Very well maintained and updated. Communication with Joy was excellent. She emailed us a document containing all we needed to know and there was a basket of travel brochures available to peruse when we arrived. The condo was well stocked with staples that reall was appreciated. Linens were lovely . All we could have asked for and more. The one and only drawback were the stairs leading to the second floor condo as we are seniors with mobility issues. However, two hand rails on either side helped.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in the Rancho El Mirador complex. The unit was nicely equipped with anything we could have hoped for which made for a nice stay. The condo was nicely situated with a view of the mountains and the nicely landscaped grounds. We enjoyed watching the hummingbirds at the feeder or darting around the bougainvillea planted through the complex. The owners were terrific the deal with. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This spacious condominium provides all the comforts of home with extremely comfortable beds, great linens and towels, a fabulously equipped kitchen, an amazing deck with a wonderful view of the interior courtyard. There is a new washer and dryer, two TVs, two well-equipped bathrooms. The Location is great with an easy walk to downtown Palm Springs with shopping/restaurants. .The owner, Joy, is readily available, always accommodating, and responsive. We have stayed in manyVRBO properties and this is the best by far. We can’t wait to return.

Fabulous location if you want to walk in Palm Springs. Unit is older but updated and very comfortable. Supplies were abundant and owner communication was excellent. The check-in process was not great for us. We arrived after dark and it was difficult to find the lock box for the keys and then the keys weren’t there. The owner helped us resolve it quickly so all was good. She was lovely.

Wow, I don’t know where to start, and that is not a good look for someone who works in publishing! My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at Joy’s Rancho El Mirador condo for the entire month of October. The condo has the three Cs: comfortable, clean, and convenient.
We quickly felt at home here. Spending the entire month meant we were going to do a lot of cooking and the kitchen was well equipped. It also meant we were going to do laundry and the unit has a great new washer and dryer. There were plenty of fluffy towels, including pool towels, though we used our own pool towels that we brought. The bed was comfortable.
The condo’s balconies faced east and west, enabling us to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee and watch the sunset on the other balcony with a glass of wine.
While the walk to downtown was just over a mile, it is similar distance to our condo at home and our walk to the center of town, so we fell right into a routine common to our daily life back in Florida. It was not un-common for us to do that walk twice a day.
Joy was a pleasure to deal with, answering any questions we had via text or e-mail.
You will be making a mistake if you DON’T stay here on a visit to Palm Springs!
If you stay there, don’t forget to feed the hummingbirds! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching them feast!

Great owner who is proactive and responsive. Would stay again. Recommend without reservation.

This apartment was perfect for us. Big fluffy towels, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, everything we wanted and more. The pool and grounds were beautiful and well kept. We want to come back again!

We stayed two weeks at this lovely condo. It’s nice and clean with comfortable beds and furniture, well stocked kitchen with all the amenities. The property was nice and clean and the end unit that we stayed in was ideally situated in the complex. The condo had all the amenities we needed and the complex was nicely landscaped and the residents were very friendly. I would stay here again when I come back to Palm Springs.

A true gem!
Wow, wow, and wow! Almost reluctant to leave such a glowing review as we'd like to keep this find to ourselves! But...this is a fabulous vacation rental. Beautifully updated, stylish decor, super comfortable bed in the master, and everything you need for your stay. I do mean everything...from wine glasses and cooking utensils and fluffy towels to books to read by the wonderfully maintained pool! Very clean, close to downtown Palm Springs...we walked to town daily. Nice quiet smaller complex with friendly neighbors and on site management. We would definitely stay here again. Loved it! Thanks for a great stay on our first time to Palm Springs!

Lovely Condo; ideal location.
Joy was a very attentive and wonderful host. Doug and Jean (managers) were forthright and always in easy communication with checkin and out. The condo is lovely and is one of the best stocked and prepared properties we have ever rented. I can’t think of wanting for anything to make our stay even more enjoyable than it was. The complex is outstanding with some of the most beautiful landscaping I have seen. All Amenities were worthy of the five star rating earned. Location was ideal and close to downtown PSP. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay.

