Our family of 20 traveled from Lebanon, TN to Sevierville for our family reunion. We ranged in ages 18 months to 85 years old. We were very pleased with the the space. The cabin accommodated "hang out" space for all of us. We enjoy cooking together while on vacation, so we really appreciated the kitchen, eating space with the huge table and counter space, 2 refrigerators, extra dishes, flatware, and cookware. The hot tube was a treat for relaxing!!! We enjoyed the great views from the decks as well! The youth enjoyed the game room. We all enjoyed the theater room! The manager was constantly in contact with me via text thru out the stay. The cabin is conveniently located near the attractions and stores. There was plenty of parking at the cabin. A few updates would make the cabin really great, but overall we had no complaints. Thanks so much!

The house we stayed in was nice and clean our reason for 3 starts and a complaint was the pool area was absolutely filthy as well as the bathrooms that were by the pool, garbage overflowing , dirt in pool water nearly green, we really wanted to swim... Juke box didn't work that was disappointing as well and all the buttons on hot tub didn't work. Just felt for the money those things especially the pool should have been pristine. Felt we should have gotten a break in price for the pool as that was one of the biggest selling points for us. Communication was awesome work the people they were very prompt in answering our questions .

The rooms were spacious, and each room had a bathroom. There were no blankets for the pull outs, but after letting them know, we had several blankets delivered for the next night. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. The porches/decks probably need to be refinished soon. Our family loved this place and the Pigeon Forge/Sevierville area. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

The only serious problem we encountered was caused by the previous renters who left the cabin a total mess. It took the cleaning crew an additional 1.5 hours to get the property cleaned and ready to be occupied. Otherwise, we had 8 adults and 9 kids between 3-14 and had a wonderful time at the property and surrounding region. Everything was In working condition with the exception of the jukebox, but it wasn’t an issue. A pool table, table shuffleboard, video game and awesome theatre room kept everyone busy and happy during time at the cabin. Nice place, we recommend it.

It was perfect for our family reunion. Everyone had their own space. Everyone commented how great the amenities were. Plenty of space for us to sit around the table to eat and play games.

The property owners made a the process very easy to check and provided amenities. The pictures did no Justice for actual cabin. Very scary getting up the mountain but we’ll worth it. Great experience. Me and my family would recommend.

We had 13 people sleep there and 20 in attendance in total. First of all, the home and location are absolutely beautiful. The views are stunning, the furnishings and arrangement of the furniture are very conducive for a large group of people. Everyone was extremely pleased with their stay there. The only negatives that I could say is that if you plan on a lot of people helping to do the cooking, this kitchen is fairly small... smaller than my kitchen at home in my 1800 square-foot house... only about two people could be in there at the same time. Also, if you plan on cooking for a large group of people like I did, I would highly suggest bringing your own cookware. The largest frying pan that they had would only fit two pancakes at a time and when you’re cooking for 20 that can take some time. Also, I they are fairly worn, but we made do. Just a note if you’re picky about what you cook with. They were also a few maintenance issues, but they took care of them almost immediately upon notifying the owners of the situation. None of them were major, and they still came and took care of it right away. We did notice that a couple of the bathroom faucets are loose and quite a few of the knobs in the kitchen could use tightening ... Again, just minor things that they may not even be aware of that literally would take maybe 10 minutes to rectify if knew about it. Based on condition of the rest of this home, I would guess they have no idea or it would have been done already. I would totally stay here again-it’s a beautiful home and a beautiful location. The owners were very easy to work with and responded to all of our questions quickly. Also just an FYI-there was no salt or wax for the shuffleboard in the closet as indicated in the guidebook. Just letting you know so you can restock. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful home!

It was a beautiful cabin! The view was absolutely amazing. The only two things that I would mention about the cabin is the parking and the cabin is very loud. The top two floors heard everything. Other than that it was perfect! The property manager was easy to contact and were quick to respond. Over all it was a great cabin and I would recommend people to stay!

The manager of the property reached out to us on the first day to see how we liked the property and we mentioned a few things that were dirty. They said they would come and take care of it, but none of us wanted our vacation interrupted with cleaning people because overall the accommodations were acceptable.

Our stay was wonderful. Everyone was really impressed with the space, the amenities, and the number of bedrooms/bathrooms. This was a complete success for all my family.

Beautiful home, amazing views, but if you have a large group like we did, don’t expect to sleep. The walls are paper thin, no insulation or carpet and you can hear everything!! Babies crying, people talking on all 3 floors and the every step up and down the stairs sound like a herd of cattle! If all of your group is adults, it might be fine!

We rented this cabin for a long weekend in which all our family could get together in one place. There was more than enough room for the 15 adults, 5 young kids and 3 babies, as well as our vehicles (which was 7 total! Some had to park in overflow, which was a short but steep walk across the street). The house layout worked very well for us; we especially appreciated that every bedroom was spacious and had its own bathroom. We could hardly tear the kids away from the game room and theater room. And no matter which of the three deck levels we were on, the views stayed true to the cabin’s name. Communication with Property Management was easy and replies were prompt. We did have a couple complaints, but that’s to be expected with a group our size. We were disappointed with the resort pool. The murky water reeked of chemicals, and the pool’s location seemed cutoff from any cooling air flow for those lounging on the deck. (Obviously, we know that’s not the fault of the cabin we stayed in but it is worth mentioning). A few people found the beds uncomfortable, and one of the mattresses in the top bunk room was damaged. We also had issues with half of the jets in the hot tub not working. Maintenance came by to look at it but was unable to fix it during our stay. The house itself could probably use some minor maintenance as well; all in all, it made a great setting for a memorable family gathering. Everyone left happy. We would recommend this cabin to others and gladly stay in it again on our next trip to the Smokies.

Bad part, we had heavy rain the first night, and the cabin leaked water into our bedroom on the main from from the 3rd floor bunk room. We had to put down towels to soak up the water it was coming in so bad. This was not through the windows, but either high up on the roof or through the walls themselves. I expected better for the price we were paying. The grade on the parking made it difficult to park and then walk up the incline for the older people in the group. Looking at the photo, you can see the grade that you have to park on, and quite steep. Internet did not work the first night, but they got it fixed the second day we were at the cabin. Overall we loved the cabin, but between the water coming in, the steep grade for the parking, it took a lot away from our vacation.
