Pleasant

Good location, great restaurant with falk cuisine nearby, close to the city center.

Beds are simply cheap and so are linen. Room might be more clean and tidy.

Look at other properties, disgusting.

Nothing, it's a disgrace

The check-in was a nightmare even with me speaking Bulgarian, the room had a bad smell of cigarettes, the heating through the air conditioning only blew cold, the room had a upturned dressing table boxing in the boiler for the 1920s bathroom that had dangerous wiring under the sink, the only reason I didn't check out was because I arrived off a late flight and I had been working all day and I was very tired. I will never stay again. They can't say its budget and you get what you pay for, because there's lots better for the same money or less.

This hotel is in a great central location and exceptional value for money and the staff were very helpful . We had a deluxe double studio which was very spacious. The decor was slightly dated but don't let that put you off . Will definitely book here again .

Lack of blackout curtains in the room. After 7am you Can't sleep with such light in the room Lack of water pressure in the bathroom

Some noise coming from the floor above; sports & dance activities.

It was close to the main street, the cathedral and the location is near the city center as a whole.

It was not that clean. Also the the hairdryer was not working. You need to go to the reception to borrow one and then to return it back so people from other rooms to use it as well if needed.

Worth the money

I only stayed 1 night, but for the price, and I arrived at stupid o'clock in the morning, it worked out for me, I had a good breakfast and a good night's, what was left of it, kip. Excellent value and the lady who looked after me in the morning was excellent. I would use this place again. This has a 24 hour front desk. Liked it.

Cars revving outside. I was given the wrong WiFi password when I arrived.
