The host was very helpful, knowledgable, very proactive. She gave all the details I need including which restaurant to go to, which transport to use, what time, what's expensive and what to avoid. She was available 24/7 over what's app for my queries and made our stay very enjoyable.

The location is good, people from Fenix very professional and friendly. Check-in worked perfect. the appartement has a nice layout and comfortable size for 2 people.

The appartement could be cleaner. It’s not dirty, but it doesn’t make the impression of super clean. The sofa in the kitchen/living room is really worn down and needs an replacement. Some lights are broken, some small shelfs are not mounted well. The equipment in the kitchen is ok, but definitely needs better maintenance and cleaning. Curtains need a washing too. What is really an issue: there is nice terrace , but when you look down, you look directly in a yard which is full of garbage. This you don’t see normally, bit you know it’s there and it impacts the whole experience a lot. That’s really a pity.

stunning location, just a 10 minute walk to Basilica di San Marco, only 5 minutes to the closest Vaporetto station, the apartment is clean and bright, everything you need is inside, very nice terrace with sun protection, you get Prosecco and a bottle of water for free, there is airconditioning in both the bedroom and the livingroom, the landlord is easy to reach and very helpful, a supermarket and several restaurants are very close to the apartment

it did not affect us, but one should be aware that they charge additional for late check in: EUR 25 from 18:00 to 20:00 EUR 35 from 20:00 to 21:00 EUR 45 from 21:00 to 00:00 EUR 60 from 00:00 to 02:00 EUR 80 after 02:00

A spacious apartment, clean and equipped with everything one may need. Perfect location. Very hospitable manager, ready to help and immediately available in case of any questions.

Great location! Quiet, yet steps away from shopping, bars and restaurants. Easy to reach via boat and close to the park.

Its a big apartment bit away from crowded area.

Beds were hard and did not have much cushion. Had bed bugs in one of the room, bitten my friend and he had to take vaccination. Left message with owner to get it cleaned.
