We travelled in for our daughter's National Dance competition & made it a family vacay with my 90 year young mom & adult children & spouse. The house was absolute perfection for us. Convenient to the convention center & the perfect spot between Biloxi & Gulf Port. Kathyrn was the most gracious host & gave us lots of tips & was quick to respond to any question. Our daughter brought home multiple National titles with her team & we made loads of family memories at this great house! Hopefully we come back in the next few years & we would definitely rent this home again! Thanks Kathyrn!!!

The house was beautiful and very clean. Its a short walk to the beach! Had just about everything we needed there. Great screened in porch and sitting area under the home. There is not fenced in yard but the home is pet friendly and out dogs did fine with it. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!

This is a great property positioned back from traffic noise. It’s nestled among a beautiful live oak in a family friendly community. We felt very much at home here. All the amenities you need for cooking and beaching! We loved hearing the trains roll by and felt like we got a free air show with the fighter jets that flew over once or twice a day. We took advantage of the rockers and cool breezes on the upper and lower decks and extended our stay for an additional two days! The owner was very responsive although I only needed to contact her to book additional days. I highly recommend this property!

We live in TN and wanted to get to the beach for the weekend. Kathryn's house was exactly what we needed. It was very spacious with a beautiful ocean view! We arrived on Friday to an immaculent house and plenty of information to walk us through all of it's features. Saturday morning was disappointing weather wise but we were able to have coffee on the porch and watch a beautiful lightening storm over the ocean. Luckily it cleared up and we set out to see Gulfport and Biloxi. So many things to do and see and the house is in such a good location that it's not far to all of it! The check out process was so easy, no stripping beds or gathering laundry. Just clean the dishes you used and take out the trash. We could not have asked for a better house to stay in on a short weekend trip! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

We had a wonderful time at this property! The house is beautiful, well appointed (down to a drawer of batteries and nail clippers) and very comfortable.
Hosts gave great details about the house and area, even left a hand written note and bottle of wine for us. Very quick and easy access to the beach and local spots. We had wonderful family time and enjoyed our stay at this property.
Just a couple things that are helpful to note but did not negatively effect our stay:
*there is a train that runs very close to the house and it can be heard during the night
*there is a busy road that runs between the house and the beach. It’s hard to tell from the pics so it’s helpful to note that it is a busy street to cross if you’re headed to the beach on foot

We live in northern Indiana and are recently retired. We wanted to go somewhere warm that we could take our dog. We have never been to Mississippi before and the gulf coast was enticing. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Gulfport! The house was beautiful and clean and our host was awesome and a great communicator! Everyone in the area was very friendly! We loved our time there!

We were so glad to find this home! It was incredibly clean and modern feeling. Loved the screened in patio and all the extra kid toys for the beach. Has everything you need… just bring your shower essentials.
Kathryn was such a sweet host - communicated very fast and so friendly. We were in town for a funeral and had wine and chocolate welcoming us when we got there. Also couldn’t get the coffee maker to work; she offered to bring a new one over but we declined, it wasn’t that big of a deal. She instead surprised us with a coffee gift card under the mat. So sweet of her. Also asked to extend our stay as we felt like we needed more time with family - she was able to accommodate the change which we appreciated so much.
The beach is in walking range for sure.. kids loved finding shells and walking it at night. Best beach we found in town was ship island. Great place to go if you have a day to spend.

We stopped at this gem on a road trip and stayed 2 nights. Very clean, comfortable beds and so close to the beach. Everything was perfect and Kathryn's communication was just perfect. We will definitely book again if we find ourselves near Golfport.

My family of five, which includes three children under age 9, had a WONDERFUL time! The house looks just like and even better than the pictures! It was clean, fresh, modern and relaxed. The house was perfectly stocked, which was great after our ten-hour drive. Being walking distance to the beach was magical - I never timed it but I would guess less than two minutes, and that was with a little toddler walking slowly - we were literally steps away and having a beach wagon was helpful for the beach toys and chairs. Since we were there during the 4th of July it was a delight to watch fireworks from the screened-in porch. The beds were comfortable, the master suite was a dream. I appreciated a fully stocked kitchen to cook breakfast and we even baked cookies one night!
It was the relaxing family vacation that we all needed.

The check in/out process was easy and the host has a very thorough book with all the details of the home and nearby attractions that came in very handy! The house is immaculately clean! We loved this property. One of the cleanest and most well appointed homes we’ve stayed in during our trips to GulfPort. The homeowners were fantastic and had excellent communication through the entire stay. First of all Kathryn(property owner) was great..She personally recommended restaurants, activities and nearby shopping venues. Home was very clean, had great views of the ocean and had everything you would need(sunblock, fully stocked kitchen accessories, board games, beach chairs). We enjoyed the screened in side porch, looking at the ocean and hanging out. Also, had a tv mounted on the wall. Biclycles were included and my wife and son took a ride alongside Beach blvd( Bike lane on side of road). House was conveniently located, if you wanted to take a drive to Biloxi (few minutes down the road) or New Orleans (80 minutes). Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly and welcoming. We always felt safe and that is comforting. I would highly recommend this property, if you are looking for a getaway..

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The kitchen was well-supplied, the beds were very comfortable, and the views of the gulf were beautiful. The screened-in porch was perfect for watching the sun rise with a hot cup of coffee! Kathryn was a wonderful communicator for any questions that we had.
