It was as clean as expected. Nothing too extraordinary to report on. It was comfortable and clean.

It was a late night check in seeing as we got off of work from Hammond, La at 10:00pm and drove an 1.5 hours to get to the hotel. The lady at the desk was somewhat quiet and reserved but nothing negative. It was a little lengthy process since we had already booked through booking.com and I was expecting to have our key card ready when we got there.

The comfort of the beds and the staff was very friendly also the location is right off the interstate which made it easy to find and all of the nessities is minutes away!

There was construction going on that when I left it tore my front bumper rubber off.

The beds are sitting on metal locker type bed frame. Loud metal rattling noise every time you get in/out of the bed or rollover. Room right by the pool, which was extremely loud with no obvious closing hours. Not enough parking. Had to park on one end of the building and walk to the other with bags and my child. Rooms air conditioner is loud and strong. The vents aim directly at the bed and can’t be moved. Ended up cold & congested. The door frame is not insulated properly. I could literally see the sun shining all around my door.

Staff was mice. Sheets good! Air conditioning worked. Quiet at night. Refrigerator provided. Room smelled faintly of bleach ... WHICH I LIKED. Washer and dryer available near ice mschine. Provided breakfast foods 6 - 9am. Location near interstate was great. Road signage was good. Check-in was efficient and pleasant.

Towells were threadbare. Bathroom very tired, ice machine only gave a a bowl of ice. Door to room opened onto outside parking area.

The front desk clerk Jay, called to ask me if it would be alright if my reservation for handicap room wasn't available. Would it be ok to be on the ground floor king. I said no problem thanks for calling to ask me. That was excellent customer service.

It was updated a little but still very old. When we asked for extra towels , we were told that we half to get them ourselves.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was ok, staff was friendly and professional, location was just off Interstate, many restaurants close by

Towels were very thin, TV worked at night but no reception in AM, parking was a problem and had to park on opposite end where my room was located, Maybe mark spots by room
