Amazing stocked house in the middle of everything. Not one bad thing to say.

This property in Kanab absolutely exceeded our expectations. We decided on the location due to its proximity to Bryce/Zion and that worked out perfectly.
The home itself is immaculately maintained and updated, and filled with lots of luxury items like special soaps, shampoo, and much more. The property owner also had lots of little amenities like free coffee, paper plates, laundry detergent etc. We’ve stayed in lots of places but have to say - this was the most generous! We grilled out nightly too and had access to an indoor and outdoor pool, which was great after strenuous hikes. Overall, such a cute little town and Scott, the owner, was very kind and generous with us. I would highly recommend this place!

One of the cleanest, well equipped and most accommodating places we have stayed at. From prior to arrival to even after leaving, communication was superb and helpful. There are many kitchen appliances (crockpot, etc), grill utensils, etc that came in or would have come in very handy. I just can’t say enough. 3 bikes are supplied, a closet full of games, and my personal fav thing - a binder full of useful info for the house and surrounding area! Would definitely return and can’t recommend enough! Scott & family truly provide a ‘home away from home’.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this home in Kanab. The home itself is lovely and stocked with many essentials - quality shampoo, hand soaps, detergents, coffee, hair dryers, etc. The hosts are communicative and helpful, and the detailed guide book they provide about the home, neighborhood, Kanab, and the many surrounding places to see reflects their attention to detail and dedication to hosting. Kanab is the perfect place to stay if you want access to Bryce, Zion, the North Rim and other amazing sights from one central location. The neighborhood itself has indoor and outdoor pools, pickleball, and a community center with a pool table. Our family loved taking advantage of these activities in the evenings. This was a great place to stay!

I don't usually write reviews but this home is great! It is a beautiful well taken care of home. Floor plan is lovely, great location, fully working kitchen, spotless, wonderful host. I highly recommend it as a place to locate out for all your adventures in Kanab and the surrounding area.

Our family stayed in Kanab, UT while we visiting the Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Bryce Canyon, and Zion National Park. It was a perfect home base, and we could not ask for more in a house for this experience. The owner was extremely helpful with property and area information and quickly responded to any of our questions or needs. We tried most of the restaurant recommendations which were terrific, even for kids with allergies or food preferences. The locals are very friendly. The home is meticulously and beautifully decorated, very comfortable, spacious, and has all of the amenities you could ask for. We rode the 4 bicycles around the scenic town and used the fitness center. We enjoyed relaxing on the back porch, watching March Madness on the large screen TV, and having the use of the Keurig coffeemaker. It was amazing to be able to access many hikes and adventures from this location, including beautiful hikes and trails starting right in the neighborhood (ie- K Hill and Tom's Canyon). We hope to come back again in the near future. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

I cannot recommend this property enough! This was the best VRBO that I have EVER stayed in! Scott & Eden were great hosts! They thought of everything! From ziploc bags, foil, saran wrap, condiments in stocked, to games to play, puzzles, great music, etc. No detail was left unnoticed! We had a delightful stay in Kanab and much due to the comfortable stay that felt so much like our own home.
Scott was attentive and contacted us multiple times throughout before and throughout the stay to check in and make sure our stay was going well and we were doing well. We appreciated the contact.

Our stay at this house was fabulous! The best place we have ever stayed, for several reasons. The owners obviously show great pride in their home. It was beautifully decorated, well stocked, and very clean. They had an excellent guidebook, as well as an App with great tips and suggestions! The beds were very comfortable, as was the entire house. The location is fantastic, between Bryce, Zion, Glen Canyon and many other hiking trails and sights to see. The owners were so easy to communicate with through before, during, and after our trip. Can’t say enough about this rental experience! We will definitely stay here again when we can!

Scott’s and Eden’s attention to detail is unbelievable! The home is incredibly clean, had everything that we needed, and is so beautiful. We visited Bryce Canyon and Zion and Page/lower antelope while we were there. If it had been closer to the other parks that we visited, we would have loved to have stayed there the whole time. We would come back again in a heartbeat. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. (The view out back is awesome as well.)

