Bienvenido a nuestra bellamente restaurada casa de 3 habitaciones. Está en un maravilloso vecindario a minutos de las cataratas, el acuario, Maid of the Mist, la cueva de los vientos, deliciosa cocina local, fantásticas tiendas y muchas actividades para la familia.

Esta casa fue construida en 1922 y se encuentra en uno de los barrios más bonitos de las Cataratas del Niágara. A solo minutos de distancia, estamos a poca distancia de las principales atracciones.

Nuestra casa está ubicada en una de las mejores ubicaciones en las Cataratas del Niágara. Todos nuestros vecinos tenían sus propias casas y cuidaban maravillosamente el vecindario, aquí es muy tranquilo y seguro. Siéntase libre de caminar en cualquier momento del día o de la noche. También hay un sendero para bicicletas / senderos que se dirige hacia el sur a lo largo del desfiladero del río Niagara paralelo a la calle Whirlpool y lo lleva directamente a las cataratas. Kitchen is nice and has a good size, parking for 2 cars, house (front and inside) was very clean, AC works good even thought upstairs (in the rooms) is little hot, 2 of the 3 rooms has a fan. Backyard was not a pleasant site to see or stay and/or stayand stay.

Our family of seven wanted to be somewhere near the falls. There isn't a reasonably-priced hotel for that many people, so we checked VRBO and settled on this one among several options. The owner was responsive, helpful and friendly. The house is over 100yrs old and charming- with old woodwork and modern conveniences. All seven of us had somewhere comfy to sleep (one on the couch). The beds and pillows were great. The location is a quiet side street away from the downtown hustle but close enough to drive anywhere in just a few minutes or walk to lots of attractions if you get around well, want to save on having to pay for parking everywhere in town, and don't mind taking the time to walk. We had a great stay!

This was a nice property and close to all activity. There were just a few observations: would have been nice to have a toaster, another bathroom downstairs, air conditioning upstairs (it was a bit warm to sleep), and the tv wouldn’t connect to the internet so you could watch anything. But overall very clean and nice place. Host was very responsive.

This property was so close to the State Park of Niagara Falls and a quiet street. We walked our dogs to the park down the street that overlooked the river. Was absolutely beautiful. The upstairs was a bit warm and took some time to cool off with AC, but overall, we managed. Excellent property that I would recommend to anyone looking in the area. Would stay again if I ever return and it is available! Host was excellent, available if needed.

This was our first visit to Niagara Falls . Made very pleasant by staying at David's property. David has done a wonderful job of renovating this 100 year old home. Very safe surrounding. Everything at a walkable distance. Just perfect. Thank you David, Mirebella and Buddy.

This is a nice house that could fit our entire family of six. It is in a walking distance to the Falls (30-min walk). We also drove to Niagara Old Fort (20-min drive), which was a great experience. We had a great time during our stay there.

My family of four and niece stayed during the 4th of July week. The house is a 1920 home, it has all the basic needs for a pleasant stay. There are 3 bedrooms with two beds in two of the rooms. So can sleep 6. Didn’t see if the couch pulled out. One bathroom but has not issues there kids at night adults in the morning. I would bring additional towels, they had some but for us they were small and its my peeve to bring my own. Kitchen met our needs, had pans and pots but still not a kitchen to do major cooking. We cooked breakfast everyday no problem and did a spaghetti dinner easily otherwise we ate out for lunch and dinner. If you have a big SUV you may have some challenges it’s tight between house and not much room to turn around. Kids had no issues with internet worked fine. The laundry is in the basement. The washer and dryer worked fine. For the house my only complaint is that there aren’t any curtains or blinds in the lower level. So people can see clearly into the house!
Neighborhood is fine, we walked tonight the Underground Railroad Museum and the Aquarium. We had our dog and took her walking on the Niagara trail that was right down the sidewalk, very nice.
The owner was very attentive whenever I texted. Inside the house some brochures were provided, some were old but still gave you an idea what to expect. Also provided were clear instructions for checkout and cleanup.

pleasant stay
The property was clean and comfortable. The house has character and updates are being made. There was a brand new washer and dryer in basement. I think a bit more attention to the outside and back yard space that would add much to the property.

