This is an awesome house, very close to the beach. We had a lot of fun hanging by the pool as well as the rooftop bar. The kitchens are well equipped and made cooking easy. We were 3 adult couples and we had plenty of space. The house also had a great selection of beach chairs and coolers. Great vacation spot. Thank you!

This home is large and very well equipped! They even had a juicer that we made fresh lemonade and limeade with…. Of course with rum in it! We walked right across the street to get to the beach and enjoy wonderful sunsets! A couple of nice restaurants that are walkable and a nice bar one block away! 5 min drive to The Beach Bar where we went a couple times for drinks, appetizers, live music and beautiful sunsets!! Everything was perfect for a vacation with family and friends!

This was our second time staying at Ocean Mist and hopefully not our last. The property is clean and well kept, owners are very responsive to any questions, and the town is a great place to spend a beach vacation. Highly recommend!

We loved our 12 nights at Villa Ocean Mist! The house was immaculate when we arrived and it was supplied with everything we needed during our stay. The location was convenient and very quiet. We loved the view of the waves and the privacy of our own pool. We can’t say enough about how responsive the hosts and property managers were to our inquiries. A perfect vacation!

Perfect location to Sandy Beach and a few restaurants. Spacious house with a great pool. Hope to return soon!

Very clean, beautiful home and property with a great pool and rooftop area. We surfed a fun left out front and a good right a short walk up the beach. House had everything we needed. Also drove 30 mins to the Aguadilla area and 45 minutes to Isabella. Would definitely come back, thank you!

Cannot recommend Villa Ocean Mist enough. Stayed with a group of five guys for a Bachelor party and the property entirely exceeded expectations. Prime location, beautifully maintained, clean, excellent AC. Property is steps from the beach in an absolutely awesome area. Rental includes all the necessities including beach chairs, coolers, etc. Fully recommend and would stay again.

We booked this house with another family for a spring break week away. It could not have been more perfect. With 3 little ones, the house was surprisingly kid friendly and within walking distance of everything we needed. Karl and Evelyn were extremely responsive and even got us an extra pack and play to use while we were there. Everyone had such a good time that we have already reserved the house again for next year!

Property is just as it states, it's excellent for a large family / friends to enjoy on vacation. Communication with Karl and Evelyn was easy and you are literally steps away from fabulous beach. Highly recommend.

I could sit on the rooftop gathering area for days. The location is my favorite in Rincon. Bedrooms are lovely and there is no want for anything as they've thought of it all. Last time there was only a wading pool in the backyard so the addition of a full sized built in pool was a welcome treat that we used every afternoon. I booked it for 2023 the first night of our stay. Not letting this opportunity go again. Thank you Ocean Mist!

I could sit on the rooftop gathering area for days. The location is my favorite in Rincon. Bedrooms are lovely and there is no want for anything as they've thought of it all. Last time there was only a wading pool in the backyard so the addition of a full sized built in pool was a welcome treat that we used every afternoon. I booked it for 2023 the first night of our stay. Not letting this opportunity go again. Thank you Ocean Mist!

Beautiful villa well appointed with all the amenities needed to enjoy Rincón. Loved staying there. Pool is perfect. Nicely decorated with all the supplies needed for a perfect beach vacation. They've thought of everything....towels, beach chairs, inflatable beds, blankets, laundry, iron, coffee makers, floaties for the pool.

We come to Rincon multiple times per year and this was one of our best stays. Unfortunately my husband had to work a lot during the stay (internet is great), but I still felt like there was so much to keep my daughter and I entertained. You are literally 30 seconds to the beach, multiple bars, restaurants, shops, but still feel very secluded and safe in the home given the location at the end of a dead end. We woke up every morning and fed the horses whose field came right up to the fence on the property. It was quite magical for my daughter. House has everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrellas. I could have easily brought my two oldest (20 and 17) and everyone would still have had their own space. Only issue was that the pool was very cold but I’m also a wuss. Everything was absolutely perfect! Thank you!

The home is very comfortable and a great location. The house is very well designed. We loved the pool, the adjacent beach, the sky, the vibe, and restaurants close by. Check in and check out was very easy. We would definitely stay there again.

Ocean Mist is a great home. Super location - walkable to restaurants and beach. The place was clean and had great living spaces. Loved the upstairs bar area! We will definitely be back.
