The coordination was excellent. The instructions were clear and helpful. The unit was spacious, modern and clean. The beach and main pools are a good "hike" away. What should be the master bedroom (largest with two full beds) needs to replace one of the full sized beds with a queen bed. It would require a smaller dresser but the largest room/bath/closet combination should be reserved for the "parents". May be a bit pricey for what we got but it was a very nice place to stay.

Booked a last minute trip and it couldn’t of been better. The location is perfect, there is security before being let in and shops and a Starbucks across the street. Beautiful spot with a pool right outside. Sofia was an excellent communicator, she responded quickly as my travel plans changed, thank you Sofia!

Everything was great. Grounds beautiful. Fyi - Parking spot is very tight for a big suv.

As I didn't know much about Key Biscayne before going, I quickly realized you are paying for location more than anything. Very close to the beach and parks. Could bike almost everywhere if you wanted. The place itself was nice, maybe an older part of the condo association? I was hoping for a view of the ocean from the unit. It was not in the description so I wasn't expecting it. Condo manager very nice

We stayed at this property while at Key Biscayne for a memorial for my parents and my youngest daughter's beach wedding. It worked out perfectly for us. The only issues were the parking spot assigned to us and the lack of maintenance on the dryer. The parking spot was between 2 pillars and was very tight getting in and out of with the our rented mini van. We figured out that the dryer needed more cleaning than just the regular vent after waiting literally HOURS for normal loads of clothes to dry. My husband was able to figure out what needed to be done and fixed the issue.Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and it is a beautiful, convenient complex.

We enjoyed the time in this property, it was the perfect hub for our family vacation (we were celebrating our dad's 80th birthday in Miami).

We spent 4 nights at the property. Overall the experience was positive. Pro: -the property managers are great and extremely attentive. They we’re always available to assist and answer questions. -location: good central location. Good amenities for the family. -space: although the apartment could be slightly cleaner, the space was good and large enough to accommodate my family. -golf cart: I recommend renting a golf cart through the management company. Easy to move around the village on the cart. -shopping carts accessible in the parking garage to help with groceries etc. -kids pool was across the street from the unit Con: Parking - unfortunately, parking can be tricky if you have more than 1 vehicle or a vehicle and a golf cart. The golf cart uses the space provided and your other vehicle has to use the limited guest parking. If you don’t plan on using the vehicle and just use the golf cart then it’s fine. Just park the car in a visitor spot and don’t move it. Overall we had a good time.

We were extended family of 10 was great. Lots of space. 10 min walk to beach.

The suite was great. I think check in is a little late and check out a little early. But overall the experience was amazing

The management was so good in communicating, she let us do an early check-in, she made every process very easy.

Beautiful condo very clean ! overlooking the beautiful pool , and if you like to grill there’s four huge grills 🙂 we especially liked the pool near the beach has a restaurant bar and the food is great🙂

Overall, this was a nice property. It was the perfect location with great amenities. I asked about the bed sizes and was told all beds are queens but they are doubles/fulls. Would be nice to be left with a few extra trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. With up to 10 people staying in the condo, those things go quickly. However, those were my only two minor issues. I had many questions throughout the process and always received a reply promptly! Everything was easy and went smoothly. I would definitely rent this property again if I came back to Miami!

Recommendation: Add walking distance in the Ad and have an offer to rent a golf cart at an additional cost. Then it would have been perfect!!!

Loved having a very short walk to the beach and all the amenities of Key Colony. There were so many great restaurants nearby and a Starbucks across the street.

Perfect for our needs for a wedding at the yacht club. Might suggest some extra towels in the unit; I know there is a w/d but we had no time to do laundry. Would also like info in condo on how to get to the beach; it’s a maze to get through the buildings and roads. Great place; will stay here again.

We had a wonderful week at this Key Biscayne property. The Property manager was so attentive. We needed more towels and they were there within a few hours. Newly updated and very clean. Only change we would make is to have a king bed in the master bedroom rather than two doubles. But that's just personal preference. Also, if you want a great gym, probably not the place for you. Gym is adequate. Pools very nice. Beach access easy and close. Lots of great restaurants nearby.

This property is gorgeous! Very clean, comfortable and great location in Key Biscayne. Walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We will be returning to stay at this property again.

We enjoyed our stay it was for business! Place was clean and had everything we needed! Minor plumbing issue was taken care of!

Spacious with a great location for tennis restaurants and beach. A bit dated as to some features in bath and kitchen. Carpet had a very large stain basketball sized and needs replacement. Beds were comfortable. Management was responsive to my questions. A very good value I think. One unexpected bonus, there is a well stocked convenience store on site as well as a very nice outdoor restaurant overlooking beach. 4.5 stars

It is in a very nice area and when we arrived we were horrified. ...There was not hit water in one bathroom ...the other bathtub had a pipe coming out of the wall instead of a faucet ...the carpet was worn ...the wallpaper was coming undone and in other places the wallpaper and walls were damaged

Key Colony is a beautiful complex but apartment is in need of repairs and upgrades.

The property was a good size, and well-stocked with towels, sheets, plates, cups, etc. However, it was advertised with a washer and dryer and three bathrooms with showers in the unit, but one shower had no hot water (see earlier review where they had what appears to be a similar issue), and the washer and dryer did not work either. We counted on both for a week long stay. The property manager was responsive, but was unable to have either fixed and requires us to be in the unit to meet one of the people she scheduled to try to fix the washer so we had to cancel our plans and in the end, he couldn’t fix it. They did offer a small refund.
