Spacious and nice rooms

Ac was weird

very very nice staff. Ali was very helpful and explained all my questions. I love the hotel breakfast. We had a very nice rooms.

All Of it there’s lots of facilities

It was great

Staff spoke enough English to get by, the breakfast was decent enough, the rooms were clean. Laundry service was fast, although not free.

Parking in their underground lot is crowded and a giant mess. Some of the staff are rude or grumpy. Price was too high for the quality of rooms and service. Restaurant was staffed by a friendly older blonde woman and a very unfriendly angry younger brunette woman. Some of the restaurant items were also poorly cooked or just a waste of money and complete trash. Our room cost 82-85 euros a night, 90 euros in total, stayed two different times for 2 days. Should've cost maybe 50-60 euros a night, if not less...Balcony view showed us ugly construction yards...

The broke bed, no pool open despite advertising a pool and listing it as one of the facilities when booking. The constant key cards breaking, the loud dogs and cats barking at night. The beds being hard as a rock, the staff not caring about any of this at all! Getting electric shocks all over the room too?? The awful view of a building site across from the hotel, and finally the doors in the apartment which cannot even keep out the noise of the wind.
