Property was great! Beautiful views from the condo. Be prepared for a challenging drive to the property though. We loved the national park and Gatlinburg! We even saw a mama bear and her cubs wandering the area!
The only issue we had was upon arrival. We arrived at 3:15 and the cleaning lady was still cleaning. She said check in wasn’t until 4pm but the website said 3pm. We had to wait in the hallway with all our luggage and our groceries until she was finished. No other issues at all. We had a wonderful vacation!

Our family reunion was in Gatlinburg this year. We chose not to stay in a hotel for more of a genuine experience and boy were we in for a true surprise. This property is very well kept and Patty is truly amazing! Just be prepared for a roller-coaster ride as my little one put it.

Great stay. Best interaction i have ever had with an owner or manager. Email's answered within an hour! Couldn't work the living room TV but didn't try until the last day. Instructions for TV use would be helpful. Door from MBR to balcony was unusable. There is another way to get out. More hand towels in kitchen would be helpful. Nicely supplied kitchen. A treat for those of us who enjoy cooking on vacation. Thanks for leaving a supply of spices and other necessities

I'll agree with previous renters about the nailbiting ride up and down the mountain but we got more used to it throughout the week and it was our only bear sightings. The condo was very clean, stocked and well maintained. The property was quiet and tranquil. Thanks for the memories!

This condo is exactly how it is described. The view from the balcony of the sunrise over the mountains is incredible! The drive up to it was a little scary for this Iowa woman but I mastered it quickly. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The place was very clean. The hot tub at the complex did not have working water jets and the water was warm but not hot. The owner left excellent instructions for everything you need.

The place was just as described. Perfect for our group of 4. Communication with Patty was quick and helpful when we had a question about the tv. Would have liked a couple more kitchen towels, epically if anyone is staying more than a few days. Place was quiet and peaceful. The view was AMAZING!! Would definitely like to come back in the summer to see the fireworks from Dollywood.
If you read the other reviews, don’t be scared of driving the roads. They are twisty, but not too bad. We were able to use GPS the entire to get around. Quick and easy to get to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

I recently had an amazing stay at this VRBO nestled in the mountains. From the moment I stepped inside, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the place. Our family had a short stay for a long weekend wedding in your gorgeous location. The setup was perfect for our family’s needs and the fall views we’re breathtaking. The only thing we could have done without was the crazy mountain driving in the dark but after we reached the condo it melted all the negativity away. This is by far the best Verbo we have ever stayed in, and we travel a lot! The pictures do not do justice to this amazing property. When you open the door for the first time, until you close the door at the end of your stay, this place is simply impressive! I have never stayed in a Verbo as well stocked and taken care of as this one is. They have literally thought of everything you might need. You can tell that a lot of love and thought went into decorating this condo. I have never been more impressed with a rental. Without a doubt, this is a place you'll want to return to year after year.

I have been to the area several times and this location and condo is by far the best. It's a short, curvy jaunt to get up the mountain and it's so worth it. Gorgeous views, super clean/spacious/updated condo, and wonderful communication with the owner. We had 6 adults on this trip and there was plenty of room. This is the best stocked vrbo I have ever stayed in. Pool area was nice and we saw 9 bears in 4 days on our travels to/from and at the condo. So, so neat!! I can't recommend this condo enough.

Our stay was very nice. My Mother in law cried when she saw saying she’s never seen a place so nice. Thank you so much for allowing us in to your home. You are correct the gps is very unreliable we tried that way first because I had not realized that you sent directions. Once we found your directions and followed those we had no problems at all! And we have never seen so Mary bears in all the times that we have been to Gatlinburg. The pool and hot tubs were very nice also.

This condo is literally on top of a mountain, and the twisty roads were a little scary going straight up with no guardrails. No fault to the owner at all. When you finally arrive, you are greeted by a fresh and clean place to stay. The owner was just a message away, and very helpful when I messaged them. Go to the market before you head up, theres no shopping close by, about 25 min away back down the mountain. Its not the size of a house, but there are plenty of spots to put your exta items. The balcony off one of the bedrooms was amazing, we used it to take beautiful pictures of the sun coming up, and the mountain tops. YOU WANT TO STAY HERE!!!

If you are looking for a scenic getaway up in the Smoky mountains this is definitely it! The condo sits way up on the mountain so the drive is a little steep but it was easy to navigate per the instructions. The condo is clean, has adequate kitchen supplies, and very comfortable beds. All of the rooms had a smart TV except the loft area. The only downside is that there isn't a ton of towels and wash cloths and you have to use the coin laundry so bring lots of quarters. Also, the pool area was really nice and stayed open late which was a huge plus since it does take a little bit to get back to the condo. Overall, a great place to stay and we will definitely be back.
