Very spacious and clean condo. Huge tub with spa features in a large bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped. Parking is right in the front. Check is process was very simple. The host was very accommodating with reaching out to me with check in process. Plenty of places to eat close by.

There really isn't anything I did not like here

Clean, convenient location.

Difficulty checking in, waited two hours to get codes. Old complex, needs updating. Spiral staircase cute but barely could get my 24” suitcase upstairs.

It was an adult only pool☹️

The private aspect of this place is great we always enjoy using the pool easy access to town we had a great stay

I really don’t know we didn’t have any problems so there was nothing not to like

The apartment felt like home.

As a guest, I didn't know the property lines for Treasure Bay and Royal Holiday Beach Resort. I walked my nephews to the pool area and allowed them to play in the grass area when two security officers told me they could not be on this side of the grass. One of the security officers were rude asked my husband and "DO WE BELONG HERE" this started a small uproar. I think you all need to identify property lines a little better.

Awesome location with pool (WOW !) laundry & security guards driving around Lots of entertainment - casinos, piers, aquarium, beach Close to daily amenities - groceries, premium outlet malls, major box stores, Proximity to other cities - Mobil, Pensacola, New Orleans

Location does not re-cycle at all - bottles, cans, plastics ... all go in the garbage :( (this could be an additional source of income for the location for upgrades when required)

It was very clean and very convenient place to stay! And the price was unbeatable… gave us more money to spend in casino!! Definitely be back

Location private but safe

The location had much to offer. The beach, the pool the many restaurants and boardwalk as well has historical sights and more to entertain .
