This was our second visit - and it is everything you see in the photos and more. It is located at the bottom of a cul-de-sac - its quite, peaceful and private. The Villa is spacious and has all you need for a good holiday. There is plenty of outside seating and loungers. The pool is wonderful and the Pool Attendant comes twice a week - you could not ask for more. There is also plenty of shade when you need to get out of the mid-day sun. The Villa has a very good air conditioning system. Also the Villa has 3 sets of patio door downstairs so you can open these and you can get a lovely breeze blowing through in the evening. Two bedrooms, the one has a wonderful terrace off with two luxury sun beds and view out over the sea. My husband and I slept in the front bedroom which has two single beds which we pushed together to form a double, we chose this room because it was cooler than the bedroom facing the sea which gets more sun during the day. The coloured lighting outside gives the Villa a really special touch and it so welcoming when you return during the evening after eating out. There is also a Wendy House and safety fencing from the pool which makes it perfect for a family with younger children. The Villa is just a short walk to the main road - maybe 6/7 minutes where you will find numerous bars and restaurants. Kapparis is not a large area and perfect for anyone wanting a peaceful time away from lots of hustle and bustle, but if you are looking for lots of night life and entertainment Kapparis is not for you. All in all we loved it and had a great time and we hope to return again in 2019. We can recommend this Villa without any hesitation - if you book you will not be disappointed.

Villa Andreas. Situated at the end of the close and offering a very secluded, private pool and patio areas. The pool is excellent. The mood lighting around the pool at night looked awesome. Plenty of shady areas to chill and unwind. An array of exotic plants and trees surround the pool. Internally the villa boasts all mod cons. Superb aircon throughout. Excellently maintained property. The bedroom balcony with sea views, is stunning. Chilled here most mornings. I would return tomorrow if could, that's how much we loved it. What an amazing villa. What a fantastic holiday.

Excellent villa with great pool and patio area. Close to some beautiful beaches/coves which provided some great snorkelling. Great restaurants all within walking distance and would recommend Faliros, Karras and Just Italian. The villa has all you need for a great holiday.

Myself and my best friend had a wonderful 10 night stay at Villa Andreas. The villa was spotless and well maintained, with great facilities. We lived in the pool and made full use of the comfy sunbeds, the outside terrace was really spacious and we enjoyed many a lazy lunch! Great location, within minutes of the local supermarket and great restaurants and bars - don't expect a buzzing nightlife , but a nice selection of really good quality restaurants and wine bars are all within walking distance. A great bonus is alot of the restaurants delivery - so perfect is you just want to chill out after a hard day sunbathing!! We could not fault anything about our holiday - so much so that we have just booked for same time next year :)

We stayed at Villa Andreas for our honeymoon, on our arrival there was a card and bottle of wine congratulating us on our marriage, this was a lovely start to our holiday. Been a corner plot the villa is not overlooked so it is private and peaceful, everything we needed to chill out and relax for two weeks. The outside space wraps around the villa giving plenty of shade when you need to get out of that midday sun. We ate out every night but did like to come back to the villa afterwards to relax with a drink in the garden, the patio furniture was very comfortable so we sat star gazing, it was beautiful. The villa is within walking distance of the local shops, bars, restaurants and beaches. We didn’t feel the need to hire a car as there was a bus stop just at the top of the road, we took the bus to Protaras for the day costing just 3 euros for the 2 of us. Fireman's beach was busy, however if you walk further round the coast there is another little bay that is fantastic for snorkelling, the water was crystal clear. The previous review mentioned a door handle hanging off one patio door as well as 3 or 4 broken blinds. This was still the case when we arrived in September, we were still able to open the blinds and the door. We assumed that as it was coming to the end of the season, that these issues would be addressed then. David was very helpful from start to finish. He also arranged our transfers to and from the airport with Empire Car Rentals, who are based in Kapparis. They were very friendly, helpful and informative about the area. We also used them to go to the big supermarket Metro, they picked us up from the villa and dropped us at the door, then we called them when we got to the check out and by the time we had packed our bags they were waiting outside for us. All in all we had a lovely time at the villa and would definitely return.

We stayed here for 3 weeks.. And having stayed in many villas in Cyprus, this is by far the best... We have tried to book again for May 2014, though unfortunately is already booked. We will recommend this villa to our friends, and will definitely return. The interior quality is fantastic, as is the external area. The pool is the largest in this area.