The house was everything we hoped it would be. The views are incredible! It was extremely clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay.
We cooked several meals using the well appointed kitchen and the gas grill. The kitchen included all the necessary utensils, pots, pans, etc. The set-up made it easy for several of us to be working in the kitchen at the same time without getting in each other's way.
The beds were very comfortable, and all of the bedrooms had very nice views. We could look out our bedroom window and see the stars. There is a spacious, well stocked laundry room which we took advantage of during our stay.
The owner provided a guide with detailed information about the house and the surrounding areas. You should look it over when you first arrive. We found it extremely helpful and informative.
The house is in an excellent location to visit several national parks. We used it as a base to visit the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Zion, Antelope Canyon, and Horseshoe Bend.
We really appreciated the extremely good communication from Evolve, and especially from the owner. Overall, it was an excellent experience and if we get an opportunity to revisit the area, we would make this our home base again.

This home was a beautiful and incredibly clean home and stocked with all that you might need. It was a wonderful base place to stay for visiting Zion, Bryce, and Lower Antelope. We would stay here again without a doubt and wished that would could have stayed here for the other parks that we visited. Scott is an amazing host!

This property was perfect for us and a great location (very quite). The house was very well stocked, from spices and pots & pans in the cabinets to coolers and bicycles in the garage. We have stayed in a dozen VRBOs and this was the best and has set a new standard for 5 stars for us. Other then well stocked it was the cleanest place we have every stayed. Scott was attentive to us then entire trip which made me feel much better if something were to go wrong in the house (nothing did). Overall, I can't recommend this enough. Great experience at this VRBO.

This house was stunning. All the amenities were great and the beds and showers were exceptional. We used the house as a home base for visiting Bryce, Zion and the Grand Canyon. We couldn’t be happier with our choice to stay here and have a wonderful place to come home to after visiting the parks.

We had a wonderful week in this home. The views were great from every room in the house. We loved the floor plan and comfortable decorations. Our favorite part was the fire pit in the back. We loved relaxing at night by a fire and watching the stars!
Scott was so easy to communicate with. He checked on us occasionally and quickly answered any questions we had. We stay in a lot of airbnbs and this one is one of the best.
If we are ever back in southern Utah this will be the place we stay!

From check-in to check-out our experience was amazing. The app that Scott provided for us was very helpful for navigating our stay in Kanab. The home was immaculately clean and stocked with anything we could have needed. The property is beautiful and we saw the most beautiful sunsets. patio and firepit which we used several times......lovely location near the red rocks .........everything about the house was perfect. We used Kanab as a base and went out every day to one of the parks etc......Grand canyon N. Rim, Bryce, Zion, Cedar breaks, Kolob canyons, Moqui Cave and of course no visit to Kanab would be complete without visiting Best Friends Animal Sanctuary .......wished we could have stayed longer!

This property was absolutely beautiful and the perfect location to visit Bryce, Zion and the Grand Canyon (just over an hr to each park). The house had gorgeous finishes, everything was neatly organized and labeled and the owner was a joy to work with. Amazing Stay
We have rented many homes thru VRBO and this was by far the best stay we’ve had. Owner made sure every need was met and communication was great. Home was very clean and was full of many helpful and wonderful details. Amenities were perfect. Beds were comfy. LOVED that there was a crockpot. The binder with all the info on local hikes was super. Would definitely stay here again. Beautiful home and so much to do in the near vicinity.

Best rental ever!
We can’t say enough great things about our stay! The home is lovely and there is much attention to detail to ensure that any anticipated needs are provided for. Scott was very attentive and I appreciated the messages he sent from a few days before our arrival to the messages on our day of departure to make sure all was good. The area is beautiful and our hosts provided a lot of information at the house for all of the wonderful things to do in the area. We have to say this has been one of the best experiences we have ever had!

Our family of 4 stayed here while visiting the National Parks in southern Utah and Page, AZ. The house was the perfect home base. It was clean and well equipped. Scott was the perfect host. His Guest Welcome Book had all the information we needed about the house, restaurant recommendations, grocery stores and thing to do in the area. He was in contact to make sure everything was ok and to see if we needed anything. We highly recommend staying in this home. You won't be disappointed.