I question those other reviews’ honesty
This property was not what we expected. The house is pretty bad. Dirty and dusty with old dingy bathroom linens. The most troubling thing of all was driving up to the house; it felt like we were in the movie Training Day. To be fair, there weren’t that many nice places in Niagra, on the NY side at least. The house is spacious. It needs a tremendous amount of work, however.. It is obvious the owners don’t put any money back into it. Parking in the garage for two nights made my car smell like something died in it. There is a broken window into the attic that makes one wonder what sort of animals are keeping us company at night. And the lead paint in the bathroom appears to be cracking and peeling something fierce. Also, don’t believe others when they say that it is within walking distance to the town center. This is not an area you will want to walk from. I would not subject my family to a return stay at this property. Hopefully more honest reviews will surface and the owners will start putting a bit of their revenue back into their house; or cut the price by 80%. I could go on and on about the track lighting that is falling from the ceiling, the blinds that are broken and do nothing to keep out the street lights as you try to sleep, the bed pillows that are less than two inches thick. It’s just an old, beaten up house that is not worthy of a rental.

The home was very well-kept love the hardwood floors. We were all very comfortable in our bedrooms. It was close to the Aquarium in Falls as well as a short distance out of town to all the outlets. If back in Niagara Falls would definitely consider re-staying at this place

Great place to stay to visit the falls...
First off, I want to say we had a great visit to the falls. Niagara Falls is a great family vacation! With that said, this property is in a great location! If the weather had been better, we would have definitely walked. And, walking is a good idea, because parking is pretty expensive everywhere in Niagara Falls. The downstairs is exactly as pictured. Its beautiful. This is an old home and the downstairs is perfect. Upstairs needs some updating. The beds are small, but comfortable. And the upstairs could have definitely been cleaner - nothing disgusting - but the ceiling fans were very dusty. My only complaint about the rental itself is that the heat was not turned on when we arrived and it was 54 degrees in the house! It did warm up, but it was uncomfortable for a bit. Would be great if the hosts would put some extra blankets for circumstances like that. All in all, it was a great trip and a great place to stay. It was priced right as well. My children loved the house and the location.

Clean and Nice Location
House is just a couple minutes drive from the state park. Check in process was easy and house was clean when we got in. This house is 100 years old so from the outside there are areas (siding/windows) that don't look nice but inside kitchen and bathroom have been updated plus wooden floors and staircase make it nice. We stayed for a few days before New Year's and didn't have any issues with heater or any other appliance. Plenty of space in the back to park. Kids enjoyed all the books and crayons provided.

Great spot to explore the entire area.
My wife and I took our three children to stay 5 nights. The house is great. Awesome woodwork. I like old houses though, so if you are looking for a crisp, modern experience, this is not it. It was clean and well appointed. We ate breakfast in, every morning and had everything we needed and everything in the description was present and accounted for. AC worked great, and I got a glance of the furnace which looks fairly new and well maintained. We used the washer and dryer which, again were new, clean, and operational.
We walked to ALL of the attractions from the house. The street the house is on has to be the best street in town, but I didn't wanna walk around too much after dark. The park and the street felt safe...
Or could hop in a car and save yourself Maybe a mile round trip. Aquarium is closest, so if you're going to walk to one that's it. It was fun. Make sure to catch the sea lion show. It's quick but we enjoyed it. Maid of the Mist, and cave of the winds are both at the falls. They have a package deal that would get you into most of the major attractions but it wasn't available while we were there. I don't know if it was all year or seasonal so check into that. Had some good food just walking around downtown. If ya like food, hit the local spots, if ya like high priced garbage rainforest Cafe and hard Rock are both right near the falls. There were pamphlets provided on a table by the front door for restaurants, attractions, and more that we got some ideas from.
Anyway, had a blast. House is cool.

This house I understand has been around for a while. I was not impressed. The sofa was located in such a way that you couldn't even get to the porch area. We moved it to utilize it and moved it back. The TV reception sucked and was very spotty. There was no table or chairs available to sit in the back yard. It was torn to peices and there was a brick on the back porch. Walking hazard. For the rate that is being charged I can't say it is worth it. On the plus size. It is close to the falls and the street is nice. I can't see myself returning though.
Also the owner was nice when I spoke to him on the phone and through texting.

Cute little house on a quiet street
I was nervous to stay in Niagara Falls, NY because it seemed a lot of listings said the neighborhood was sketchy. There are definitely sketchy parts around this listing, but this street was very nice and quiet. It was in walking distance to the falls and trails and several restaurants/attractions. The house itself was quaint and we really enjoyed it. Our coffee maker didn't work and when I messaged David, he responded quickly and replaced it for us so we'd be able to get our caffeine fix. I would love to stay here again and would feel comfortable bringing our kids next time as well.

Lovely Wood Work
The house was great. Very clean and welcoming. The woodwork inside the house is beautiful. David was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. It’s close to the attractions and a short Uber ride to many places. The block the house is on is very nice. I wasn’t worried about safety. There are skunks!! We saw one our first night. You won’t be disappointed!

