It served us well

The porch with recliners was wonderful.

Not having an elevator and having to carry everything up and down stairs.

Poorly managed property, personnel seemed unconcerned about satisfying us as customers.

Would not recommend this place! This is the second time we booked to stay at this facility and it was worse than the first stay! Booking.com asked a question, if we would like to check-in early, checked the box yes, asked between 12:00 & 1:00 pm check-in. Checked in approx 12:15 pm room wasn't ready. Told to check back in an hour. Did that and room was still being cleaned, check back. Checked back at 3:00 p.m. was told maintenance was in the unit now and it still wasn't ready. By 4:00 pm, (which was the original check-in time if you didn't check the box for early arrival,) we were able to check in. Went to the condo, FIVE light bulbs were out, the ice maker didn't work, the lights over the stove were out. There were stains on the carpet. The rooms upstairs were considerably warmer than the downstairs so to keep it cool upstairs, the temp downstairs had to be very cold. The fan in one of the upstairs bedrooms had a screw out of the fan blade and made a horrible noise when it was turned on. Called for maintenance when we first found out about the fan and it took a call the next day to ask again for the fan to be fixed before they came. If we would have just been told from the beginning we couldn't have early check-in I would not have written this review!

The personnel at the check-in desk appeared to not be responsive about the early check-in we had asked for. Only checked her computer screen to find out the progress of the cleaning of the room. NEVER called to check personally of the progress of the cleaning. All-in-all, not a good experience!

We loved the way the condo was set up. We would have preferred the Majestic, but this was nice.

We weren't by the lake but other than that it was fantastic.

great location, peaceful nights and great staff.

The view was great considering how many buildings are there. I liked that the grass area was maintained and treated for mosquitoes.

the rooms can be very different. We moved two rooms down to stay an extra night & the second room while same price was more outdated and the patio furniture was poor quality compared to the other room.

We had a short get away to Branson, Thousand Hills always makes it exceptional!

The one thing that I’m always impressed with at Thousand Hills is the cleanliness of every unit we have stayed in. Check in fast and easy and staff is always friendly.

Having stayed at properties all over the country for business and for pleasure this particular property ranks at the top of my list. My family and I I'll give it a 10 out of 10 on every category you can think of from the exceptional staff at the front desk and the concierge that would text us to ensure that we have everything we need, to the facility itself The comfy beds, the stocked kitchen with utensils, plates ,blender and even a toaster,everything you can think of, to the clean rooms and easy parking. The location of the property made it a hop and a skip away from the strip and all the restaurants and activities we had planned, yet far away for it to be a nice quiet and cozy getaway. Will definitely be staying at thousand hills golf resort again. Thank you to Angie at the front desk and Paula our concierge.

We were celebrating a birthday with family and this was perfect for us all to stay together!

location was perfect and easy access to everything we had planned! It was also very clean and ready for us to come in to!

a couple of plug ins didn’t work. I thought it had a hot tub and it didn’t.

very enjoyable and relaxing!!

We are never disappointed when we stay at thousands hills! we like to have a condo, but the king suite was perfect for the 2 of us. Check in was easy and quick, and they were helpful when we wanted to book show tickets. Thousands Hills location is perfect. Will always try and stay at Thousand Hills.

disappointing in cleanliness

it was in a good location

when we walked in the apartment there was a bag of dirty towels, pillows, and blankets left from the previous guests and also then when we walked upstairs there was lots of wadded up dirty tissues thrown all in the closet!!! at night I always check the beds before going to sleep and in the upstairs bed on a pillow there was a gross bug skin/shell. for the price we spent on this place I am not happy

Easy access to all the shows and attractions on the strip. Three bedroom unit was large and comfortable with a great enclosed balcony area. Concierge service was great and made purchasing group tickets to all the attractions we wanted super quick and painless. We will definitely use this property again.

A little dated decor. Pool closed at 10, so couldn't use it after 8 pm shows.

Stay was good but the house needed some updates and general repairs.

House needs updates. Carpet was sticky and dirty. Closet doors in upstairs bedroom were off track. Could fall on little ones. Bed in upstairs was broken in middle. General repairs needed badly.

The property was absolutely exquisite, just maybe not for my family.

The location was perfect! We had easy access to everything. The attractions were close to the resort and made accessing the property when needed convenient. We never ate on-site.

As an African American guest I did not feel welcomed by staff. There were several instances where I came into the lobby and was never acknowledged; however, when other races came in after me they were immediately greeted. When we took the golf cart out, it felt like we were being harassed and followed by staff because he would pop up, only where we were, and accuse us of "joy riding." It would have been more professional for him to ask how he could have helped us since I told him it was only my 2nd time golfing. We definitely felt uncomfortable here.

I've had much better experiences with other properties.

Breakfast was not provided. We did not receive any additional services beyond renting the condo. The front desk did however, offer us show tickets at a discount. But when I did my research, the ticket prices she offered were more than what the attraction actually charged for full price.

Our unit was not cleaned before we arrived. One of the beds had blood on the sheets, another bed had hair on the covers, there was hair in the stand up shower, and the kitchen counters were filthy. We used half our container of clorox wipes cleaning the kitchen counters. The coffee maker was even worse. It looked as if it had never been cleaned. The internet hardly ever worked and one of the televisions (master bedroom) did not work. Outside of cleanliness, the tub stopper in the master bedroom was broken, so after one shower, water just sat in the tub for all three days we were there. We contacted the front desk and told them that the water would not drain and they said ok. They never sent anyone to fix it. I brought the issue up at check out and the lady said, "No one wrote it up for service. Sorry about that." She never even asked how was our stay. I had to volunteer the information. This unit was a complete waste of my money and a total embarrassment as I had bragged on my previous stay at Thousand Hills Resorts. My last stay was a 3 bedroom townhome with a different owner. At this point, I don't no that I would ever stay in another property managed by Thousand Hills again.
