Enjoy the comfort of our fully-equipped carriage house (2nd story) private apartment with separate entrance in historic Speer neighborhood. Excellent walk-ability (5 minutes) to local bars, coffee shops, restaurants and public transportation. Free street parking. 1.5 miles from State Capitol , Denver Convention Center, Pepsi Center, Denver Art Museum and the Denver Performing Arts Center.

In the spirit of keeping travel affordable we have not raised our prices in over two years - even though our operating costs have increased. We’ll never ask you to strip beds, do the laundry, or take out the trash. We pay a generous living wage to our housekeeper and professionally clean the laundry. We only ask for the place to respectfully put the place back in order like you found it.

Twenty minute drive from world famous Red Rocks Amphitheater!

Located in the heart of Denver, with accessibility to nearly everything. Bike/walk on the Cherry Creek path, just a couple blocks up the street. It's surrounded by so much activity but offers a quiet respite from the outside world. You'll love the clean, warm, contemporary style on the inside with blackout shades in the bedroom. A full kitchen with spices and basics, if you choose to cook. But why would you want to cook when you have sports bars, fine restaurants, Sushi bars, breakfast cafes within a couple minutes walk??? We'll supply you with coffee, tea and a few other niceties.!

If you are flying into Denver, it's an easy light rail ride to Denver's Union Station. You could take a short bus ride from Union Station down to our stop (Broadway and 1st Ave) and have a 5 minute walk to the Logan Street Urban Refuge. Depending on what you plan to do in Denver, it's highly possible you wouldn't need a car. Your hosts are respectful of your privacy but are available to help you navigate the city/state if you have questions, or to talk and enjoy meeting new people. This was such a beautiful place. Geourgous garden greeted me on the other side of the gate. The apt was so insulated and quiet. I slept like a baby! I had everything i needed and then some with great hosts available at a moments notice. I wish i didnt have to leave!

felt welcome in this oasis-like setting. It was quiet, comfortable, restful, homey, and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped. When I needed a spatula, I found three! Talking with the hosts was a real pleasure. I would highly recommend this listing!

We came to Denver for a 2 night visit. Cindy and Daniel’s place was perfectly situated for the Rockies game and the Red Rocks concert we attended. The carriage house was quaint and quite peaceful in a very cool neighborhood. The place was clean, modern and perfect for our needs. The courtyard is a picture of tranquility with the koi pond being the star of the show. Cindy was quick to respond to any questions we had. We had the pleasure of meeting Daniel in person. We highly recommend Cindy and Daniel’s carriage house!

Cindy and Daniel were wonderful hosts. The carriage house they created above their garage was cozy, modern, and very comfortable. We had the opportunity to enjoy their beautiful backyard garden and pond, and Daniel even gave me a little lesson on his beekeeping hobby! There were several eating places in walking distance from their house, and they allow us to access the Denver Botanic Garden through their membership. I would highly recommend them and if we ever get back to that area, we will definitely stay there again!

A beautifully appointed carriage house in a historic Denver neighborhood! The accommodations were immaculate, modern, comfy, and tranquil! Our hosts were so gracious! Privacy, a flowering garden,and a koi pond! A gem!

This property was perfect for a quick stay in Denver. There are several great dining options within walking distance and we were always able to park less than a half block from the entrance. There was a washer and dryer in the unit and it was very quiet. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I stayed for five days, in part as a 'workcation.' We enjoyed the beautiful backyard as we worked. The location was fabulous with easy walks to restaurants and nearby sites. We enjoyed Cindy and Daniel's company in the evening. The unit had great amenities, including coffee, shampoo and tp, which isn't always the case in other VRBO's we have rented. We highly recommend staying at the Carriage House and would be happy to stay here again.

Great stay at this property! Cindy is super friendly and very helpful. She is willing to be as available or as distant as you prefer. The house is located within walking distance of several restaurants, but it is also centrally located if you are wanting to tour around the state. You do need to be able to parallel park due to parking on the street—we rented a car. Other positives: *The kitchen is well furnished and basic items are available. * The outside sitting on the balcony or in the host’s backyard is relaxing! *Strong water pressure. Overall, I do highly recommend this property if you are in the area!

