The owners were very nice, they were also very helpful in emergency situation I had. Communication was perfect, I didn't have to worry about anything. The location is great.

Great location, close to amenities. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The hosts were fabulous. They were always available and extremely hospitable.

The pull out couch wasn't very comfortable, but we expected that from a pull out.

Everything was clean. There was even a dishwasher. Toilet was clean. Bed was of good quality. Parking is right outside the apartment. The host was easy to communicate and replied very fast. Toilet was clean and with warm water and good water pressure. Wifi was good.

The price. It is expensive for the location.

It is very nicely located not very far from Venice. Public transport is also accessible. A very good apartment with private car parking, gives the feeling of safe.

Very close to the bus stop for Venice, super market and Cafe. Lots of parking places and very quiet neighborhood. Spacious apartment with all the amenities.

Andrea and Bianca are very accommodating. As I travel for work and my husband is here partly for vacation, they provided us with two sets of keys. Although it was really hot, the air conditioning is great and with the windows closed, we can't hear any of the traffic or the construction site across the street. The neighbourhood is really nice with great restaurants within a few steps. Wifi is very fast and stable and great for working.

The kitchen is small so it's rather a place with eating out or taking out.

The apartment is very well located in Mestre, close to bus station to Venice and at walking distance to the train station of Venice-Mestre. The surroundings is a quiet residential area, with 2 supermarket, bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants in the immediate neighborhood, very easy for self catering, if needed. You have everything you need in the apartment: towels & amenities, Nespresso machine, kitchen utensils, Netflix & Disney+. Bianca is the best hostess you can wish for: friendly and helpful, speaks excellent English and helped us with all requests. If you're planning to discover the Veneto region, the Laguna-apartment would be the recommended base. We visited Vicenza, Verona and Padova by train.

A friendly suggestion to the hosts: one might have to take a look at the drain in the shower in apartment nr. 3, where we stayed. The water is running away very slowly at the moment.

A very comfortable and spacious apartment, very clean and kept in very good condition in a nice quiet street in a good central location. communication with the host prior to and during our stay was first class.

Everything went great, Bianca was very friendly and kind, waited for us to arrive, showed us the apartment and the facilities and gave us information about our surroundings and how to get to Venice . The apartment looks exactly as shown in the photos, is clean and spacious, and close to the supermarket and the bus station that goes to Venice. Definitely recommend!

The apartment is excellent. It’s well equipped and nicely decorated. Bianca was excellent. she explained us all about the property, surrounding and gave us a very informative booklet. Buse was also very prompt with reply and answered all our queries promptly. The location is great to reach Venice by bus.

Comfortable apartment with all the facilities one would need. Easy walking distance of supermarket.

Lovely apartment with good sized rooms. Communication with the property was easy and getting the key worked well. The information pack the apartment provided was really useful and well done. Getting to Venice by bus was very easy and the bus took 10 to 15 mins and run frequently. There was a nice bakery nearby and lots of cafes.

Description of the bin system outside could have been better but that is more of a suggestion than a dislike

Very nice and clean apartment. Stayed for 1 night with 3 childrsn. The rooms were as expected - big,clean and comfortable. Good location.

The sofa bed is a bit noisy and not so comfortable.

,It was just perfect. It has everything one could wish for. The apartment was clean and neat. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They even provided us a bottle of wine, which was really unexpected 🙂 The location is also great, Venice is just 10 min bus ride away.

Very clean and spacious apartment. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The host paid a lot of attention to every single item that you might need. Very nice and friendly host. Great location with easy access to bus stops, supermarket and shops. Having Disney+ and Netflix subscription was a bonus of the apartment. We had a pleasant stay and indeed recommend.

Wonderful place to stay for the trip on Venice. There are lots of useful information to travel and discover the city. Restaurants, super market and galeto are in nearby.

Super comfortable location, duration of the way to Venice is only 10mins by bus. The bus station and supermarket are near the house. In the apartment are all necessary stuffs.

The sofa is not fully comfortable for sleeping for two persons.
