Spacious apartment with shared rooftop terrace. The location was very good for working at the hospital nearby. Host was welcoming and always helpful.

Location is not ideal for touristing as it is neither walking distance from Santa Cruz or La Laguna - although road access are great (15 minutes either way). Master bedroom is interior (no windows outside) and can be very hot and humid on the summertime. Kitchen is fully equipped. Surrounding area not very friendly.

Very spacious apartment with two bathrooms and everything you need. We had some issues with the water, but the owner came immediately and fixed it.

Excellent new apartment

The apartment is well located, not far from the highway and the airport but close enough to the center of Santa Cruz. The neighborhood is quite local, which makes it nicer, and there are supermarkets very close. Also, to go to the center of Santa Cruz or to La Laguna you can take the tramway, which is not far from the house. There is also a nice a parking place just in front of the house. The apartment is very spacious and clean, very modern and and well equipped. The Wi-Fi network is good. The younger host (the owner's daughter, we think) is quite friendly.

The check-in was a disaster. We arrived right when we scheduled it, but the owner seemed not to be expecting us. We even thought we were at the wrong house or the wrong date! Also, she was not very friendly. Fortunately, we eventually met her daughter who was much more friendly.

Good parking just next to the apartment - a big advantage given the dense Santa Cruz area

Super clean and beautiful apartment :-) Close to the tram train.

Shower in the main bathroom has low water pressure. Love everything else.

It is a very nice apartment very clean Very easy to communicate with the owner There is just a little car park however we always find a place to park There is a wonderful terrasse were you can eat with a wonderful view to the sea There is a nice restaurant nearby

You have to have a car to get into town it is 10minutes away

Accommodation and its equipment was awesome. Price and the value was great.
