Beautiful apartment, with great views and location

The property is in the perfect location with amazing views of the Cornwall coastline! It was clean and tidy and sofas and bed were all very comfortable. Key collection was explained clearly and any queries we had were answered swiftly by the owner.

We had to ask about the rubbish and recycling as we couldn’t see any information about it. (However, it is entirely possible that it was provided and we missed it as there were various notes about things around the apartment stuck inside cupboard doors etc!)

Location was fantastic

We were given a code to gain access to the main door and then given another code to access the box which held the key for the apartment. We opened the box, no key so we went up to the room and the door was unlocked and the key was on the table with the patio doors open. Why give you instructions then do the opposite? The cleanliness of the apartment was shocking so I suggest the owner gets a new cleaner or visit the property more to check before any guest books in. It was advertised as having a dishwasher which was dirty and needed salt and rinse aid and ornaments and nick knacks all over the place which need to go as it was like living in someone's home, too personal. The apartment had a smell when you walked in so that is why the patio doors were probably left open when we arrived. If the owner wants me to show her the photos and videos please ask, Gillian was lovely and helpful but this cleanliness needs sorting ASAP and I can't understand other reviews that say it's spotless. I'm not putting photos on as not fair to the owner but hopefully she will rectify the problems. I'm afraid the apartment is ideally suited for the walk into town and the views are amazing but unfortunately you are just paying for the views.

We loved everything about the property. It had everything we needed and so much more. The view is out of this world. Gillian was lovely.

Nothing. Lovely apartment, well appointed and great view from the balcony. However, disappointed with some restaurants erratic opening - stating they were open for business, but closed when we turned up

Great location and facilities in the apartment, with 1 parking space. Balcony a bonus, with great views. Sofa bed easy to use and lots of storage available for clothes/food.

Great location of the property, with a good walk across to main Newquay. It also served as a good base for travelling to other beaches nearby. The property itself was lovely, well kitted out, great balcony with fabulous sea views. Also views onto the green with lots of dog walkers. At night, it’s quiet enough and away from the traffic to hear the sea waves if you have the windows/ balcony doors open. The owner was also very helpful and could be contacted as required.

Air conditioning unit hum, at first, but once we realised what it was, it was fine.

All was great noting to dislike

Brilliantly located just on the edge of Newquay town centre, close enough to walk in but far enough away to be peaceful. Lovely park opposite for dog walks and incredible views of the town and coastline. The apartment is situated within a relatively new development of trendy contemporary houses and apartments and is well equipped with a modern kitchen and bathroom. The owner has furnished the home nicely and you’ll want for nothing. There’s a lift which takes you to the second floor so this is also very convenient.

Nothing not to like. There were a couple of minor issues which I’m sure the owner will be taking care of, and the cleaning could have been better on check in.

The apartment is Central to everything to do in newquay. Easy access to 3 beaches within walking distance and apartment is very new and modern good views of the sea out the balcony terrace.