Great place in a terrific location
Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Palm Springs. The condo was well equipped with everything needed to make for a perfect stay. It was well maintained and tidy too. We liked sitting on the balcony and enjoying the beautifully landscaped grounds. It’s located in a great spot for easy walks to the restaurants and nightlife found downtown. Highly recommended and we look forward to returning.

Pleasant family vacation in
We are family of five had very nice time staying at El Mirador in first half of July. Clean pool, well equipped kitchen, laundry and barbeque. Good communication with the owner and very helpful condo manager Mrs. Mitchell. I left one small item behind and she founded for me and even shipped to my address and kindly paid for the shipment. Next year my older daughter goes to college and it was probably our last vacation together. It was good do be together in El Mirador. Nice memories.

Perfect spot for our little family!
My husband and I took our first family trip with our 6 month old, and this was the perfect place. The condo is very well furnished and modern, not a lot of clutter or trouble for our baby girl to get into. Beds are comfy, quiet area, and close to downtown. Would definitely stay here again. Great retreat! Well kept and well equipped.
We found the condo to be very enjoyable for the week we were in Palm Springs. The space was very practical, modern and clean. The kitchen had everything you could want, the fridge had an ice maker which was bonus given all the beverages we consumed. With lots of seating inside as well as on the two decks you could find the perfect spot to read or listen to the many birds singing away in the immaculate grounds. The pool was well maintained and very refreshing. Location very convenient and parking was super easy and close to the unit.

Great location with beautiful and quiet setting
We had a great spring break vacation staying here. The condo is in a great location to walk to dinner or other places. It is very quiet and clean. The condo itself is very well equipped for all the essentials and then some. Communication with Joy has been easy and prompt. We plan to return again.

An Oasis in Palm Springs
Our first impression was excellent as this property is well decorated and very well stocked with all your needs and more. During our one month stay it was like staying at an Oasis in Palm Springs. The pool area is very good, the grounds are manicured to perfection and the birds were magnificent. Joy was great to work with and all of the arrangements came together very well.

Fabulous condo!!!
We recently rented this condo for a week and it was fabulous!!! It was clean with new furniture and comfortable beds. It was fully stoked with everything that you could possibly need- from laundry detergent, body wash, beach towels, tennis rackets, a BBQ as well as a fully stocked kitchen. The manager was very friendly and gave us all the info prior to our arrival. The property description mentions a phone with free calls to Canada and the US but it did not work. There is free wifi but limited to the living room only. In the previous reviews, their is mention of noisy traffic during the night, but to be honest it did not bother us at all. We were 4 adults and were very comfortable! The pictures are exactly as shown. We would definitely recommend this place!!! Thank you Joy for sharing this gem with us!! Looking forward to staying there again in the future!!

Very comfy condo
We really enjoyed our stay at this El Mirador condo. The kitchen and living room are beautifully renovated. We got very comfortable hanging out here and spent a lot of time on the balcony and in the pool. Everyone was super friendly. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. We found the bedroom a little noisy though from traffic.

Joy's communication was good and her condo was as shown in the pictures. We appreciated the cleanliness of the entire condo and the completeness of the kitchen equipment and utensils. The complex was quiet overall but there is a little traffic noise from the road which the 2 bedrooms face, something to consider if you are a very light sleeper. I would recommend her condo to anyone interested in staying well and near downtown.

My wife and I stayed at Joy's condo for just about 3 months. We were working temporarily at Desert Regional Hospital, so it was a perfect location for us as we were able to walk to work! The apartment is beautiful overlooking the tennis courts and pool. Look out the back deck for the sunset over the mountains. Just wonderful. The condo manager was a pleasure to work with; always available if something went wrong and responded quickly to maintenance issues. Although Joy was not locally around, they were easy to communicate with and set up everything for our arrival. The furniture was all in great condition and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, including tea, coffee and some baking essentials. We will definitely look them up again if we are ever in the area!
