Nice apartment, new furniture and comfortable

A bit noisy and not easy to access by car

The place is really nice, with full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, washer, and fully air-conditioned. The location is in the centre of Nervi so close to shops, supermarket 50m away, beach is walking distance. The owner is very friendly and always ready to help. Private parking available and is really necessary because finding a spot is a real challenge. This is a perfect place to stay to visit the area.

Really nothing to dislike.

1) Very comfortable, equipped with everything you may need (incl. dishwashing and washing mashines, hairdryer), cosy modern interior 2) Good central location: -local markert on Saturday on Piazza Duca with local products was a nice bonus, -cerefur supermarket just in 100meters -Just 5 minutes to walk till the seeside promenade Passegigiata Anita Garibaldi -Nervi Train Station is about 10 minutes to walk -Beautifull publik parks Villa Gropallo and Villa Serra are 10 minutes to walk, we found there the best playground for kids 3) Dedicated parking place nearby in a safe place, very comfortable 4) Ground floor-no need to bring bags up and down, advantage for people with small kids 5) Safe place 6) helpful friendly owner

1) The biggest surprise was the view out of the windows in to the wall of the neighbour house in a distance of just about 2 meters... the feeling that you are at the bottom of a well...there is no daylite in this apartment, needed to use lamps even on the sunny morning...it was a bit depressive...the only one window in the bedroom looks on the Piazza Duca 2) lines on the sofa were not changed after last guests... Overall we had positive experience with this apartment

Host met us at the property he was a phone call away. He took our cases showed us around the property. Really friendly shared local knowledge where to eat etc.

the apartment is very spacious, comfortable and clean, feels like new and tastefully decorated. there is all the facilities needed. althogh its located in the center of Nirvi the apartment is quiet. Augostino was very kind and available. there is supermarket near by , withing walking distance of restaurants

parking isnt always available

Convenient, well-equipped and cleanly apartment. Modern furniture, spatious rooms and bathrooms. Although its location is in the city center of Nervi, we had no issues with noise. There are numerous restaurants and corner shops nearby and the sea is about 10 minutes away on foot.
