Incredible stay in Palermo.

It was very cool that we got the entire apartment and we felt like locals living in Palermo. Although, I am not sure for how long they are going to keep doing this as according to the manager it is due to Covid. Also they welcomed us with a very nice apple cake. In addition, the manager was very thorough and detailed with recommendations. Because it was way above our expectation the place gets a 10/10.

I am all in all very happy with this place and I would highly recommend it but just a piece of advise. We got the food equivalent of 4/5 breakfasts but it wasn't served everyday, all the packaged food was available in the kitchen since day one to eat during the stay. In addition, this is my first b&b in Italy and I am not sure if this is the expectation, but just a heads up, our room wasn't cleaned daily. We loved the way it was, just adding this comment in case the reader is not looking for this.

Accoglienza super, nonostante fossimo arrivati oltre l'orario di check-in per via del volo. Avevamo avvertito prima la struttura del nostro arrivo posticipato, ma non è stato un problema. Posizione ottima che consente di visitare le attrazioni principali di Palermo, colazione varia.

Il b and b pur trovandosi su una strada non eccessivamente trafficata non è isolata al massimo, per cui si sentivano voci e rumori provenienti dall'esterno. Purtroppo il palazzo essendo antico non ha né l'ascensore, né il montascale, per cui non è accessibile alle persone con disabilità o che hanno una scarsa o ridotta mobilità.

The location of this place is excellent. A few steps out of the main attractions of the city. When arriving by train (as two young women), we were a little nervous of the location but was very close to the main attractions. The hosts were helpful and communicative. You do have the whole apartment.

We had a very early flight on Sunday so wanted to get extra rest on Saturday night. However, the two apartments next to us were very loud. Children and adults were yelling to each other from balconies and playing loud music across the street until 1 AM. While this is out of the hosts control, it was definitely a damper on the experience. The beds are very firm.

Great host, comfortable accommodation

The host was simply incredibly welcoming, helpful and efficient. She went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, accommodate my request to keep my luggage until afternoon. I truly appreciated the manner they had the breakfast ready in the kitchen for when I woke up, I could find everything there. The juice, the coffee capsules, the milk, the toasts, jam, butter, cereals, etc... She was also super kind to provide me with tips for sites and restaurants to visit. Thank you very, very much for a great stay!

My first impression of the street where the B&B is located was that of slight apprehension, but it quickly became familiar. It is safe, very quiet, close to the station and to many of the key attractions. Nothing more to ask for.

The most amazing place to stay in the heart of Palermo. The apartment was incredible, also the breakfast and Elisabetta was excellent host and she recommended us places to visit and where to eat really delicious food. We highly recommend Elisabetta, and her apartment.

A very comfortable, independent apartment at your disposal. In a great location in old Palermo. You have to reckon with the street and the building looking awful - but that's how it is in the old town. The interior of the apartment - perfectly equipped and clean. The owner left the refrigerator full: jams, butter, packaged yellow cheese, packaged ham, yoghurts, plenty of water and juices, plus croutons, cookies and homemade cake. It would be enough for days, so you don't have to worry about provisioning. I recommend this place without hesitation.

A comfortable central stay in Palermo

The selection of breakfast goodies was excellent...although we had the apartment to ourselves, the fridge and kitchen table were very well stocked with ham, cheese, milk, tea, coffee, bread, biscuits, jam, Nutella, juice... We did not expect such a good spread. Elisabetta also provided a list of nearby eateries, and Ferro di Cavallo was top notch while being reasonably priced. She was also helpful when we got off the airport train early and even offered to pick us up (although we found our way in the end).

The electricity tripped once! That caused momentary panic, but Elisabetta was able to guide us as to what to do over WhatsApp. That was probably due to our using the washing machine without guidance.

Superb

I can't recommend this place well enough. The host was super responsive and helpful. We had the whole place to ourselves, the room was spotless, and signora Anna welcomed us very warmly. The fridge was full of food and they provided an abundant breakfast. The accommodation has everything a traveller can possibly need and more! This place made me feel like home. The accommodation is located very close to the main attractions and piazzas. Super convenient.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable for me. I highly recommend this place though.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Good recommendations about what to do in the city. Pretty basic but good breakfast. Kept a very good communication with the host. Very good located near the main walking street.

There was no heating source in kitchen, bathroom and hallway. For me the temperature in March it was ok, but my wife felt it a bit chilly.

The apartament is located in the old part of Palermo, so it's a great starting point for sightseeing. Lots of restaurants and pubs nearby. Elisabetta is a very friendly and caring host. It was a real pleasure!

amazing experience

The little sister is so nice and sweet. She explained everything about the room to us. The room was so quiet and clean. We just got to the room, and she made us coffee. She also prepared cantaloupe for us in advance. The bed was huge and comfortable. It is a perfect lodging experience. I must give the five stars.

Everything about this place is exceptional. The host Elisabetta speaks excellent English and is super helpful, I had the whole spacious house to myself, the property was spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, just off walking street, close to the markets, 10 mins walk from the train station - the location could not be better. I highly recommend this house, the best place I have stayed in Italy and I will stay again if I return to Palermo.
