assigned to our room had been voided... After the episode each staff member told us a slightly different version of how this guest could have made such mistake, and this added to our insecurity. We changed rooms the next day and when checking the doors we found out that the balcony door lock was broken and we had to request help from the staff, who had to apply great force to have it locked properly. Proper maintenance could have avoided all this. We had to sleep (poorly) with a chair behind the door the next days. A very uncomfortable stay.

Large, comfortable room. Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. Sumptuous breakfast and wonderful rooftop bar/restaurant searching delicious food and range of drinks - perfect for watching the sunset over the city.
The hotel is centrally located in the city, near (within walking distance) of many of the major sites and easy access to transportation to go further afield.

Except for being located near a park, we did not know anything about the hotel. we were not expecting what we saw when we entered the hotel. it was stunningly beautiful, the hotel staff were friendly, and the food was delicious.
we loved every minute there

It's a fantastic little hotel near the heart of Santiago. Very comfortable, clean, safe and the staff is excellent. While I have to admit I did not enjoy Santiago itself, the hotel really went out of its way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Beds were very comfy, wifi was excellent.
