First and foremost, Alena is a extremely nice person. She provided transportation for us from the airport to the hotel, she was friendly and kind the all time. The hotel room was immaculately clean, no noise at all , all is brand new, very hot wate :) so showers were very very nice, very nice bed, and we also had slippers and bath robes at our disposal. All was really ok, it's a very safe , nice, and clean hotel and neighbourhood to go :)

We just had a tiny problem with the volume of TV, we couldn't reduce it :) but we didn't even mention it to the owners, i mean we were so tired when we arrived we just wanted to relax. Then, TV is only Smart Tv and as far as i can tell , all programs were in Ukranian/Russian except for music, that was ok. ANother thing i would say is that Hotel is not city center, we knew that , so you need to move by train ( i will add a pic of it ) or by Uber. Both options are really affordable , if you want to come back to the hotel at night you have to do it by Uber because trains usually end before 22h... BUT, and there is always a but, there is a MAGNIFICENT georgian restaurant in front of the hotel , with a MAGNIFICENT view over a lake...the food is great as the view so we decided to have dinner there all the time ...please have a dinner there, it's quite affordable and TRY THE NAPOLEON CAKE :))) - Regarding moving with train , we did it, every time, and i recommend it -> that train that you need to catch is from Vydubychi station which is close to the hotel. You just go one station and then get the subway. This specific train, is old, soviet style, and honestly, it has its beauty because thousands of people move in tehre everyday and it's like a time capsule. It's absolutely safe to go there and i think we should all see not only the fancy Kyiv , but also the real one. i am glad i did it. :)
