A beautiful home with so many amenities! Bikes for riding to the coffee shop, kayaks were used almost daily, the boys fished from the dock, and we all used the pool every day. The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood but within easy access to so many shops, restaurants and activities. A wonderful week for our family.

Property is amazing! It was hard leaving paradise! Got to see a manatee at the dock and enjoyed fishing and swimming in the pool. House was great with lots of space for the 10 we had in our group.

This place was just perfect. Lots of space, beautiful pool and outdoor space. The beds were comfortable. We loved it. We would come again.

This is our 5th annual trip to the Keys for our mid winter escape! Yellowfin was perfect for our group of 7! Plenty of space for everyone and great common area! We spent hours poolside, cooked many meals both inside and out and rented a boat - appreciated quick access out to open water for excellent fishing! The area is great for walks to the beach and the location provided quick access to upper and lower key or anywhere in Marathon! We don’t normally revisit the same property each year, but I’m adding Yellowfin to my list and highly recommend to others!

Very enjoyable. Spacious & roomy. Multiple gathering spaces for our family. A few minor glitches but overall a delightful place to stay.

Two families all in one house, kids ages 17, down to one years old. There was everything needed at the house including baby gates, baby pack & play, lots of pool accessories. The kitchen was fully stocked and the pool and hot tub are amazing. We usually try and find a different location every winter to travel but if we end up back in Marathon, we will 100% rebook that house! MELISSA was absolutely amazing and accommodating with everything we needed when things came up.

Had a great week at Yellowfin. Inside and out the house was wonderful. Probably the best pool/deck area we have encountered. Great TVs throughout the house and on the deck. Having beach towels provided simplified packing. The kitchen was well equipped. Provided baby equipment was much appreciated by our family which included a toddler and infant. Melissa was very responsive to inquiries and pleasant to work with.

Really enjoyed our stay. Outside pool area and dock are one of the nicest we've seen in Marathon. Manatees visitng the dock was fun and the afternoon shade on pool was awesome for mid July.

We had a great time in the Keys! The Yellowfin filled all of our needs. The dock was great for our boat with easy access to the ocean! The pool was beautiful and the outside area was the best feature of the house!

We looked at a lot of homes to stay for my brothers graduation. 10 of us including 4 little kids, and every age to mid 60’s. Not exaggerating, the nicest pool I saw in town and the best outdoor experience. I’ve told all my friends about it and trying to get a couples trip to go fishing. Sombrero beach is the best beach, go down to the end by the round about, no seaweed for the kiddos. We fished twice, went to a sandbar, snorkeled, turtle hospital, swam every day in the pool. It was the best vaca we have every had and the kids loved it, and the big kids did too. The house is perfect. Safe, clean, nice neighborhood. Lots of people walking, kids around, great place. Owners are amazing. They go above and beyond. This will be hard to beat. We hope to go back. We looked at Mexico, CA, lots of places. I could go on and on. Amazing place

This house surpassed all our expectations!! We love a simple, clean house with lots of amenities and this house was that and more! The back yard is a dream, we barely ever left!! The pool, dock and entertainment area were 5star! Melissa and Eric were so helpful along the way, responding to messages so quickly! This house is an amazing family house! We cannot wait to book it again.

We loved staying at Yellowfin and can’t wait to return! The photos don’t do it justice. The highlight was fishing from the dock and the manatees who paid us a visit at the dock. Beautiful location and views!

We couldn’t have been happier with this property and more importantly the owners! Property was everything we expected and more! I brought my 28ft boat down and kept it at the dock all week! Super nice and easy! We saw manatees from the dock which we loved!! Owners answered all our questions and were very friendly! Want to get back there!!

This rental was perfect for our family. The outside entertaining area with pool & dock was just beautiful and the house was wonderful to spend the day swimming, fishing, kayaking, biking, ping pong, cornhole and just enjoying time with family. Our kids loved the vacation and were thrilled every time manatees visited the dock.

