Рядом идет стройка и с 8 до 22 (даже после заката) стучат, жгут, ездят Еда хорошая, по меню, но половины блюд обычно не было Бассейн напротив номеров почти без солнца

The people down stairs sharing the same bathroom space kept smoking and our room smelt like cigarettes The air conditioning was making a loud rattling noise too

A little construction noise but not the hotels fault. Musty smell in our room, suspect the a/c filter needs a clean. Bit of mould in the bathroom. Drinking glasses were not clean

Friendly staff and nice rooms in a pretty good location

The ongoing construction noise and site surrounding the building make it a highly disappointing place to stay. The incessant hammering and drilling create an environment that is far from tranquil, making it challenging to find any peace and relaxation. Moreover, the construction site overlooks the pool area, causing an average noise level of 85 dbs, which renders it virtually unusable for guests seeking a quiet and enjoyable poolside experience. Until the construction is completed and the noise subsides significantly, I would suggest considering other options for a more pleasant vacation stay.

Good location but they are have workers and the noise is annoying

They have some workers just next to the pool area so you can’t use or feel comfortable there

They property is undergoing major renovations and the whole road is seemingly also a building site so it’s noisy and dusty 8am-6pm. The room wasn’t quite clean to a standard I would expect of a hotel giving its over all rating. The bedroom door was very difficult to close and harder to lock. We were also woken up twice to the sound of someone sweeping the garden/ porch area at 5:30 am.

There wasn’t much

I’m not a fussy person but I really would recommend not staying here. There honestly is a lot better. It was very dirty, from the bathrooms to the sheets on the beds. We would wake up with mosquito bites everywhere as the bathroom was open and the door didn’t properly close so they would come through and there is no way to stop it. The breakfast was very basic and not enjoyable. There are a lot better places to stay trust me!

Great boutique hotel, great location

The Villa was so beautiful, spacious and very clean. The pool was great. Breakfast was great. Staff were great and friendly. Room service options were great.

Staff were so lovely, waited up until we got there at half past midnight to check in, comfortable bed and half board option.

Bathroom was open, and unfortunately meant that a lot of mosquitos were in the room at night, no sun loungers by the pool and no sunbathing areas, everywhere is shaded

Super clean and beautifully designed Villa. We were on the ground floor and the rooms were huge with a stunning bathroom and courtyard. Was also so nice to have a front veranda facing the pool. The pool itself was a nice size to as some in Bali can be miniature. The breakfast was a highlight! Great options and all really fresh.

There is currently construction going on at the Villa and beside - we were aware of this and they did apologies many times but can be annoying if your after a really peaceful break. Would be nice if there were some communal chill out places.

The location and breakfast were great.

The biggest problem was that they are building around the hotel so you will hear a lot of noise from that really early in the morning. In addition to that, the second floor (where our rooms was) looks like a mess, a lot of dust and old furniture thrown around. Their Internet is the worst one we had in Bali, we had to use our own data for anything from scrolling Instagram to streaming. We stayed in a lot more remote spots and had no issue with that. The bathroom is an open one even tough it doesn't look like one in the pictures, there were a lot of ants, mosquitoes and gekos.

All the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The room very cozy! We also loved the breakfast! I highly recommend!

It was not clean. The bedding was stained. The rooms had mould in and smelt stuffy. There are leaks in the bedrooms that make the headboard and floors wet.
