Very easy access, with all the amenities you could possibly need. Love the master bedroom with the electric fireplace! Very comfortable and clean and the location is optimal! Would definitely stay here again.

The owner was very attentive when I had some questions, after we checked in. Amazing location. Very clean. Well stocked. Cute remodeled home. Board games, etc included.

Great location. Only ten-minute walk to CDA Resort/Lake. House was very clean and accommodated five guests well. We were not at the house much, but loved the location. Neighborhood is nice. One suggestion would be to have beach towels available. We wanted to go down to the beach, but all of us forgot to bring beach towels and didn't want to take the white towels provided for showers. We had a small snafu with no toilet paper in the main bathroom downstairs and only three bath towels provided, but the owner responded quickly letting us know where to find backup supplies. My only suggestion would be to have enough tp and bath towels to accommodate the number of guests that will be staying at the property. We definitely would stay here again, and will probably be back the same time next year for the same purpose. The girls loved the M&Ms the most, the quickest way to our hearts! :) Thank you for sharing your house with us.

Amy is a wonderful hostess, excellent with communication, the neighbourhood is so wonderful, the neighbours were amazing, and I can't say enough about how right at home we felt in this spotless and well appointed home. We can't wait to stay again!

By far, one of our best stays! This home felt like that...home. So many extras like the warm welcome goodies and note, along with the directory of local information. Thanks for the Keurig and coffee! The little patio was perfect for a quiet meal outdoors. Everything was perfect! Would definitely stay here again!

We wanted a house within walking distance to downtown. We got so much more. Wonderful communication with the host. Tons of activity items (games, sleds, bikes, etc). We didn’t use them, but they were available. Very clean with everything we could have needed.

We chose this property as our first Christmas vacation away from home and it was perfect! The house had wonderful lighting, easy to find as well as get to other attractions in the town. The host was very punctual with all communication and questions that came up that I had about the property. Everyone in our family ages 8-50 agreed that we enjoyed this property and we all gave it a 10!

We had wonderful time. The home was spotless, had every amenity you could think of; we lacked for nothing. We would and will stay there again. I can’t say enough good things about Amy and her amazing home.

The house felt like our own. Our family didn't feel like we had to tip toe around being ever so careful not to disturb anything. The night was so quiet on this street and the king size bed was so cozy, we slept great.
We had to contact the host a couple of times because I couldn't find an item or figure out the TV. She was quick to resolve our issues with the exception of the TV. She offered to come over and help us, but we decided our time was better spent enjoying some games she had available instead.
Our family came in separate cars and it was great to have the parking space for both of us in the front of the house. We had plans to walk to downtown Coeur d'Alene because the house is so close. But the weather was snowy, so we piled in one car and benefited by only having to pay for parking the one car downtown.
Our family will not hesitate to book this home in the future.

This was such a cute comfy house for our girls book camp weekend.

We had a perfect weekend! CDA is exactly half way between us and our son at MSU. We met up for a weekend together to celebrate my husbands birthday. This house was perfect! Comfortable beds- room for all- walking distance to downtown- great host! I know Amy can’t control the weather but it was awesome too. Boys loved the candy too! Nice touch! We hope to be back!

We stayed at this cozy home from mid June through mid July to escape the summer heat of Arizona. Everything about the property is as described in the listing. It is very well located; being a short walk from downtown and the wonderful Lake Coeur d’Alene. Some of the nice touches we appreciated are the nice sitting area on the side of house. We also appreciated watching some movies on Netflix. Laundry soap was provided, as well as paper towels, Kleenex and bath tissue. All we needed to do was go to grocery store. We did experience a few warm days during our stay, so the a/c was vital. We liked that a couple cruiser bikes were available to use. We mostly appreciated that Amy, the owner, promptly responded to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again; you won’t be disappointed.

This homeowner has thought of everything to make the stay nice. The beds are really comfortable and the rooms are a good size. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The location is convenient for getting to the grocery store and the downtown shopping area. We had a restful stay and enjoyed a nice hike up Tubbs Hill. We would love to come back to CDA and stay here again.

This is the perfect home away from home. The location is walking distance to everything. The host communication is amazing and outlining what to do in CDA and instructions for stay. She went above and beyond! Will definitely be staying there again the next time we visit CDA. WE LOVED EVERYTHING!

The house is just blocks from downtown and a block from midtown. Very walkable to restaurants, the lake and shopping. The house is well stocked and clean. The host was very responsive and the check in and out was super easy. We would stay again.
