We have been to Beaver Creek numerous times over the years and happy we chose this home. Kitchen well equipped, lots of games to play, easy to walk everywhere. The house overlooks the tennis court and since it was summer, the players start very early. Not a problem, but expect to get up early if you enjoy windows open and the fresh mountain air. Only minor complaints are the living room sofa was not comfortable and the bed pillows were very stiff. Otherwise a much needed easy, relaxing vacation for our family of 5. Thank you!

This condo is very well located especially if you play tennis and enjoying hiking. Tennis courts are a short walk and there’s numerous hiking trails nearby.
It’s a very nice condo but on the older side especially the bathrooms. Some of the TVs didn’t work very well but we were outside mostly so wasn’t a big deal.
Overall, it was a great stay and would stay here again.

We arrived at the home and were told that there was no access to a pool or a hot tub, that we could use the pool in Avon. We were having issues with the televisions and the home was quite hot. We really wanted to swim and I was discouraged as I had picked the home because of the pool/hot tub access. I communicated that with the manager to verify that we didn't have a pool. I decided to rent another suite in the Park Plaza which had a pool and spa. The next day I was told that was an error and the home did have access to the lodge but I had already rented a second location. My main frustration was not with the facility but the lack of communication and ultimately professionalism. I asked if we could be refunded for the remainder of the trip and was told that we couldn't. The management then opened the booking for our dates even though I was told there would be no refund. I called a dozen times but no one ever responded. They refused to talk to me. It was unfortunate but we did manage to have a good time. I believe that direct communication would have resolved and alleviated the majority of my issues.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming townhouse in Beaver Creek. What a treat it was to ski right in and out every day, and the view from the living room and bedroom was phenomenal. We all said that we'd stay here again in a heartbeat. It was cozy, had beautiful light, is the best location, and it had everything we needed. And so much space! The service was also excellent and we felt taken care of from start to finish. Thank you so much!

The townhouse provided a great rustic vibe and was such a relaxing place to prepare for the slopes as well as retreat after a day on the mountain
And with it being ski in ski out we’ll be better prepared for our next visit with equipment rental that is delivered to the townhouse

Our group comes to Beaver Creek once a year, and we've stayed at Meadows S5 several times now. This condo is perfect in every way. Cozy as can be, spacious for our group (each room having its own bathroom is really nice), and unparalleled access to the mountain. We love being able to hop on our skis about 20 yards from the condo and easily come back for lunch midday. My personal favorite part is waking up before others in our group, making some coffee, and looking out at the beautiful mountains through the giant windows to start each day. We hope to keep coming back. iTrip has also always been super responsive, which is not always the case with rentals. Thanks all for another amazing stay in Beaver Creek!

We had a great stay at this condo. It sleeps 11 easily with 4 large bathrooms. The kitchen is one of the most well-appointed I have ever experienced in a vacation rental. Location is great - 10 min walk to the village, fairly easy access to hiking trails from the unit. We would absolutely rent again for a summer vacation.

Wonderful & Relaxing
We had a wonderful stay, the townhome was beautiful and perfect for 2 families. The views were amazing and the weather, well, just perfect. We had never stayed in the Beaver Creek area and we loved it. One of our new favorite towns to visit is Edwards, so quaint and fun. We spent time relaxing, reading and also included some adventure. We went white water rafting, horseback riding and rode 4x4's, so much fun. Even though the townhome has no air conditioning, it was perfectly comfortable. We did as suggested and had windows open for the cross breeze and utilized the fans and we comfortable, if not a little chilly at times!! Hope to be back soon, thank you for a wonderful time and place to relax.

The vacation rental is very close to the ski lift so very easy access for skiing. The rooms are spacious and excellent amenities. Fireplace works well and we used the kitchen for meals for all seven of us. We will come again!

Smaller than expected/pictured, especially the common spaces. No windows in the bunk room, no bathroom on the main LR/Kitchen floor. Very important to lower the screens and pull air from the lower floor bedroom windows at night, otherwise the LR gets boiling hot from the Western sun. Wld be a much better condo in winter than summer.

Location was perfect. Easy ski in /ski out access. Large den windows face the west so the sunsets over Beaver Creek were spectacular. Dial a ride (through the app) made for easy back and forth access to BC village. Kitchen was well stocked. Only one nit - the TV in the den definitely needs to be updated.

Great time in S5 Meadows - condo was perfect for ski in ski out. A 75 yard walk and you are on the slopes. Depending on the snow you can ski back all the way to the driveway. Kitchen was very well stocked. Plenty of room in the upstairs kitchen / den area with bedrooms located on bottom two floors. Would stay again.

Open and Warm
The combined kitchen/dining/living space in this home was ideal for our family vacation. We rented two homes to accommodate all of us and each evening everyone came to our place to hang out. The views of the mountains and sunsets from the living room windows are amazing!
I also would like to give a big shout out to Robin and Kris, the homeowner and neighbor who went above and beyond to get us extra parking spaces for our stay. This made it so much easier for our elderly parents, pregnant daughter and daughter’s family with a toddler to not do any more walking than needed. You all showed such kindness to complete strangers. Our family enjoyed time together in the open and warm main floor living space. The open floor plan worked so well for some of us to be cooking, some dining or some lounging and yet still be connected which is what our family vacation was about. Togetherness. The view was pretty spectacular too! Watching the beautiful sunsets from the living room windows added the right finishing touch to each day spent in Beaver Creek.

Great family experience
The townhome at Meadows was a lovely 4 bedroom design right on the slopes, truly an easy ski in ski out. The furnishings were nice and the unit very clean which is our biggest priority. Some of the beds are squishy but for grandchildren 9,7 and 4 the bunk room was fine. The third and fourth bedrooms on the lower level are nicely furnished; however, the twin beds were short for our 6 foot tall family members. It would be nice if at least one of these rooms had a queen or king bed. The kitchen supplies were good including plenty of dishes. The pricing was good considering we were right on the slopes. Would we rent here again? I would say it is a good possibility. The itrip management company is the best, always available, and quick to respond.
