Buena ubicación. Habitación con tamaño aceptable y baño completo. Dispone de terraza agradable y posibilidad de usar cocina y nevera. Nos dieron muy buena información para conocer la ciudad y planear nuestro día. Disponen de agua disponible todo el día (sin coste). Nos ayudaron con la recarga de la tarjeta transporte.

En la habitación no hay ni una silla dónde poder apoyar la maleta/mochila, tienes que dejarla en el suelo.

The location was great, easy to travel around! Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Place was clean and very functional

Staff, place, kitchen.

I had everything I needed. A fully equiped kitchen with a water cooler... receptionist was kind enough to let me "crash" at the hostel at the last minute... there is a shared kitchen with a designated space to sharing food. They have pancakes in the morning. Shared lounge. There is a laundry room for a small fee. they even have a second hand clothes shop. The price and value for money are excellent.

It is not luxurious, a dorms room would be tiny bit less convenient than your own private room... area was not quiet in the evening but I just closed the window and fell asleep right away

It's located at Ben Gurion Ave. where we could find nice restaurants for dinner. We didn't get a parking spot for our rental car at the hostel but we were able to park along the street for free. Also, it's close to the Bahai Garden and the beach is a walking distance away.

the entire hostel is disgustingly dirty. My bedroom had two cockroaches and bedbugs, and it was super noisy next to a main road and facing the port. The common facilities were also super dirty and unclean: I got bitten by some sort of flea while seating at the couch terrace. The kitchen was not better, also dirty dishes which I needed to wash before and after use, and the fridge had food from over 10 days ago from previous guests. On top of that, the internet did not work, gladly I had already bought a data SIM. I left as early as I could in the morning before the free pancakes… if you see the state of the kitchen, I’m not sure you’d want to eat anything from them. The reception girl was a volunteer and completely useless in terms of recommendations of what to do in Haifa, she didn’t even know the opening time of the Baha’i garden/ temple and indicated wrong walking duration to get there. I was in a private room with my own key, but apparently the dorm rooms don’t have keys.

Everything is super!! staffs, other travelers, facilities like kitchen, bathroom and terrace, location…. I can promise that you are satisfied with this hostel.
