Giulio was amazing and such a great host. Offered amazing help and offered great advice to navigate the city. Apartment was comfortable and spacious for a family of 4.

A very nice two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in a quiet area of Venice. The location was a real asset to our trip as it was near a water bus port and a short walk to the main attractions. I would absolutely rent this apartment again.

Great location - quiet, but close to everything. We cook 1 or 2 meals everyday and this apartment worked well for us. Even the water pressure was good and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Guilio was great with communication - would answer in a short time always. We would definitely stay at this apartment again!

The only thing that wasn't great was the couch. It looks fine, but is a bit worn for comfort. But I imagine replacing it would be quite the effort. Maybe add some pillows?

Super nice, tastefully decorated, large apartment in a very central location with excellent restaurants, yet quite quiet at night. This is a luxury accommodation. We had a nice and helpful welcome from Luigi and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Towels and toiletries supplied Complimentary coffee for the machine Pleasant host. Host provided advice on some local places to see. Responded quickly to enquires.

Giulio received us on arrival at the "vaporetto" boat-quay and showed us around. The apto. is spacious, very clean and in Feb. we were happy that the heating worked very well, but there is also A/C if needed. Very comfortable beds with generously sized pillows and covers, soft towels, very quite and all appliances working well. Centrally located - max 10min. walk to main attractions and 5 min. to boat-quay for excursions to Burano, Murano or just a city-water-tour.
