Bene tutta la modalità di check in on line. Unico problema è che il numero di riferimento è spesso difficilmente raggiungibile (soprattutto negli orari di chiusura dell’agenzia)

Accogliente e vicino al centro città

Posizione centrale vicino alle attrazioni principali. Camera accogliente. Letto molto comodo. Possibilità di spostare in zona comune con salottino e angolo cottura.

Mancanza di bidet, il doccino perdeva anche prima di averlo utilizzato.

Posto pulito, luminoso ed in posizione centralissima, comoda per tutto. La macchina del caffè con relative capsule a disposizione è stata una coccola, non sontata! Letto grande e comodo. La ragazza, Joy, molto disponibile e solare.

Se cerchiamo il pelo nell uovo, di prima mattina può capitare di sentire qualche macchina/furgone se si è di sonno leggero e con l'orecchio attento. Se questo è classificabile come problema, anche in funzione al rapporto prezzo/locale/posizione..è un bel problema!!

la sede in cui sono stata messa non da una buona impressione all’inizio , il portone non sembra quello di un b&b , non c’è neanche un cartello che lo identifica. In bagno non c’erano i saponi e le indicazioni per raggiungere la stanza non erano per nulla chiare

Niente tutto sporco..! Il bagno sporchissimo c’erano anche dei capelli di altri .. poi il pavimento tutto picicoso e sporco veramente soldi buttati

The place of apartment is good.

We had to stay 3 nights, but last night we couldn’t stay longer so we went out day before leaving. Beginning of the small room with the windows in the ceiling, it was really hot these days and we hadn’t air conditioning in the room, when we called to reception they said that in the corridor there is a buttons to turn on conditioning and there is nothing that they can help us more(it didn’t helped, it was still too hot, there wasn’t air to breathe, what to speak about sleeping…), we also spoke with the people who lived near us, they said that they didn’t have warm water in the shower..if you think to stay longer in this apartment and you are thinking to cook something prepare also plates, knifes and forks… at least… also you need to take keys not from the same building, you need to take them from the “office” if you will stay first time there, I’m sure you will lost, because maps doesn’t show exact place of this apartment. With the same towels all these days… also prepare shower gel and shampoo. It’s strange that we couldn’t find at least soap in the bathroom.

kein Personal Vorort, Zimmer teils über Aufzug und Treppe ( eng) erreichbar, durch zentrale Lage recht laut, nur nach Nachfrage durch Kontaktportal wurden frische Handtücher gebracht (nach fast 2h!!!), schmutzige Dusch-/Handtücher wurde nicht mitgenommen-sollten trotz Nachfrage verbleiben, keine Zimmerreinigung/Betten gemacht, kein Wechseln der benutzten Tassen, Toilettenpapier wurde nicht aufgefüllt, keine Seife oder Duschgel, quietschende Badtüre, unangenehmer Geruch im Bad

Mi ha soddisfatto il rapporto qualità prezzo e la posizione. Per famiglie con passeggino non proprio agevole (alloggio via Adua). Non mi ha entusiasmato, ma nel complesso ci tornerei.

Central location and extremely clean.

Check in is not on site, staff explained clearly where to go but in the heat was too much to go there then back to car to get bags then to the apartment. Air conditioning was ok, you could control the temperature of the room and the air came through a vent into the room but couldn’t control air flow etc like a normal air conditioning unit.

Not clear having to meet at a property to collect keys to then go to a different property.

We rented 3 apartments (two in Adua 1, and one in Adua 3.) the two apartments in Adua 1 were really wonderful which means that this review is about Adua 3. The location was centrally located, although not at the location of check-in. The courtyard was lovely, and the entryway was secure and clean. The windows from the flat at Adua 3 w

Let’s start with the least terrible: Adua 3, the communal area was minimal at best. There was a couch, small fridge, and hot plate, but no cooking utensils or cookware. The entire flat’s climate control is dictated by a central system, that does not efficiently reach the room when the door is closed. While out in the communal area, there is a wonderful coolness, inside the rooms, we sweltered. The bathroom shower was tiny, but sufficient. There was one flat pillow per person, and you could have either the refrigerator or the coffee machine plugged in. These were just obnoxious, not imperative. The unforgivable sin, over all, was the wifi. I, on multiple occasions did speed checks, even when after constantly communicating with the maintenance and their assurances that it was fast wifi, i never - in the room or in common area- got higher than 6mbps, which was not enough for my zoom-based work. I had to leave the apartment in search of other connection, and there was no other offer of making amends, other than saying that 6mbps was fast for them. Anyone staying in this apartment should be made aware of this. I asked to be moved to a different apartment and they said there was not one available, so i had to spend 6 hours, and quite a bit of money using stable internet elsewhere. I was very disappointed by this apartment and the management’s lack of willingness to ameliorate the situation.

It was okay, however it didn’t look like on the pictures. furniture was poor, a window was broken, Wi-Fi was not working

The location is fantastic but the flat was quite overpriced for what you get.

Close to everything, beautiful setting and very comfortable.

A very unpleasant stay. The whole apartment was grotty and completely run down. The towels and bedlinen stank and felt very unclean. Further there was no hand soap provided. We were only provided with one small sachet of shower gel for our stay. Awful value for money and I wish we had stayed elsewhere. The saving grace was the location of the apartment.
