The hotel was fine but the location was not very good. It was out of center. The wiew from the balcony was very nice.

First floor bar closed for refurbishment.

What an amazing place. Upon arrival quite late at night we were greeted by the most friendliest faces. This made us all so welcome. There was a small snag with our bed, and we were moved to another more comfortable room the next day. Everyone kept on respectfully asking us if we needed anything and really made us feel at home. Will definitely stay there again. We hightly recommend this hotel.

1.) Some of the toiletries will only be provided upon request. 2.) I called the reception to request for something several times. They told me that they will call me back but no call back. 3.) Room service hotline number is not answering most of the times. 4.) I called the restaurant to deliver some foods to my room but instead told me to tell the room service.

The hotel has its own car park and you don’t need to pay extra. Also we had a very early morning flight with kids and we were all very tired they were so nice to offer us to rest in our room hours before our check in time.

Staff were prompt and friendly, clean rooms and hotel facilities, location was good, view was nice.

Parking was a little limited, especially when they had business meetings, breakfast by comparison to other places was smaller with less variety. The room was a little small compared to other places we stayed at.

they control the Ac temperature from reception to save electricity but for me I couldn’t sleep in such hot weather so I complained to the receptionist 3 days until i complain to the manager and explain for him my needs and he asked them to keep the temperature as i wish for my 3 rooms also the breakfast was very simple and the same all the days

strange location !!! it is really in an area which is offering nothing to see, no distance to walk and the hotel is pretty distant from the city center. the breakfast room is not welcoming. It is really lackibg some "warm" atmosphere all around the place

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room.

The air conditioning was not effective though all windows were closed. I reported the issue to the reception desk and they promised to send someone up to check but I was totally ignored.

Hotel was clean, the breakfast was perfect and had lots of variety. The restaurant was good, the price was reasonable. Rooms clean every day.

First, they reduced one night from my credit card and it was against the option "I want to pay at the property" also they redues the first night just after the time of free cancellation finished. As long as I know I have time from 1400 to 1200 next day of the reservation day to check in. They reduce the amount from my card in their own rate so it costs much more than the actual rate of change. The second bad experience in this hotel was the bar and the staffs. The bar closed at 2300, we was there at 22:30, we wanted to order but there was no staff, I went to the lobby and let them know that we are ready to order, at 2250 one of staff comes to me and asked me to leave the bar very rudly. International hotel's bar should not close at 11 pm, also the bar was not even look like the lowest standard bars. Also the room mini bar was completely empty, if you land in the middle of night, there is no snake in it and also the hotel is far away from walking distance to grocery shops.
