Scott has a very nice place and thought of extras - cooler for day trips , laundry available onsite if needed. Home is comfortable and quiet. We would stay here again. Highly recommend.

It was great! Safe little neighborhood. Close to town and traveler destinations! We loved that we had pool and will definitely being coming back!

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds, very well stocked kitchen and comfortable living room. The property is in an excellent location to go on unlimited hikes that we really enjoyed. Visitor center was very helpful in helping us find the perfect places to hike.

Clean, had everything we needed. Views were incredible. Perfect location to visit many parks and activities. The town is small, but had great little restaurants and an ice cream shop.

Besides not having the cleaning crew show up before we arrived, we liked this property alot. Scott was great to work with to get it figured out. Would recommend staying here.

The apartment was very nice and conveniently located.We were able to go to Bryce Canyon, Zion and the north rim of the Grand Canyon.

Property had everything we needed to cook most nights. Was clean, in an excellent location, and the perfect size. Kanab is a lovely town. Big enough to have what you need, and small enough to be uncrowded. Would definitely stay again.

This property was well managed and was perfect for what we needed for our busy vacation. The kitchen was well equipped with all we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Great location in Kanab to get to many things within walking distance, including restaurants as well as fabulous mountain trails.

Hi Scott, it was great to stay in your apartment. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and lots of room. The hot water was extremely hot which was fine for us but could be a problem for anyone with children. The hot tub was not working which was disappointing because we hiked and would have liked to soak our tired bodies. Thanks for a great experience. James

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was located in the area that gave us the most access to many of the places we wanted to see! It was wonderful to come home to a place to relax after a day of hiking. We enjoyed the use of the pool and hot tub! The house was comfortable and the beds and pillows were amazing! Easy to find. The house was nice and cool when we arrived. I had the code in advance so we could just walk in. Beds were comfortable , but it seemed like the Queen in the master bedroom was smaller than mine at home. I wondered if it's actually a full instead of a queen. The sliding bathroom doors don't lock very good (esp. downstairs). We loved having the pool & work out area. Smart TV was great. Oven cooks a little hot. Kitchen had all the stuff we needed. The clock in the picture was not on the wall. The only clocks in the house were in the kitchen on the stove & microwave. There were extra blankets, lots of towels, shampoo & soap in the bathrooms. I noticed a couple of things when we first arrived that I worried about being charged for (usage stains on couch), paint scratched upstairs, a couple of the dining room chairs minor need repairs. Over all we had a great stay. I would recommend it to others!

We loved our stay! It was a perfect home base for our family of 5 as we explored Zion, Bryce Canyon, and the Northern Rim of the Grand Canyon. Propery had everything we needed upon arrival: coffee, laundry detergent, toilet paper & paper towels....no need to rush to a grocery store right away. Pool was awesome to relax in after a day in the parks! Comfy beds too!

My family and I stayed in this townhouse and It was perfect for the 6 of us. There was plenty of room. And it was nice to come back to a cool home after fun in the sun. Scott responded to emails and offered suggestions for adventures in Kanab. A great family trip!

Scott’s townhouse was perfect! It had everything we needed and more! My 2 kids shared the room with the 2 single beds. My sister-in-law took one queen room, and my husband and I took the queen room with the attached bathroom and window view of the backyard. We all felt our rooms and beds were comfortable and spacious! The upstairs bathroom is a “Jack and Jill” bathroom, with a larger sink area on the bedroom side, with a door to the toilet/shower, and then a door up to another, smaller sink area accessible from the hallway. There is also another full bath downstairs, and having the 2 showers was very helpful for us. Plenty of amenities- ice trays, laundry detergent, dish detergent, laundry baskets, basic kitchen needs, TONS of extra towels and blankets. Large closets and luggage valets to store your stuff. Free covered parking directly in front of the front door. Easy to get to Zion and Bryce Canyon. The only thing I’ll mention is- it was hard to find the place at first. Our GPS was bringing us to the wrong place using the address provided by the host. So I suggest searching up “El Pueblo Apartments” and plugging that into your GPS. All in all, it was the perfect place to stay! The price was very reasonable for what was offered. If we’re lucky enough to return, we’d definitely want to stay here again!

We arrived and unfortunately the cleaners hadn’t come. Scott was very responsive in helping address the situation, refund, etc. so it turned a bad start into an overall good stay. Overall central location where we visited both Zion & Grand Canyon. We also enjoyed the pool. Would stay again.

The property was clean and a central location for Zion and Brice, Az locations we visited. Hot tub was not the cleanest.

All was perfect at Scott’s property. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. One shower hose sprung a lake toward the end of the stay and Scott pledged to get right on it. Many thanks to Scott.

The location was beautiful and the property was clean. There were plenty of dishes and condiments in the fridge so we could cook our own meals.

Everything was smooth with the rental. Communication was excellent. Scott provided suggestions of spots for us to photograph. Place was clean. Water pressure in showers was perfect. Comfy beds. Temperature inside set well. Will for sure stay here again on another trip to the area.

The townhouse was a perfect place for a mini vacation. It was well appointed, comfortable, strong wifi, responsive hosts and very conveniently located in Kanab to downtown area and local attractions. We would not hesitate to recommend it to our friends.

What a wonderful property. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking utensils you would need to create a fabulous meal......even a waffle maker. Our family ( 5 adults) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Scott for being so thoughtful and allowing us to use a cooler for our day trips. I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay there again when we go back to the area.

Great place; great location. Property needs an iron and ironing board, still I’d stay there again.

Four of us stayed two nights at this property. It was clean and well-appointed. It is well located, short drive to grocery. The kitchen was well stocked with a large selection of cooking and eating utensils. We "made do" with old fashion cocktail glasses instead of wine glasses :-). The BBQ is not hooked up to propane and looked to be inoperable. We spent our one full day in Kanab as volunteers at Best Friends Animal Society- its the most awesome thing to do there. I definitely recommend this property.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Scott's place. Used it as a base for visiting Zion and Grand Canyon and it proved perfect for our family holiday. Extras like a big cool box meant we could pack a picnic and enjoy by the side of the Canyon. On days when we needed to relax we could enjoy the shared pool which was remarkably quiet given the holiday season. Scott was very helpful and responsive too. All in all would recommend.

House was very clean with tons of towels and a very well-equipped kitchen. Super water pressure! One complaint. I would have appreciated some lamps for reading in the bedrooms. A lamp with a Christmas tree bulb is a nightlight not a lamp.