Wonderful home
The four of us really enjoyed staying at Kanabin. First of all, the home was spotless, I was using a paper towel to clean up a spill we made and no dirt came up. The house was spacious and with 10 foot ceilings, seemed even larger. Kitchen and laundry were well stocked. The location was close to town, 3 minute car ride, 20-30 walk. The owner was in close communication and we were allowed an early check-in. We highly recommend.

This house was perfect for our family’s stay in Kanab! The house is beautiful, well equipped and exceptionally clean. We made use of the pool each night and the fire pit. Communication with Scott could not have been better, from the advance welcome text to the renter guide, recommendations, etc. I would absolutely recommend this stay, probably one of our best ever rentals!

Perfect Home and Perfect Hosts
Our family of 5 stayed here for 5 days while exploring Southern Utah and enjoying the lovely town of Kanab. This home is perfect in every way. It is clean, well-organized, has everything you might need whether you're staying in or adventuring out. It is cozy and in the most beautiful setting. The hosts were so wonderful, kind and responsive. I requested a last minute change to our reservation and they were quick to respond and assist with accommodating our change. They have a fantastic app/guidebook that includes info about the area, things to do and lots of insider tips. Above all, I felt their generosity and that they truly loved sharing their home and wanted us to have a memorable and comfortable vacation, which we did!! We would love to return one day!

Our family planned a trip to Southern Utah for Fall Break. We could not have dreamed of a better trip and accommodations. The home was well-kept, beautifully decorated and had all we needed and more! Great!
This home was great for the 6 of us. Gorgeous view in backyard, very clean, spacious and great location. We felt so safe we even forgot to lock the doors sometimes. Really soft master bed! Plenty of condiments in the pantry. Very soft towels and plenty of them. We used the coolers and water jug. Short walk to the pool which we used on numerous occasions and half the time we were the only ones in the pool. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the community room or workout facility because it was still closed. We would definitely stay there again.

A great stay in a gorgeous neighborhood
We LOVED our stay in Kanab and wished we never had to leave! The home was beautiful and clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathrooms were spotless and had salon liters of shampoo and conditioner, and a salon-quality hairdryer - better than what I have at home, much less the cheap hotel ones. The record player in the living room was fun and a new experience for our kids who barely even remember CDs. We enjoyed the firepit at night and loved that we could have s'mores without smelling like smoke. The laundry room had detergent pods and the kitchen was stocked with dish soap and detergent. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, small appliances, and both a french press and Keurig/K cups. They had everything we needed for a wonderful stay, and when we had questions Scott responded promptly. If you are traveling with kids, I recommend going to the Iron Horse Restaurant and Saloon. They had good food, outdoor seating, and fun western-themed things for the kids. We had a lot of fun, but now we are sad to be back home without the beauty of red box canyons outside our windows. We would LOVE to return to Kanab!

The house was beautiful! We walked in, it was an open area, everything was labeled, anything you could want in the kitchen was there, we even had some spices in the spice cabinet......and ice cream . We were able to cook a lot of our own meals at the house and on the grill. Beautiful scenery surrounds this location.We were able to visit four of the national parks in Southern Utah and the Glen Canyon dam. They have a new Reservoir Park in Kanab, it is a must see for those who like to fish.We are already talking about when we will return to Kanab.Thanks for the great vacation!

Great place
You could not possibly want for a nicer place to stay than at this property. So very well designed and appointed. We were amazed at al the well thought out details that the owners considered to make our stay comfortable. the beds were excellant, the provided kitchen utensils ,pots, pans appliances were of high quality and made meal prep and cleanup easy. Sweet covered back patio to hang out. Didnt use the grill but i have one like it at home and its top quality. They have lots of information regarding sights to see with advice on how to see it so you can arrive almost clueless to whats available in the area and still see and do so much just by following the advice provided. Didnt intend to write a book here but this place is top notch and if you are considering going that direction stay here with no fear of disappointment.
