The room door ..feel not very safe because have only 1 lock instead of 2.

Wall paint was peeling from the ceiling, ceiling light in bathroom was not working, had to call maintenance to fix it.

Hotel perfectly clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast with some cereal, noodles, eggs.
Staff helpful. The location is central and close to a shopping centre and supermarket.
Not the hotel's fault, but there's nothing to do in Lahad Datu. If you're staying the night so you can visit Danum valley, then it's great.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They were the best thing about our stay. Restaurant serves good meals. Spacious rooms.
Bathroom needed maintenance. Shower leaked, water temperature never reached warm and sink backed up

the room is not clean properly (some rubbish is seen on the floor), air-cond is not working properly and TV picture is blur and not clear.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff friendly. Everything was very clean. The air conditioning worked well. We were very close to places to eat and not far from the water.
There was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke and it took a long, long, long time for hot water to get to the shower. I had a cold shower.

Simple, but exactly what we needed for a restful night. Bed was particularly comfortable.

the room was clean, tidy, nice, comfortable... i booked for single room, and i tot the room was small but actually its really byond my expectation... the toile very clean n big... will come to this hotel again.. tje staff also good n frendly...

very comfortable…and the atmosphere is very calm
maybe it would be better if there is a mosquito repellent..just not that urgent..but if there is more it would be good..I mean an electronic mosquito repellent..this is just my suggestion..thanks
