Perfect location in the historical centre. Close to lovely bars, restaurants, and plazas. Frescoed apartment clean and very well presented. Modern facilities. Rossella made sure we had everything we needed. So kind and helpful. Lovely couple own this property.

Spacious, cosy, with all the appliances, great location.

It was the time of the Saharan heat cyclone all around Europe, so the flat got too hot especially on the mezzanine floor, which was the roof top of the building where the bedroom is.

Rosella is a nice person, who give us some helpful answers. No problems with the rooms.

There is nothing Deluxe in this apartment. It’s OK for 2 persons, but not more. And forget cooking etc.

shame we were in ground floor apartment which was not nearly as nice as the other apartments we booked.

If you want to feel old Italy and Verona, this accommodation is for you. And car parking is very important in this city, so if you are travelling by car this option also is for you. Also I want to say the owner of this apartment is a very nice person.

The only thing I didn't like was the lack of air conditioning. But as I know it is very difficult to install it in the old city.

The host was super nice and helpful. She communicated well before and during our stay. The room was really nice and spacious. The kitchen was great and the bathroom was so nice. The apartment was also super clean and the location was fantastic for walking everywhere we wanted to go.

cleaning of the entrance of the building, very low lights in the appartment, when you walk at the loft it makes noise it is on the second floor but its like 3rd and it has no elevator so you have to go up all the luggage by hand by night it has a smell in the wc, maybe from the old plumbings...or from the river...?...i don't know

Perfect location in the very hart (just near the Duomo) of the ancient city of Verona, beautifull maisonette in a perfectly preserved medieval building (with all the facilities you need), perfect host (very helpfull and understanding).

We loved everything about Residence Casanova Duomo. We were blown away by this gem of a building. You can sense the authenticity of this historical residence. The location cannot be beaten. Walking distance from everything.

The location is fantastic. Coffee provided is really nice. It's nice to provide a big bottle of drinking water.

Active but quiet street that crosses the via s. pietro just few minutes walk from Hop On bus stop & s.pietro old stone bridge. Easy access at night & spacious rooms.

Stairs without railing to the loft are challenging at night & a toaster would have been useful. The spacious shower area wasn’t draining well enough to sustain more than a few minutes at a time.

Wow what an apartment. First of all it is Central in the old part of Verona with all attractions easily accessible. Parking was provided for a small cost. The host Rosella was very warm and welcoming and both herself, her brother and neighbours were exceptionally helpful when we had a problem with our car, and went to Great lengths to help us out, thank you very much. we highly recommend this apartment, it is very comfortable and cosy accommodation. well-appointed kitchen. in September when we have just visited there was no need for the air-con the rooms were a perfect temperature.

Great central location, very clean with everything you need. lots of space for a family of 4 there was even an extra single bed. bathroom was spacious and the kitchen even had a washing machine. you are really central and a short walk to any of the city attractions. was lovely strolling through the town during the day and evening. if you are driving there is parking . we had a roof box so we’re unable to park in the underground garage as the entrance is really low but the lady directed us to a free car park a short walk away so no issue but something to be aware of. would definitely return.
