Love staying in this townhouse complex. It’s convenient to everything. Kids enjoy the pool and Jungle Jim’s after a day at the beach.

My wife and son had a great time in Rehoboth and looked forward to returning to our great residence for the week. The home was well furnished, clean with plenty of room for just the three of us. The location is superb and we felt very comfortable in the neighborhood. I would recommend this place to any family. The three full and one half bath was a big part of the trips success!

The condo was lovely, very clean, with the kitchen well-stocked. The decor was quite nice and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The location was great for our needs. There was some construction noise in the morning, but it was not too bad. It would have been perfect, but for one thing. The front bedroom was uncomfortably warm. The air conditioning was set for 73 degrees, but it was very much warmer than that. We tried keeping blinds/door closed, then door open, ceiling fan always on high. Finally, we bought a box fan to assist the ceiling fan. Still was too warm. We contacted the owners about setting the thermostat a bit lower when we first arrived, since we couldn't lower the temperature as stated in the contract. The owners were responsive to our email and explained the need to have the lowest setting at 73 (keeping rental prices down). I appreciated their point of view, but didn't agree with setting the temperature at a point that would not accommodate the needs of all the guests and match the terms of the agreement. She was very pleasant, but said nothing would be done. Having a comfortable temperature controlled place to sleep is kind of a big deal on a hot summer night. I must say the bedroom on the lowest level was nice and cool, and the main bedroom was comfortable for me, too warm for my husband. Next year, I will confirm details prior to booking another place for the family to stay.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay. We will be returning. The place was clean and the beds are comfy!

We loved our week-long stay! The townhouse was very clean and had many nice amenities. The three bedroom/three and a half bathroom layout was perfect for our family. We would definitely recommend a stay here to friends and family, and are looking forward to booking again in the future.

This property is exactly as advertised and better. Clean, beautiful home that is tastefully decorated. Everything you could need or want in the kitchen. Screened in balcony off the family room was enjoyable. Communication with the property owner was easy and quick. Location is superb for shopping and restaurants. Short, easy drive to the beach. Would highly recommend this property and will be renting it again on our next trip to Rehoboth.

It is convenient to biking trails to get to the beach without the traffic and parking hassles. This is our second year staying here and we would do so again.

Family had a wonderful trip in Michelle's home. We were less than a 10 minute drive to the beach each day. Boardwalk was fun to do one night. Her house is a 5-Star. Newly remodeled, new appliances, couldn't ask for a better home away from home. We hope to return next year!

We loved our stay. Updated and spacious townhouse. Very close to beaches and excellent seafood restaurants, especially for family from Colorado! Loved the boardwalk and shopping. Well-equipped for beach vacation- umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, etc. Many available family games provided a nice touch. Convenient, quiet, comfortable. Easy to communicate with owners.

This Town House was really excellent, brand new with all the essential you needed. Super clean property with new appliances, great screened in deck off the Family Room & everyone had their own bathroom, plus a half bath off the kitchen, really handy.Conveniently located, five minutes from Rehoboth Beach Center and two miles from Dewey Beach. Parking was not problem and there is every store right there for any of your needs. This Town Hall had to be one of the best we had ever stayed at. Very enjoyable vacation with absolute no problems ! Would highly recommend and plan on another trip soon !

The house was very clean and modern. Plenty of room and privacy for family. The owners were very helpful if needed. We would definitely stay there again.

The owners are extremely considerate. We spoke in detail to address my concerns regarding the cases of COVID and they outlined the safety measures they’ve implemented. This property is really awesome and so were the owners.

Property is in good shape, spacious enough for 5, furniture is comfortable, kitchen is great, and location is good being along the bike trail with easy access into Rehoboth. Have stayed in this development a few times over the past 5 years or so and this unit was very similar to the others. Two quibbles - single ply TP (this is a pet peeve) and the beds are just OK (spring type mattress).

The property was absolutely beautiful and a convenient drive to everything. The property owners were great. They kept me up to date with what was happening in the area due to Covid-19. I recommend this property and would stay there again.
