Very beautiful
The hot tub was dirty and I caught a rash from it
Everything else was great

Beautifully situated within the countryside, overlooks greenery. Hotel is created with love, cozy but very classy and clean.
For someone traveling without a car super difficult to reach - buses only run every few hours so we took a cab. Distance to Bath isn’t far at all, there is just little public transport.

The grounds were beautifully maintained and planted out. Excellent to wander round. Quirky decorative features (clocks and lighting). Unusual decor & furniture in rooms. Ball shaped pods in gardens allowing for meals outside.
Arrived before room was ready so offered a coffee whilst waiting but charged £5/each PLUS £1.25 gratuity. Pretty outrageous and definitely not a welcome factor. Eggs Benedict & hollandaise SO vinegary & leather May fin, should have sent back but in hurry to leave. Avoid! Gratuity added at 12.5% on top of already highly inflated price for alcohol free wine in principle not acceptable.

Everything was wonderful but our main takeaway was how exceptional the service was. Everyone was so friendly. We loved how dog friendly the hotel was too. Spa was lovely. Food was delicious. Would come back!

The staff were lovely. The room was spacious and well decorated. The hydro room was extremely good. Room was relaxing, Room service was great and the drinks and treats to help yourself was lovely.
The ladder to the swimming pool outdoor felt extremely unsafe which we did report but unfortunately once in the pool which we both slipped off the ladder trying to get in the pool and hold it steady meant getting out was a bit scary and ended up with bruises. So other than the outdoor poll it was a relaxing time but ladder used some stress.

Friendly and helpful staff, problem with our first room was dealt with promptly, stylish decor, beautiful countryside, diptyque toiletries. Food good, but menu uninspired.
Spa facilities small, hydrotherapy pool surround serves as entrance to treatment and steam rooms but is very narrow. Our first room (cosy luxe mews) was very small indeed, overbath shower. Fortunately a fault with the extractor fan meant we were moved to another room which was a distinct improvement. Popular with dog owners.

we loved it, we stayed in a hot tub suite. the room definitely could do with some freshening up (stains on the rug, chips in furniture) as the price was quite high for one night but apart from that we really loved the place and will be back!
as above!

It is not cheap but in a beautiful location. We were given room 9 up on a steep second floor staircase. Perhaps staff can ensure that guests are informed about this. Room was ok.
Staff lovely food reasonable.
But hoovering on a bank holiday Monday at 745 am in the common areas! Woke us all up.

Very comfortable, extremely well appointed, lovely balcony with hot tub, lots of lovely “free” extras within
Too many things didn’t work and had to be sorted with reception. shame no children’s menu at breakfast.

Super room with great decoration. There were excellent views from many aspects of the room. Breakfast was one of the best we have had for a very long time. Spa pools facilities were great. Loved the complimentary nibbles. All staff were so friendly and relaxed.
Large TV that came up from the bottom of bed greatly diminished the look of the room and would have preferred a smaller stand alone one.
Lack of a fitness room/Gym was disappointing but was told that the hotel has plans for one in the future.
Lack of any draught lager was a negative.

Stunning luxury hotel with an affordable price. Highly recommend this place for switching off for a few days. The rooms are fantastic.

The overall decor at Homewood makes the place feel special and original. You don't feel like you're staying in yet another bland corporate hotel.
The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was great and had the same original decor as the rest of the hotel.
Spa facilities hit the spot, helping us to relax and fully enjoy the stay.
Food in the evening and for breakfast was great on both occasions.

Lovely setting, lovely building. friendly staff.
The spa was not great, i.e. the Jacuzzi wasn’t warm enough, sauna wasn’t warm enough. fire alarm waking us at 0740 because of steam from the spa!
