Cozy apartment close to the beautiful beach with good restaurants, clause to transport station and markets. Big bedroom, have all necessary equipment, big fridge and big living room, very clean. Very good service team wich ready to help 24/7. Hope to return once again.

It WAs clean. The apartment was fully equipped with what we needed. it was quiet. Great that we had parking. Location was central. communication with the management we as great - I’m helping us take care of special needs.

A perfect location: a short walk to the beach, groceries, public transportation. The apartment was renovated recently, everything is fresh and clean. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, which is wonderful. The staff is responsive and ready to assist and to solve the issues.

100% synthetic polyester sheets are a serious drawback. It feels like sleeping in a plastic bag. I had to bring the sheets of mine after the first night. The apartment needs some finishing attention after the renovation, like the router hanging on its cable. I struggled with the TV to make it work, but I surrendered.

very clean, roomy, stocked well, apartment was fully air conditioned, good location, convenient to all. staff was very responsive and available.

Stall shower (the shower without the bathtub) needs better drainage and control of water. elevator stopped working one day but was fixed promptly. couldn’t figure out how to use the induction stove top - but I didn’t ask for help either. I am sure if I reached out I would have gotten assistance.

Lovely apartment. Large and very clean and very affordable! The location is excellent, everything is very comfortable and there is maximum furniture and equipment, highly recommended!
