Exceptional and good value for money.

We loved that the property was on the edge of the village and therefore it was peaceful and quiet. It was however still very near everything we needed to see.

Great place close to everything, perfect stay for a big group.

Great place, very central, huge balcony with a nice view. Big and spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. Very friendly host, very responsive and communicative.

Superb

location is very good, just inside the ZTL so I could park not far and still easily get there. The patio is a plus although we did not use due to being too cold but in spring and fall should be perfect

As I said, the apartment looked very good at the first sight, but unfortunately it was not clean and needed some mainten

The location was great, near the city center and near some free parking spot. the balcony was huge and amazing! The house was nice.

I found a chewing gum on the bedside table and when I cleaned, I discovered that the entire surface was dirty. We also found a stain of blood on bedroom sheets (very gross). In general, the apartment looks good but if you looks better it needs maintenance. Some power plugs didn’t work (for example, the one in the bathroom). The fan in one of the bathroom was not working. The air conditioning was there but it was not working properly, it just blowed air not cooled air, so the rooms were pretty hot during the nights.

Good price for 2 beds and 2 baths on edge of Siena.

Fully equipped had everything including washer. Very big rooms, and a large terrace. Good location just outside central Siena. Fairly modern and up to date appliances. Great host.

2nd floor with narrow steps. Small elevator with room for 1person or luggage. Limited garage access. Inside ztl zone, so cannot drive to door to unload luggage. Typical very tiny Italian showers, with doors that easily fall off tracks. Poor sound insulation, and main bedroom directly above very active and noisy pizza place. Not quiet until very late. Overall would stay here again, since value is quite good.

Superb

In the city centre and right at the edge of the no traffic zone, it’s easy to get to by car (but you can’t park in front of the apartment as it’s 50m inside the no traffic zone; parking is very close nearby). The apartment is very spacious with a massive terrace. Everything is very close and it’s a great base to explore Siena and the surrounding area. Super friendly staff made us very welcome!

A very good experience!

Great location, a very nice apartment with a huge (!) balcony. AC worked fine in both rooms. We had a number to call to at any time. A paid parking not far away (although a bit small amd hard to drive in). Overall a very good experience.

Although they were always available by phone, they weren't really available to come and help us, as they told us to wait for 30 minutes. Needed help as the door's lock is pretty wierd.

Great place to visit Siena

Location to parking was just a very short walk. Also the apartment was right in the middle of town and the terrace was a nice added bonus!

Exceptional

Rooms were spacious, bright and high ceilings. Large lovely terrace with covered canopy. Well equipped kitchen.

The elevator was broken- we didn’t mind the 2 flights of stairs until we had to carry our luggage down. Pack light!