We had the best week at Yellowfin! The pictures do not do it justice. The pool area is amazing and we spent so much time relaxing on the sun shelf, hot tub, fire pit, fishing off the dock, etc. We didn’t want to leave!! Can’t wait to come back to this amazing property. Hosts were very responsive and helped with anything we needed. Just book this place! You won’t be disappointed!

The Yellowfin was fantastic. It was exactly as advertised and better. Our adult family members all had an amazing vacation. So relaxing. We spent a majority of our time outside on the back patio/deck…swimming; chilling in the jacuzzi; playing corn hole; and Jenga! We kayaked; sat on the dock; and watch the iguanas bask on the rocks. The house had all the amenities and beds were very comfortable. The house was super convenient to anything we needed and centrally located. We scuba dived & snorkeled with “Better Than Most” company…great crew!!! The sunsets weee amazing as well! Thanks for an amazing vacation.

Our family of 7 adults spent a very fun and relaxing week at Yellow Fin. The home is beautiful (photos don’t do it justice) and it is supplied with everything you could need for a fun-filled trip. Melissa was extremely responsive when we had questions. The house is very comfortable for a larger party with plenty of room to spread out. We were grateful to spend a great week at Yellow Fin!

This is an awesome property in the middle of the Keys so the options are incredible. You. An get to anything easily and when you want some quiet they have a true oasis in the backyard. The pool is incredible and you want for nothing while you are there. Cannot recommend it highly enough. If you are looking at this house- rent it. Spectacular!

We have used VRBO for 15 years and this is by far the best property. Lots to do and the pool is incredible. The owners stayed in touch to ensure everything was going smoothly.

We had a great time at this house. It was very clean and thoughtfully decorated, and the pictures didn’t do it justice. The outdoor area was fabulous, and the tanning shelf was the best part of the pool. We saw manatees and barracuda and caught mangrove snapper from the dock. We enjoyed the proximity to open water. The kids loved the ping pong table. The kitchen was well stocked. We had plenty of room for everyone and would’ve extended our stay if it had been available. We hope to come back again!

We traveled with 3 adult couples. House was perfect as each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom . The location is great! On the channel and close to many restaurants. Check in was easy. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything you could need. The owners were very quick to respond with a phone call for a concern and offered many suggestions with places to see and things to do. I would highly recommend this rental for couples as well as family with kids.

We had a fantastic family trip with 4 adults, 2 teens, 1 tween and a 3 year old. The property fit everyone’s needs—pool, hot tub, sun shelf, ping pong table, corn hole, kayaks, and ease of access to the ocean was perfect for our family. Everything we needed was onsite. We stayed here over spring break in April, and everything about our visit was fabulous. From check in, to communication with Melissa, to check out, everything went very smoothly. This house though - the pictures are great but they don't do it justice! The inside is so clean, very spacious, the views are beautiful from every room, and it had everything we needed to cook great meals at home. But the outside - it's INCREDIBLE. The pool and hot tub are huge and are perfectly situated so you get sun all morning, but have the option for shade or sun all afternoon. The sundeck is an awesome added bonus, and there is more than enough seating available. We spent every night watching tv outside, sitting around the fire, playing cards, swimming, playing corn hole or ping pong, and fishing. The kids loved having the manatees come hang out under the dock a few of the days too! Marathon is great - it's perfectly located between Key Largo and Key West and is an easy, beautiful drive either way. We found several fun local tiki bars with great food, ice cream, and shops all around the area that we really enjoyed. Publix and Winn Dixie are also very close and convenient. Overall, all 8 of us (two families of four) had a fabulous time here, and are already discussing going back to the same house again someday. Our family went to Marathon for 2 weeks in March of this year. This was our second time in Marathon and we thoroughly enjoy it there. Yellow Fin did NOT disappoint! The entire house is beautiful and perfect. The outdoor space was obviously our favorite. We used the pool and hot tub every single day and night AND caught fish off the dock every day. We saw manatees several different times too. The house is wonderfully laid out. Perfect for our family and even a few friends. We cooked at the house, even baked some key lime pie! Spent so much time around the fire while we were there and just truly enjoyed every minute. 5 stars in our opinion!!
