Family vacation with 3 teens and a 2 yr old. Close to fun shopping and great restaurants!

We loved the condo and property. The condo was roomy, clean, nicely decorated. The pool was very nice, and the beach was great - family friendly, beautiful. We’ll stay at Cocoa Beach Club again.

Great overall experience. Not as warm as normal. Rained 3 days, but the condo was very roomy and made up for it. If the property had a hot tub/spa, it would have been perfect.

We loved Cocoa Beach Club and enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo was right on the beach with a large pool and all amenities we could ask for. It was clean and spacious and well stocked with kitchen utensils, beach gear, linens, and towels. Our family of six (with two kids under 5) were comfortable. Zareh was super helpful and responsive to every question we had about the unit and the area. We would love to come back!

We had a wonderful, relaxing and fun vacation thanks to VRBO! I live up north and have MS. I didn’t have much pain at all here…. I floated in the pool and worked on my joints in the water. My children and friends that came with us enjoyed their time immensely! We will be coming again next year for sure!

Upon arrival property was exactly as shown on VRBO. Simple, clean and not cluttered. Decor was very inviting and cozy. Location was perfect. Everything you need and more. Staff was exceptional. I want to express this with hopes that the owners read this. Unfortunately our vehicle battery went dead while we were at Ron Jon's :(. Thankfully a woman visiting the area brought my kids and I back to the condo. My husband was left behind hoping to call someone to get a new battery. I decided to call Zareh (property manager) and asked him for help, he was patient and kind and offered to call UBER for me. I ended up hanging up on him (sorry Zareh) because I went patrolling the property looking for assistance. I came across John and Brian (maintenance). We met them on day 1 because I thought there was something wrong with the AC. John was so kind as he could see I was upset, he offered to drive (I begged) LOL me to my husband. He took us to the battery store to get the battery and drove us back to Ron Jons. He waited to make sure it worked. He could have said "NO" because he was working and he did not. Also as we were riding and headed over to get my husband, Zareh called John not knowing I was in the car with him and asked him to check up on me. NOW, that is customer personal service all around. Those are the qualities and service that you do not come around often especially at rental properties. They made our trip perfect, not our room, not the view but the service of the property STAFF.... We stayed here in May 2022. The room was very spacious and exceeded our expectations. Perfect location for us and the view was amazing. Would definitely stay here here again and recommend to anyone who has teens or early 20's children with them. We all enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back again.

Beautiful 3 bedroom unit, very clean and close to the beach.

Great unit with lots of space - right on the beach with an ocean view. Management will always bend over backwards to make you comfortable. We've now visited twice, and are sure we'll be back again soon.

Loved in the morning drinking coffee on the beach. Kids loved the beach and the pool. Liked the quietness and not a lot of people so very relaxing from the fast paced environment. Would definitely be staying here again.

We had a family of 7. This was very roomy. Excellent place to stay. Close to shopping, famous Ron Jons and the beach! You walk out your door and your on the beach! We will definitely stay here again!!

Everything and everyone was a positive experience. Only about an hour to all the Orlando attractions. The Kennedy Space Center was only 20 minutes. The beach was a 2 minute walk and the pool was excellent. Plenty to do right in Cocoa Beach. Overall a very pleasant and relaxing experience.

Would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to getaway. The property manager was super helpful and sweet. She would check in periodically to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything, which I found very nice and considerate. The condo itself was very clean and beds were super comfy. My family and I loved the fact that we did not have to walk far at all to the beach. You have your own private access and the pool is literally right out your door! The view is absolutely breathtaking! Will most definitely return!

Awesome place and great service. We are a family of 7 with kids ages 6-15 and we had a great week. The beaches are well kept. Lots of waves to play in. We rented some surf boards down the street and enjoyed the days body surfing, wave jumping, boogie boarding and surfing! Great for active families or those that just like to chill and enjoy some beautiful beaches. Good local restaurants and we had all the things we needed to cook some meals at home!

