Ivo (Paola's father) met us at the apartment at the agreed time. He could not have been more helpful. He gave us a fantastic overview of the area and although we had been to Genova before, he recommended out some places that we had not heard of, that we should visit. He subsequently helped us out (via WhatsApp) with a few other questions we had later. The apartment is quite cosy with 2 rooms and was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well equipped and had plenty of dishware and pots for our week long stay. It did not have a clothes washer but that was not a major problem for us. The apartment is located in the Centro Storico of Genova and is just around the corner from a wonderful bakery (Paneficio Sebastiano) and a great deli (Cacio & Pepe). It is within easy reach of Stazione Principe and other public transportation. I highly recommend this apartment for a relaxing time in central Genova.

Such a lovely little apartment in the heart of Genova. The apartment is newly redone and so everything functions well. Furthermore it’s equipped with everything you need for the stay; rooms as well as kitchen and bathroom. Wonderful service from both Paula and Ivo, who is always close by and will rush to aid you if needed. It’s close to restaurants and sights, and the kids loved spending time at the pool in the old port (walking distance). We’ll definitely come back, and we’d recommend it to everyone we know going that way.

Getting to the parking close by was difficult, but the hosts were also very helpful in that area.

The host and her father helped us with the check in and were very easy to communicate with. The location is excellent, in Old Town very close to the port and the main attractions. The apartment looks new with good quality and clean appliances. Comfortable beds with all the basic ammenities provided. A wonderful appartment - we would definitely stay there again!

The water temperature of the shower is very sensitive, so make sure not to move it too abruptly.

Best position, 5 min walk from Aquarium and 10-15 min walk from all points of interest. The appartment is near the Old Port and surrounded by many shops, restaurants and bars. The owner is a very friendly and helpfull person. Grazie mille, IVO!

Everything!! First of all the host IVY is the nicest man, helped with the luggage, explained everything about the area. A lot of facilities like soap in small bottles, water in the refrigerator, nespresso capsule and regular coffee, very warm place. Great bedroom with comfortable beds. They prepared a crib and everything was organized and very clean. Best area, 5 min walk from aquarium and 10-15 min walk from all the sights. Definitely will come back again.

No elevator

The location was perfect and you couldn't ask for a better host. IVO gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and showed us on a map all the places to go to have a wonderful vacation. The bed was wonderful (better than my own), the shower was hot, and the apartment was spotless. We will definitely stay here again.

Oh my goodness, perfect for a family. Great bedrooms and plenty of space. Management helped us park and showed us to the location, which was above and beyond. The location is central and the whole experience was wonderful.

Parking can be inconvenient, but this was a tiny concern as we parked when we arrived and took boats or the train in the region.

Great location in a cool lane way of exotic shops near the Old Port surrounded by lots of shops, restaurants and bars. It’s about a 10 minute walk to/from main Genoa train station. Decent kitchen but we didn’t really use it a lot as we ate out. Walking distance to the Aquarium and Maritime Museum and other places of interest. Air con works well, 2 good sized bedrooms, good wifi as I had to do some work on my laptop, sparkling bathroom. Ivo is very helpful and has a wealth of knowledge.

There is no lift, so be aware there are a couple of flights of stairs to climb.

The owner is very kind. The place was clean a map was available to help see where things are in the city. The owner helped us carry all of our things to the car he was super kind to our children ( we had three church with us).