Pros: Hosts were very helpful, great communicators, gave us free tickets to the botanic garden and some of their honey from their bees. Comfortable bed, unit has washer and dryer and dishwasher. Lovely balcony with small table and chairs overlooking the yard. Great location: walking distance to good restaurants. Cons: Unit is on the second floor and the stairs leading up to the unit have separated from the wall, feel loose/wobblely, and give the impression that they are not safe. Access to the unit is from the alley and through a locked gate which you have to use a key to lock/unlock from the inside. This seems like a fire hazard as, in an emergency, one would need to find the key to unlock the gate to exit. The apartment could have been cleaner (comforter for hide-a-bed was dirty and smelled like perfume - we were able to wash it though, top of some surfaces were dusty, etc.). Probably just needs a deep clean.

This is such a cute place to stay! It was in a really nice neighborhood that was a short Uber ride to downtown, Lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. The airline had lost our luggage...Cindy and Daniel were so helpful! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Denver!

My wife and I used this rental for trip to Denver for two Red Rocks shows and a free day to explore the area. The rental was comfortable, private, and very well stocked. The owners were also extremely kind and very responsive to messages via Vrbo. Be sure to utilize the offered Denver Botanical Gardens pass - that is not to be missed and a great perk of staying at this property. The location was good and provided good access to all of our stops (Rockies game at Coors Field is a lot of fun with beautiful views). It was about a 25 min drive to Red Rocks (with no traffic). We were always able to find street parking very close to the property; either right on Ellsworth by the entrance or on Pennsylvania right around the corner. Check in and check out procedures were very clear. Wi-Fi was good, shower pressure and heat were good, and there is a washer/dryer combo available to use. The courtyard area was really relaxing with the water feature and hanging lights. It may for an enjoyable evening on the patio. Book with confidence!

The whole experience was excellent. The owners were welcoming and super helpful, yet allowed us all the privacy we wanted. They put a lot of love and work into their property, and it shows. The carriage house was quiet, comfortable and well appointed, the garden was beautiful, and the bees were awesome (best honey we've ever had)! We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

This nice little getaway was very nice and clean with a large fully furnished kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the large screen TV and viewing options. It's upstairs inside a gated yard with a fish pond and beautiful landscaping on the same property as the owners who were very nice offering conversation if you want or total privacy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great little apartment. Short walk to Broadway where you can find some restaurants & cocktails. On street parking was easy to find. The hosts communicated well and let us check in early since are flight got in early in the AM. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks!

The property was higher than I normally pay, but it was worth every extra penny! There was a lot of info all over the house filled with things to do. If you need a place to stay in Denver, look no further! This place is perfect starting with the hosts. Super attentive, very friendly and great communication. It is easy to access and very quiet. The Refuge had everything that we needed. If we go to Denver again, this is where we will stay.

Logan Street Refuge was a wonderful place to stay! The neighborhood was perfect, with plenty of amazing places to eat within walking distance and a short uber ride to everything downtown. The backyard is beautiful and a peaceful place to sit out in the morning or at night. The owners are very friendly and easy to get a hold of if you need anything. Definitely recommend!

My wife and I stayed here for 7 nights. This place met all of our needs. It’s comfortable and clean. The owners were available and made it clear we could reach for anything we needed but we didn’t have to do that because everything was already provided. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this spot to anyone.

I’d suggest you give your home address, then explain refuge is in alley behind. Our GPS didn’t help much! It was probably my fault, but I didn’t realize parking was not on property. My husband has difficulty walking. Beautiful space, lovely flowers!

We stayed at the Logan Street Carriage House while visiting Denver for my boyfriend's birthday. It was the perfect location and within walking distance of many coffee shops and restaurants. Cindy and Daniel were responsive and kind. I would definitely stay there again!
