Sandra and Anna were really welcoming, providing a wholesome environment from before we even stepped foot in, they gave us a lot of recommendations and with where this luxury apartment is situated, you are in the heartbeat with everything ALL walking distance. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering Verona to travel to as this property makes your experience 100x better!!! - family of 3

Everything was PERFECT

A cute place in an antique building, well located (10 min walking distance from the center) with a nice view over the roofs of Verona. Free espresso coffee and some snacks were in the flat. The hosts were lovely.

Excellent location: very quiet area but very close to the centre and restaurants and bars. Very spacious and comfortable : lovely rooms, superb air conditioning in both rooms and very comfortable beds and pillows. It had all those little details that made our holiday very special. Our 3 teenagers loved the huge bath and shower!

Squeaky noise from the floor boards in the main room and broken lift so lots of steps to climb to get to the third floor.

We really like how big the property is—both rooms and the bathroom were quite spacious. Sandra, our host, had a long experience in hospitality and it really showed on how she managed the place. All the amenities you would ever need is there. The bathroom had several towels, toiletries and even the soap for your laundry is provided. The kitchen was also complete—fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker. The beds were all comfortable. Each room was air conditioned and the bathtub can accommodate our entire family of four! We never got the chance to use the sauna but it’s also completely equipped. Sandra was such a gracious host! She was always available to help us. She speaks several languages and provided us with a local’s knowledge of the city! We highly recommend Verona Relax and Stay!

What a fantastic apartment, owned and managed by Sandra and Anna. Their brilliant attention to detail makes this apartment a home from home! It’s very spacious, clean and very well equipped. Sandra looked after us so well, with recommendations for local restaurants and Gelateria. She was incredibly friendly and kind throughout our stay. Our apartment had the roof terrace which was a fantastic extra space to sit and relax.

Absolutely NOTHING

The welcome from Sandra and her daughter was amazing, It was like a home from home and had everything you could want plus more. We spent a lot of time on the lovely roof terrace and the views over Verona from the apartment are to die for.

We have nothing but praise for this spacious, well-equipped and spotlessly clean apartment with fantastic terrace and great location. Everything you could think of or wish for was provided. It's rare to have this level of comfort, and equally rare to have Hosts who are so kind and helpful. Our stay was unfortunately marred by illness so we still have a lot of Verona to discover - a return visit here is definitely on the cards!

Sandra and Anna are very friendly. They try to anticipate our needs so we can find everything there: maps, flyers about tours, spare towels and pillows, small bottles of juice, milk, water, coffee, sugar, salt in the kitchen, toiletries in the bathroom. And a welcome gift: a bottle of wine with a "Tortafrolla di Verona". The apartment is comfortable, clean, well-maintained and at a walking distance to the city center. I certainly recommend it to anyone visiting Verona!

From the time Anna the host came walking down the road in the rain to find us (I'd put the wrong address into Google) we enjoyed their exceptional hospitality and helpfulness throughout our 3 nights in Verona. The apartment although the smallest of the three that they have was a good size and very comfortable. The location is perfect too - only 10 minutes walk from the main attractions, Anna gave us some excellent advice on where to eat, directing us to exactly the type of restaurant we were looking for

A true home away from home. Some rare accommodations make you feel welcome, like a long lost member of the family. They have thought of everything a guest may need to make the stay comfortable and well-equipped, from snacks, to guest slippers, to coffee and milk, bathroom products, laundry items... incredible! The location is fantastic, host is lovely and we just wish we had more time here! Thank you for a wonderful welcoming stay!

Everythung. Sandra and Anna are incredible hosts who take a lot of pride in their accomodation. Making it comfortable, clean and giving a few extra perks on arrival. Locstion is really good. right outside the bus stop. buses very frequently. Take bus 11-12-13 if you're arriving at the train station and get off at universita.

Anna is an excellent host and empathetic person: customized tips for my interests in Verona, multi-language, explanations about the apartment and procedures, and is always available on the mobile phone. Everything went smoothly and even more cafe blisters were left at my apartment when I asked for them! Just perf

The text of the Relax and Stay should be clear that there are 4 different apartments and prices, with separate facilities and areas. The view of the city of all is impressive from all of them, but I thought my apartment would be the one with a terrace and bathtub. Not a big deal for me :-), eventually for other guests.

Sandra and her daughter Anna were so kind Sandra contacted me to arrange all the details before we came and realised the apartment we booked was too small with a baby and decided to give us a bigger one There was literally everything in it to cook (even some snacks), in the bathroom, bedroom It was very comfortable More importantly Sandra made an extra effort to find a baby cot because the one she had, had been broken by the previous guests She did everything to find it, and we really appreciated it Sandra and Anna gave us all the recommendations in terms of restaurants, shops etc We've never felt so welcome, it was a real pleasure to be in Verona with those hosts Thank you again!

We provided breakfast and all meals ourselves however the local bakery/delicatessen supplemented ours. The stay wasn't particularly expensive and all the rooms suited our needs perfectly. I wouldn't improve much.

The location was a bit noisy however we were so high up, it didn't affect us too much. Nothing else was particularly bad. I can't improve much.

The place was amazing. Great location, clean, comfortable, terrace as bonus,... And the owners (Sandra, Anna) were very supportive and friendly. We could arrive earlier, Anna provided us with a list of restaurant, ... We really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is recommended for everyone. Due to its excellent location, all tourist attractions are within walking distance. Above average facilities, also suitable for families. The hosts will do their best to make your stay a pleasant one. Your car can be parked in the backyard. Thank you Anna! We will come again.

The apartment is just perfect – the bath is a wonder! The host is extremely nice and helpful – Sandra made sure we had everything we needed and her recommendations made our stay excellent.

Everything 😁 The Place itself is lovely, spacious, super clean, provided with everything that you need, and the terrace overlooking Verona is a bonus! Anna and Sandra are amazing hosts and very helpful in suggesting places to go and things to see. The location is perfect, only a short walk to the main points of interest. Highly recommended!!

Nice big apartment with two terraces. Staff is present and ready to help. Everything was very clean. The view on the city from the apartment is just amazing. Bedrooms are big and well furnished with extra blankets and tv. You can find everything you need in the kitchen, there is almost everything you can need, even spices tea and coffee. It’s family owned and the family is super friendly.