Creepy house on Orchard Parkway
The house was at one time a beauty. Now, no handrail to walk down first flight of stairs. Very dangerous and slippery for older people. They offered a washer/dryer that was nowhere to be found. I was counting on that as it was halfway thru our trip. The hand soap in bathroom was leave in hair conditioner. There were no supplies in bathroom but some ratty old washcloths and towels. Not even a 2nd roll of TP. No toiletries. No soap, no body cleansers (as advertised) and bathroom window was permanently shut. Fire hazard. Hole in bathroom wall behind toilet as if someone punched it. The coffee pot had no coffee or filters. They offered an “array of teabags” nowhere to be found. They offered a toaster oven. Nada. They had lots of cleaning supplies. 😒 The TV was very dark. They advertise “walk to Niagara Falls “. Not happening. There were no window coverings to assure privacy. Light was on in basement that made our 14 year old very nervous until we realized it was on all the time. Lots of locked doors. Understandable for private belongings but was that where w/d probably was. Garage was empty and always open. Not sure there was a door on it. Too scary to put your car there and walk out. There was a beautiful enclosed porch in front. I saw no reason that it had to be inaccessible but it was. The home needs plenty of work on outside (disconnected drainpipes) and was filled with cobwebs. Would not go back.

Niagara falls vacation spot
Overall a really nice family vacation. It is close to everything , having a car was necessary to visit Fort niagara, kayaking, Lexington locks . The walking path by the house is cool with numerous lookouts. Disappointed that no cafes or eateries are open close by.

The most positive thing about this home was being able to bring our 2 med/large lab mixes. There is a beautiful walking area along the river right at the end of the street, and the spacious kitchen was comfortable for them with a gate (provided by owner) while we were off at the falls. We felt comfortable walking them at night along the well lit street.The house is on a pretty street, probably the nicest street in this area...adjacent streets look a bit iffy. But if you arrive after dark you would have difficulty locating it, I am afraid...there are no easily visible #s on it and none of the porch lights work. (Owner made aware).This is a beautiful old home in a state of some disrepair but you will find the inside clean and set up nicely for you. We can't speak about the beds providing a great night's sleep...matresses sink in the middle or box springs don't quite fit frame so one tilted a little. I was surprised to find just thin sheets on mattresses...no mattress pads at all. Plenty of clean towels. Plenty of hot water for showers. For the kitchen I would bring your own Saran wrap or foil and an extra roll of paper towels. Otherwise the kitchen has everything and is so nice and bright. There is a nice Tops supermarket close by. You can walk to the falls but it would be a bit of a walk on top of the walking you would be doing once there as well. We had a bit of a mini heat wave while here so opted to drive. (Put central A/C on, downstairs comfortable but bedrooms still a bit warm upstairs. Ceiling fans helped). Parking is pricey near the falls....we found that the $10 all day lot was good. Display the ticket on your dash and you can leave at intervals if you have a dog at the house and come back. The street meters were $5 per hour and of course if you leave you lose your spot.We met David the owner briefly and he is super nice. I hope he can continue to work on the house and the lovely plantings in the yard over time and make this gem of a house shine once again. It has great potential.

Great house at a great price. Street is the best street in the area and is really close to all of what Niagara Falls has to offer. We stayed for 4 days and the host was very communicative from start to finish when we had questions about our arrival and the security code to gain access. The street was extremely quiet, could hear a pin drop at all times. Will definitely be staying again.

Charming
At first glance, the outside of the property looked a little rough, but then you go i side and the house is so charming, warm and clean. The kitchen is great, but note that if you’re going to use it to stop by the store and grab paper towels and dish soap along with your groceries. Not a big deal at all, just a note. The furniture was comfortable and the house was warm. The owner made sure we received all information in a timely manner. We took our furry family member along, which is always a bonus for my son. Another note that if you bring your furry friend, be advised that there is no fence yard, but there is a wonderful walking/biking path along the river right by the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this house and would definitely recommend.

Everything was right there. We did not have to go far to find places. Aquarium, Niagara Falls, grocery store. All right around corner !!

Comfortable home convenient to attractions
Home was comfortable and convenient to the falls. As other reviewers have noted David was easy to get a hold to gain access. Home was clean, there was a musty smell at first, but once a/c kicked it, it went away. Spacious home. Outside of home needs some work, but interior was fantastic. Neighborhood safe and quiet. More than 2 mile walk to falls, which other reviewers noted so we drove to falls. Area outside immediate neighborhood is a bit depressed. But we enjoyed our stay.

Girls Trip
Great neighborhood, close to everything. House was so cute and clean. David was great at answering questions and giving recommendations. He was very easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. Loved this charming house in Niagara Falls!
