I booked a balcony room! From the pictures off website! My balcony wasn’t the same as pictured! I just need to know which room to book to get the big balcony

The room I booked is not the one we get it. Should be two bed. We try to change but was not possible after check in.

The elevator nightmare, n9 matter what time it was a very long wait. When the operator wanted to on duty it ran like clockwork.

Long waits for elevator, confusing layout worst of all parking. Not to mention they charged me 60$ to park for 18 hrs without telling me. Surprise buddy! rich gettin richer.

Nice location
Didn’t know i had to request for housekeeping to come freshen up my room and give me extra towels and rags. No one took the trash out and even when i put the request in after front desk told me i had to put one in when i was leaving out for brunch. They said they take care of it. I came back and the room wasn’t cleaned nor did i have any fresh towels and rags. Also still waiting on my deposit which showing payment is still pending in my bank account. Other than that the stay was good.

The location of this property was fantastic for access to the Spectrum Center. And the staff was excellent.. They also have a wonderful rooftop bar with an incredible view of the city
The one thing that I did not enjoy about this hotel was the water pressure. When I have trouble getting soap and conditioner out of my hair because the water pressure is so low, that one fault trumps most all positive ones.

The hotel oversold there rooms and did not provide the rooms that I had purchased. They offered no real apology or compensation. I have never had a bad experience like this at a Marriott property. Maybe it is just this location.

Very great location walking distance from the spectrum center, Literally right across the street from it. Inside was so nice and cleaned everywhere you looked. Staff was very good and and helped answer every question I had.

We were happy about the location. Easy to walk to many restaurants and attractions. The beds were pretty comfortable. The art and the lobby were beautiful.
The value wasn’t great for the price. The rooms were very small and for $229/night I was expecting a more luxury experience or at lease more space. The double queens were two full size beds. There is no ice machine, just a pack of ice in the mini fridge hallway. You could receive the same experience for a better price at the Quality Inn.

How expensive the room was for the size that it was. We were very crowded with 3 adults.

Excellent hotel! Location was perfect as we were attending a concert at the Spectrum Center and the hotel was a 2 minute walk to the center. Clean, spacious and very friendly staff! Looking forward to staying there again on our next trip!

I loved the location of the property. The rooms were VERY clean. Everything looked exactly like it did online. I will book this hotel every time I come to Charlotte.

The fact parking was $30 a day. The light in the room was horrible. It was a little hard to get your belongings in and out to the garage, due to fact the door the the parking deck was a little difficult to keep open.
