Spend a small amount of mi ey to improve comfort and it would be a great villa.

The location and pool were good

The beds were like sleeping on a brick. The linen was very poor and had stains on the top covers. There were duvet’s in the cupboard but no covers. The pillows were awful. It’s also useful not to have buy toilet cleaners, cooking oil and a few spices. Quite bag drain smells in the bathrooms.

A very pleasant stay in a nice clean modern villa.

It was perfectly located a few minutes walk to the marina. Easy check in on arrival and appreciate the bits left for us upon arrival wine, cheese etc.. The villa itself was nice and clean both inside and outside. It had all necessary equipment in the kitchen to make it feel like home.spacious and good layout. A very pleasant stay with good parking too. Can definitely recommend a stay when in playa blanca.

Nothing really… but could have done with a few cleaning sprays under the sink. Not really a problem as we easily get it when shopping, but it could help maintain for the owners benefit.

A lovely chilled week - just what we needed

Lovely villa but dated. Had everything we needed for a comfortable week. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds.

A bit dated/shabby. Things like the veneer coming off the kitchen cabinets and a broken sunlounger left by the pool. Also there were 3 of us but the hot water ran out after one shower then we had to wait ages for it to catch up for the next shower. Considering the villa sleeps 6 this could be difficult!

Loved the island, marina area and villa everyone was so friendly everywhere

Casa familiar cómoda y bien situada

La casa es estupenda, pero deben tener en cuenta algunos detalles: La bandeja del lavaplatos están totalmente oxidada, imposible utilizarlo El agua caliente sale con poquísima fuerza en la ducha, cuando se lo dijimos al dueño confirmo que lo sabía. Se solucionaría con un motor para dar presión al agua. Los azulejos alrededor de la piscina resbalan muchísimo, hay que tener mucho cuidado

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay

Location was excellent and less than a 5min walk to Marina Rubicon and all facilities that we needed. A welcome pack on arrival was appreciated.

No satellite TV which would have been a bonus and limited aircon, Although not an issue during our stay, could be needed in the height of the summer heat.

Underbart boende nära till allt - rekommenderas varmt!

Underbart läge, sköna sängar, välutrustat kök med fyllt kylskåp när vi kom dit, så välkomnande! Rent, snyggt inrett. Vi bodde i hus nr 2 och området kring poolen var stort och rymligt. Läget suveränt, tyst och fint men nära till Rubicon bla. Grill som vi använde flera gånger. Stora rum, tre toaletter och duschar. Underbar pool om än lite kall. Diskmaskin och tvättmaskin finns. Verkligen välutrustat.

Lite läskigt och trixigt kodlåset på dörren som verkar vara samma kod för alla som bott i hus nr 2. Tips till ägaren att byta kod inför varje ny gäst. Skulle kännas tryggt. Poolen som sagt lite kall, två grader varmare så hade den varit perfekt uppvärmd. Vi vande oss och badade glatt. Alla positiva upplevelser överväger de små detaljer som inte var helt hundra. Hade varit bra att få veta när städpatrullen skulle komma, så man var förberedd.

Emplacement top, maison accueillante et bien aménagée au calme et proximité de la Marina pour faire les courses et loisirs. Nous avons trouvé sympa de fournir les serviettes de plage et produits de douche, et TV connectée !

A fantastic villa in top location, highly recommend.

Villa was great, well laid out, spacious, very comfortable and all mod cons you needs all in excellent working order. Welcome pack was great with everything you would need for arrival anytime to function without any issues and be able to have something to eat and drink. Pool was attended to by maintenance team who were all very welcoming and polite.

Superb

Fantastic location, interior better than I expected. Brilliant value for money, everything we needed for a self catering stay. Me and the Mrs had the villa to ourselves and didn't want to leave. One of the best holidays we've ever had 👍

The filter/pump in the pool on the last day stopped working or was switched off after the maintenance man came. Caused bad irritation to my eyes but it was the last day so didn't expect anyone to sort it so late, so didn't report it.

Fabulous location, accommodation spacious & comfortable. The marina & beach nearby are wonderful

No instructions on how to operate appliances (dishwasher especially tricky as all markings in buttons & lights have worn off) Downstairs loo not flushing very well Guests at neighbouring villas vv noisy on 2 occasions

This is our 3rd stay at the villa, it’s clean and comfortable with everything you need, a little dated maybe but fully functional.

Just one niggle, maybe a few better fans, the last part of our 2nd week the temp rose and it was pretty uncomfortable at night.

Lovely Villa in a perfection location for a relaxing break

Know the area well and this villia is in a great location for shops, food and the beach.It is also a lovely quiet area so no noises or loud music in the evenings. The villa was really comfortable and had everything you needed to cook and wash cloths. Pool was perfect.

Not a major issue for my wife and I as we are used to heat but there is no air conditioning or ceiling fan's...so be aware of that.

Fabulous break.

The Villa is lovely and very comfortable and modern. It's about a 30 min walk to playa blancas main strip which is fine as you can walk down by the sea front. All in All we had a fabulous time

Great location

The location was excellent. 5 minutes walk into the Marina. It is very private by the pool and plenty of space inside. The villa had everything that we needed for a weeks stay.

The Villa is showing its age a bit now. The main problem was the low water pressure. You needed to plan to have a shower .. It would have been nice to have fresh bath towels and a change of bedding halfway through the week.
