Cute house, very clean with nice sized fenced in backyard. The owners were easy to get in touch with, check in and check out were a breeze. House is close to downtown Hyannis and it is super easy to get to neighboring towns and beaches (they even provided a beach pass!) Tara

We really enjoyed being close to beaches with the beach passes provided! The back yard was perfect for our small dog. We enjoyed backyard wildlife in between outings! Check in was easy but check out was more than we expected (bagging linens putting trash out exoected to restock toilet paper(whish we didnt have a chance to do). There really is only one bathroom as the second bathroom is only an outdoir showerso if you have a bigger group keep that in mind!overall great experience! We loved the area!

This was our family’s 2nd stay at this property and I cannot say enough great things! The house is charming and clean, and is in a great, centrally located area. Close to Main Street Hyannis and so many restaurants. Property manager was wonderful as well - would highly recommend!

House is in the thick of it all, restaurants, shopping with beaches a 14-minute car ride. We enjoyed the stay.

Had some family who live in cape cod visit and we barbecued,played corn hole,and my dogs had fun on Sunday.Overall everything we needed was there to use.we also shopped nearby and visited some great beaches.Downtown dining is minutes away.My husband and I loved the house and will definitely return next time we go to the cape!

House was more spacious then expected. Had literally everything you would need. Great fenced in yard and our pups favorite part! Convenient location. We loved how close it was to Main St and all beaches. Beach pass was a huge plus! The neighborhood was quiet as well. Would recommend! Joy was great to work with. Thank you!

Joy provided all the comforts we just had to pack our stuff and relax she was so easy to deal with and so accommodating. The beach pass is such a great bonus as well! Already looking forward to going back !!!

I stayed here for a week with my mom and pups and we had a terrific time! The house was very charming and clean. It also had a nice backyard that was fully fenced in (esp great with dogs). Location-wise was convenient- very short drive to Main Street Hyannis. Property manager was also easy to work with & helpful! Thanks for a great stay!

What a great property. From the moment we stepped inside to the smell of clean. Such a nice well stocked and appointed rental with everything you could possibly need. The oversized deck and fully fenced in yard with privacy fencing was perfect. I don’t know who enjoyed it more, us or our pup. Having everything we could possibly need was well thought out and very much appreciated. The beach pass to all 15 of the Barnstable beaches was great. We used it at several of the beaches and they were wonderful. The house is in a convenient location close to everything. PJ’s was so close and they have the best and most authentic wings outside of Buffalo. And check out the Mayflower Brazilian Bakery right down the street, great breakfasts. Overall we plan to definitely return to this home again in the future.

Upon walking in the front door we immediately felt at home. This home is clean and tastefully decorated, with ample room for all. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, plates, and more kitchen appliances than you would ever need! Perfect for the "home chef". The large backyard was fenced in and perfect for the dog to run and play. The phone numbers for local veterinarians was a nice touch. The deck is a great feature, and the gas grill made for quick and easy meals at the end of our long days spent exploring. Joy was more than accommodating as we were making reservations and planning our "escape to the cape"! Highly recommend this property that is conveniently located on the Cape.

Nice house, had everything we needed. Awesome, dog-friendly backyard. Even included a beach pass which gives access to all the Barnstable beached, including residential.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and comfortable. The back deck and the fenced in yard were great to send our kids outside to play and not have to worry about them. The property is close to shopping and restaurants. We definitely would stay again!

Joy was a fantastic host. Very responsive to questions beforehand and during trip. House was adorable and stocked with everything we needed for our trip! It was the perfect home base for our vacation- close proximity to beaches and Main Street but also accessible to other parts of Cape if you want to explore! Fenced yard was a bonus which enabled us to bring our fur babies along for the fun!

We rented this house so we could come up from NC to see our son play baseball in the Cape Cod league. We had two small dogs with us. House was perfect. Big fenced yard for dogs. Outside shower was great. We had everything we needed. Centrally located. Would definitely stay here again.

Private, fenced in yard was great for my elderly dog. We barbecued several nights on the grill and ate on the back deck. The location was close to downtown Hyannis, Beaches, and grocery stores. AC was great for the hot days. The washer/dryer was an added bonus. The home is well maintained and nicely decorated. It was very quiet which was nice and peaceful. Joy was very nice to work with. I will definitely be back!

My husband, myself, our 17 year old son and fur baby stayed at this rental on our first trip to Cape Cod. We loved the charming little house with fenced in yard for our dog. Location was great and central to everything in Cape Cod. It’s about 1.4 miles from Main Street which has shops and restaurants. We walked there a few times although the owners also provided a parking pass which covered parking in Barnstable county. There is also a dog park about 5 minutes away. My dog loved to go there to play with other dogs. The rental is very close to grocery stores, the mall and movie theater. I recommend DJs for awesome wings! A few beaches are a short drive away. The best public beach was Merconi beach which was about 30 min away on Cape Cod National seashore. Sandy Neck beach was also nice. You will find that many beaches are reserved for residents only. The rental was very clean. All linens included and the kitchen was stocked with a Keurig, toaster, crock pot and cooking utensils. The fenced in back yard was wonderful with the cozy fire pit and full size grill. We would definitely return to this rental should we visit Cape Cod again. The owners even gave us a gift card and bottle of wine which was a sweet gesture. Thanks for sharing your darling place with us!

Great, clean place. The backyard was amazing for the pup! Close to everything we needed!

Everything was exactly as described or better. My family of 4 and pup all enjoyed our stay. Highlights..very clean, privacy in yard, kitchen had everything we needed, great water pressure in both showers, comfy beds, bed linens and bath/beach/kitchen towels provided, great decor. Only challenge was limited drawer space in bedrooms. Owners kind and responsive. Highly recommend this home!

This was truly a home away from home. It was very clean and comfortably furnished. We really enjoyed having dinners on the deck, playing with our dog in the backyard, and spending time by the fire. It was a very relaxing week and we’d love to go back again! We highly recommend this home, great location as well!