Pool and beach are a priority for us and the condo delivered. Condo was well equipped and very comfortable for six adults. The pier is steps away and launch viewing is excellent.

Our family enjoyed the Cocoa Beach Club! Great location, nice deck, pool and beach access. It’s close to the pier and easy walking to local restaurants and shopping. Kids loved boogie boarding.

This place was perfect for us. Loved two floors so when the teens slept in we could get up and make noise without waking everyone . We appreciated having beach chairs , toys and towels too! Great time had by all.

The condo was very clean upon arriving. The condo had everything we needed- full kitchen, pool towels, plenty of bath towels, washer and dryer, beach toys and chairs etc. the beds were comfy and had enough blankets and pillows for all of us. The condo complex was nicely kept and quiet. The pool was heated which was a huge plus being january weather. We did have an issue where the pool was being filled up so it was cold the last few days of stay, but no fault at all to this condos owner! The location is awesome, next to the pier. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

The location gets an A+ and the property manager does, too. But, the rest is doing well to get a passing grade. Condo was not clean. We needed to utilize the extra rollaway bed. Found the sheets, but they had been put away wet. In fact, everything in the closet, including towels, were put away wet. The extra blanket hadn't been washed at all and was filthy. A bit off-putting to say the least. We had to rewash and dry everything. All of the drinking glasses had an odd smell, like maybe they'd been hand washed, but not dried. We ran literally everything through the dishwasher to be safe. The walls and windows and large living room mirror were really grubby. The sliding door was plastered with hand prints and maybe dog nose prints. There was food on the kitchen wall near the trashcan and something orange on the ceiling and tile. The Queen bedroom had been swept, but the dirt and snack wrappers were left on the floor! All of these are obviously cleaning issues, so I hope a new company will be hired. The condo is terribly outdated and there seems to be a lot of items that need attention. There's clearly a leak above the living room mirror. There were black streaks running down it. There had also been a leak at some time by the refrigerator that was just painted over. Fresh paint would do a world of good! All of this said, if you're just looking for a place to crash that's near the beach and pier, this is a great spot. Pool is warm and neighbors are friendly.

room was very nice, had everything my family needed. We went down with 4 adults and 3 kids had plenty of room for everyone.every convenient to everything located to everything. would definitely stay hear again in the future.

The condo was very comfortable and decorated very nicely. It was stocked well. It was also perfectly situated from the beach and had plenty of body boards and chairs and towels etc. The pool is very nice as well. We had a great time.

Had a blast with my children and grandchildren. The condo was very comfortable and so close to the beach.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We had occasional family visit while we were there and they too found it well appointed and comfortable. We especially liked the easy beach access ( no keys to mess with like many other condos ). The grounds and pool area were exceptionally clean and lots of hand sanitizer and spray cleaner by the pool. This was nice as our visit was in July amidst this Covid-19 scare. The only thing I might mention Is that the assigned parking spot is very tight. We choose to park in one of the guest spots of which there are plenty. Over all it was really nice.

We visit Cocoa Beach each year with our family. The Cocoa Beach Club is our place of choice due to its location to the pier and restaurants. The grounds are maintained and the condos are clean. They are older condos, but they are well maintained. We stayed in (206) Great space plenty of room for 6-8 people (we had 6) . If you are looking for good value for a family vacation, stay at Cocoa Beach Club!

We had the most wonderful week at Cocoa Beach! The location is perfect! The condo is perfect! We were so near everything we barely needed a car. The pool is heated so even if the weather isn't perfect those of us from colder areas had no problem swimming. We had 5 adults and a 6 year old and a 2 year old. There was plenty of room for all of us. Thanks! We had a wonderful time!

The condo was a little dated and had some maintenance issues that need addressed. But overall it is a nice property, nice pool, great beach access and covered parking right by the unit. Everything worked as needed and was comfortable.
